I have to Cerebral Palsy, & do Uber delivery. I was really excited about my first nonfood delivery...& completely embarrassed myself by losing my balance, into the counter, knocking the parts off, & myself over. The staff was perfect. Making sure I was okay, but giving me the time & space to collect myself, gather my pride, & finish my job. I was treated with dignity, & respect. You have definitely earned my business!!

I go to this store whenever I need anything for my car and this time I needed some oil and an oil filter. Fernando, the guy that works there, was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed to my car’s specifications. Great store and great services

They dont do 1st responder discounts like the other Autozones and they upsell an uncomfortable amount.I would recommend any other Autozone before the one in Oregon City.

Long time customer.... A lot of stuff in AutoZone are getting pretty expensive... A lot cheaper elsewhere..... Plus if you come and buy a lot of items, better bring your own bags. Because they dont supply plastic or paper bags for your items purchased.. I think AutoZone will be going down hill if they cant beat other store prices and supply bags for customers..

Love it. If they dont have it they can usually get it same day. Sometimes more expensive, sometimes comparable pricing. Staff is always friendly & helpful. If pricing for the exact same item is too far off (they wanted 200 for an o2 sensor & it sold for 100 regularly at other retailers) ask about price matching. They cant always, but if they can they will.

Christopher was the man today. I came in with a bucket full of old parts and he quickly and efficiently rounded up everything I needed to bring my 454 powered 83 Chevy 4x4 back to life. I was impressed with his ability to think Outside the box (and Im talking about knowing things he couldnt look up on the computer). It was very refreshing to deal with a parts person who knows about engines. Thank you.

Ok, so went in there to buy wiper blades and was helped by a very nice, smart, friendly (tall) fellow who had me out of there in less than 2 minutes.Got home they did not fit. Could not have been a worse night to not have wiper blades. Thanksgiving eve night, raining, 2 hour drive to the coast...Went back in this evening, just before they were closing (in a slight huff) and met the same salesperson. He nicely asked if he could see my car and double check... all I wanted was to return them and get home but I said sure.It did fit. I bought another one for the passenger side. He installed that one too. In less than 10 seconds.Had I met me tonight no way would I have gone out of my way to help the person I was being. Says a lot about him that he was patient AND solved my problem.Stellar customer service. I will be back. Thank you!(I will add his name when I learn it - not on my receipt)

This is a complicated review, with a lot of moving parts. I am writing this review as a private citizen/normal DIY customer, but I do work for an auto repair shop as a service writer.I am currently on vacation in a different state, and thereby am not acting as a representative of the company I work for. That company has been having issues with this AutoZone which I mention only insofar as they affect my experience as a DIY customer.The shop I work for has my vehicle in for repairs while I am away. They needed a part and due to the issues they have been having with their own commercial account and this particular AutoZone location, they couldnt order it in time to have my vehicle done when I returned.I called this AutoZone and informed them that I work for a shop that they regularly deliver to, but I am calling for my personal vehicle and I was hoping to pay for the parts out of pocket and have them delivered. They had me on hold for 12 minutes while they looked for a manager, and when they came back on the line it was on speakerphone with the manager present. I was told that was fine, and we went through the process of ordering the parts. One was in stock, and one would be delivered to the store the following day and then delivered to the shop. While I was on the phone they sent the in stock part out for delivery.Fast forward to today, two days after the parts were ordered. I received a phone call from the shop stating that they had been informed that my parts that were not associated with their commercial account at all except for delivery address were not going to be delivered. I did not receive a call from the store or a refund.I called the store where I was placed on hold, and then informed that the manager was on a conference call and would not have time to speak to me today, I should try calling back another time.I called the regional office and reached someone who assured me that I would be getting a phone call back from the regional manager or above within 30 minutes. I never received that phone call, but the message got through because the parts were delivered to the shop with no explanation.This is not the way to do customer service. I have not been able to communicate with anyone at AutoZone about my purchase, or if Ill need to seek a refund, or anything at all. Instead of calling me back as promised they decided to follow through with the original promise without so much as explaining or apologizing. I will never, ever order another part from AutoZone as a private customer, and I will be pursuing a line of communication with corporate.

Walked in with a broken mirror to order replacement. I gave her all the information for my car. She found what she thought was the right part only the pricing was too cheap as I had already been advised the part would be between $100 and $200. I had her double check telling her that the price/part could not be right. Offered to leave my broken part there for her to research when she had more time. She was dismissive, still staring at the computer, said thats what it says it should be. Needless, to say I left, drove a half mile down the street to her competitor. He called the factory and got the right part ordered for me. He will get my business from now on. Its called Customer Service which means going the extra mile once in a while.

Came in and got some equipment for my car. Later on I had to return it because I bought the wrong item, but I didnt have my receipt. They were friendly and helpful enough to let me return my item and exchange for the correct part. They even helped me make sure I was getting the right part this time around.

[EDIT]I have increased the stars to 4 because I have have had positive experiences in the last 6 months. The employees are kind and helpful.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Used to be friendly. Was told to come by and pick up a part after 8am. When I came by at 1130 was rudely told to leave because the part wasnt ready. When I informed him that I was told the part would be here by 8am he told me whoever that employee was is a liar. Very curt, very rude. Pretty sure this is the same guy that when I asked if they had a specific fuse he curtly informed me that he didnt carry them. When we looked it was sitting there in the isle. Be prepared for a bad experience

Excellent place dont goto to the ahem! other parts store, ahem! Service, employee knowledge with inventory, and just all around good place!! Better prices and if u sign up for the rewards program you can Get a 20 dollar coupon after so many points thats awesome!! Also, the store manager miguel is such an all around good guy and hes got u for whatever u need from questions about specific parts to complecated schematics for automotive electrical. I truly believe this is the best store in the state!

Needed a new head light for my 1994 volkswagon. the cashier showed me to some lcd headlights that would be brighter and newer compared to my car and it was the same price as the basic ones i grabbed. appreciated the suggestions my lights are super bright now

Worst customer service.. I called to confirm a part/item an was confirmed,drove 30min to pick up an when I arrived apparently the item no longer was in stock..I called another store first an they directed me to this one cause it even showed in the system that item was in stock at oregon city store.This isnt the first time this store screws up they have done it with other car parts multiple times. They should start by finding a new store manager that can actually do the job I mean I had to show him on his computer what todo to find the correct part one time,just embarrassing I would honestly rather drive to the Gladstone store, a little further but less headache

The customer service was awful! I went in looking for a part and at the time I didn’t recall the name of it. When I approached the employee to get help, looking for the part, I was told that they couldn’t get the part if I didn’t know the name. Even though I gave detailed info about what the part was. Most of the time an employee will work with me at an auto parts store, but, this time I was denied survice. Latter, I looked up the part, found the correct name and part #, and went to a different auto parts store. In the end, I got much better survice and the part for 1/3 of the price at another store. I don’t think I’ll be back at autozone again because of this experience and I do not suggest it to anyone else.
