This shop is professional, Steve got me an estimate right away and followed-up, and Brian is the perfect contact. Friendly, efficient and great. All the employees have been awesome. I went there two times, and both times were very good experiences. I would definitely recommend them. Plus their coffee in the waiting room is great. ;)

I highly recommend Hilltop Collision Center for auto Body and Painting work. I have had my autos repaired several times at Hilltop Collision Center the last repair was this week. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My 2005 Chrysler needed a new front bumper and Hilltop Collision Center replaced and painted to match in less than three days. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out and looked like a new car.RO# 508443

I brought my Toyota Tacoma to get repaired after being hit by a Comcast van. It was unusual as the van backed into my truck and caught under my paddle board racks on the bed of my truck. The ladders on the van ripped the rack from the bed of my truck. The racks were ripped OUT of the bed. Hilltop replaced the whole bed of my truck and also the racks were replaced. It took sometime, but Brian was always honest about it. It was worth the wait. Brian was awesome and the guys I spoke with were very nice and helpful. I have my truck back and in the shape it should be in with all the bodywork done correctly. I highly recommend. Thanks Brian and Hilltop!!

This repair shop is amazing this is the second time I’ve used them. The first time was last Black Friday some one broken to my car. Through my driver side rear window and broke into my car damaged an few other things around the window. They did an amazing job Donnie was super helpful and he is very professional good at his job. Today I picked up my car for the second repair where my Cadillac was backed into while parked! They had to replace a few parts and paint a portion of the car. I was very impressed and pleased at their job!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to repair ANYTHING affordable and professional.

Took my car in a couple years ago after a lady smashed in the side of my suv. They did amazing work and provided me with a rental. They even called me a few times to let me know the progress they were making. Amazing customer service!!!

I drove my car in immediately after an accident because I was informed they could do an estimate. I went in there crying and he basically handed me papers and said that they were only for an estimate nothing else. I left my car with them for a couple days. Keep in mind when I crashed my car, nothing was leaking and I made sure that I checked it frequently to make sure no coolant or oil was anywhere and my door wasn’t able to open due to the fender being pushed back. I called a couple days later to pick up my car to repair it myself and they told me that it had been taken apart. I never told them it was okay and they said that insurance gave the okay. I called insurance and they said that they hadn’t been contacted by the shop. So we called them back and then they changed the story to I said it was okay when I signed the papers that were allegedly only for the estimate. I told them to put it back together and I’ll pick it up in the morning. When I got it back holes had been drilled in the air intake and engine intake boxes. The coolant lines had a fast leak because the connections had been snapped in three different ways. The fender that prevented the door from opening now has a giant dent in it from them using a pry bar instead of them just leaving it alone because IT WAS ONLY AN ESTIMATE. Skip these guys.Edit: So now that I am fixing my car, I realized they took all the oil out and let me drive my car. I have been working on my car and I am finding so many things that they just broke off. Seriously do NOT go here

Nice. Honest. Professional. Friendly. They did a great job putting my front end back together after I (😟) smashed into a deer. Even gave me a loaner car while they worked on mine, and dealt directly with my insurance company. One little hiccup in the repair, I brought it to their attention and they jumped all over it to make it right. Five stars, Id recommend them to any and everybody. 🤘🙂

Very friendly! And upfront about cost and timeline. Took my car here for a Bumper repair and everyone was so nice and honest. They saw my car was missing some protective cover and installed one free of charge! They handled everything with the insurance company and it went very smooth. Would DEFINITELY come back and recommend.

But that is not what I got what I got was a premium gold class level of service that excited me to the point of telling everyone I know how wonderful Donnie and Jake and all the others are at this location.Not only did they take me right in following all Covid precautions I was able to leave my automobile and except one of their clean loaner cars. This little perk is really a huge park when you do not have a ride during a pandemic. When I went back the next day to pick up my car I was over the moon with how well the work was completed on my car. Seriously these guys are so much better than any dealer!And to top it off when it came time to pay my bill was lower than the quote!That’s never happened before! If there hadn’t been restrictions I would’ve hugged him but instead we knocked elbows.I can’t say enough good things about Hilltop Collision Center they will be my number one provider going forward and everyone I ever come in contact with will have to hear my story of how wonderful Donnie and the rest of the crew are at HCC. Really great quality work, trust me. I am a stickler with a perfection eye for my car and Hilltop really went out of there way to do it right the first time. A really friendly staff from start to finish with Allyssa, Donnie and Chase. 12/10 would recommend if you want someone in your corner and a place that repairs your car right.

Great customer service and very professional with an estimate in a hurry

They made it way easy for us not dealing with insurance personnel and fixed way more then what the car was in for in the first place. I have a dog and I have no idea how they cleaned the car but it looked like it was new. If I get in a wreck, not by my doing, but ill be going through them again.

They were fast, friendly, did good work, charged what they estimated, and even cleaned out my car. Great experience!

Estimate was quick and easy. Good customer service, worked around my schedule, and finished within 2 days. The price of the estimate was exactly what I paid in the end and it looks great. Also, they did the work for a way more reasonable price than the other auto shops that gave me estimates.

Car was completed on time. They supplied the rental car which made that part easy. Quality of work seems great, but like all aftermarket work we will see how it looks in a year, but the paint finish looks and feels good. The front desk help on the other hand, needs help. Attitude and snappy responses to questions almost made us choose another business. She has forgotten that the people walking through those doors are the same people providing her with a pay check. Check the attitude at the front door and provide customer service like the workers out in the shop. Back 60 days later with new damage to car. Went to pick up car and damage was not repaired. Manager said we didnt notify him of the damages, said he would buff out the scratches. He came back out 5 mins later throwing his hands in the air and said you didnt tell me about them even though it was on the State Farm report and said the scratches are not from the collision. DO NOT GO HERE

The staff is very friendly and there work is great. I’ve used them a few times and always have been pleased.

My car is currently being worked on at Hilltop, and my very regular updates from them were letting me know that the finish date had to be pushed back. Then I got a call from my rental car company: my insurances rental car coverage is done in 3 days. I called Hilltop, wondering what the odds were of my car being done earlier than stated, because paying out of pocket for a rental sucks. They let me know that the hold-up was a part, and it was out of their control, but that they had a loaner car I could borrow so I wouldnt be inconvenienced, financially or otherwise. So cool of them! Well thats one less stressor I have to take with me into the weekend! Thanks, Hilltop! You guys are awesome.

In my first experience these guys were very upfront and honest and did outstanding work.EDIT: (September 2019) My second experience with this business has been a disaster. There has been absolutely no communication about the the repair process. Every time I call to see when my vehicle will be complete they tell me “it should be next week”- I’ve been told this 4 weeks in a row and if I don’t call for an update I hear nothing. They always blame parts being late or a machine being broken but it’s pretty pathetic they can’t at least be upfront and let you know when there’s a delay in the process.After this experience I would not recommend this shop for your repair.

I had body repair done by Hilltop, I was very happy with the entire experience. What has brought me here 6 months later is the quality of the paint, the hood paint is holding up MUCH better than OEM.

Taran and Aaron are amazing! They we easy to work with, accommodating to my schedule and they did exactly what and when they said they would! Extremely happy with the service and the repair.

Disappointed with the quality of service and workmanship. It too 3 days longer than they told me it would. The over spray to the doors and hood was not cleaned off. The white color was not a perfect match. I have another vehicle that needs to be done and i am looking elsewhere. Sorry Guys you just didnt meet expectations.

They are the best, my car had been hit while I was in er at hospital stay and they went out of their way to help me, fixed car while I was layed up, delivered car right into my garage when fixed an closed the garage door even, plus surprise they not only did a great body job but cleaned the inside of car 🚗 love ❤️ them, highly recommend them.

I had a good experience and a bad experience. My good experience was the service from the service desk. My bad experience was an impolite/impatient employee who decided not to tell me that I was parked in a spot (completely legal and was never marked or labled as no parking) that was in the middle of a busy area that was needed to transport cars, but instead honk and glare at me. Very unperfessional!

Never have I been treated so poorly after spending thousands of dollars with a business. They refuse to take responsibility for some poorly done work and actually told me they didnt do it despite me having their paperwork in hand. Their lifetime warranty lasts until you drive off the lot. To top it off the general manager was a total assIf you need body work done go anywhere but here

Charged over 3x (1300 to 5000) the estimate amount and charged me for a replacement door when they only changed the outside panel. Dont trust these guys.
