I gave this place 2 or 3 chances to fix my leaky tire and only got 2 or 3 excuses, we placed the weights wrong and it caused a leak. There was a screw in the tire. Hmm super super suspect. I can’t get them to fix this for good so I won’t ever buy tires from them again. My wife and kids are in this car and if the tires can’t hold pressure it puts my family in danger, the used tire place at the top of the hill understands this. I can’t recommend anyone using their services.

I had set up a appointment prior to arrival. They asked me to pull in their bay to begin their services. As soon as I parked and walked away my vehicle was already in the air and all 4 tires were off. Not only these gentlemen were fast but also efficient. I was in and out within a hour. I highly recommend coming to this location before any others.

Brian helped us pick out tires that would have a longer life span. Told us it would be an hour to an hour and a half and signed us up for text message notifications. We were walking back out of there keys in hand not even 30 minutes later! Great experiece.

I bought tires 3 weeks ago and yesterday the car developed a shake I called and made an appointment to get tires rebalanced called this morning to check for an earlier appointment I was on hold for 37 minutes I drove 30 miles on hold to the store to find out they are booked solid until my 4 pm appointment although there was two empty bays while I was there I feel like they could have done more to resolve this issue in a more timely fashion...... leaving 20 minutes later with two empty bays still available ??

Always the best experience. I always feel like they try to find the best deal they can and show me any discounts available to me. Unless it is crazy winter season snow tire time when the first snow is hit you can typically get an appointment same day. Always friendly staff no matter who I see there. Ive been through four vehicles and who knows how many sets of tires and wheels and they have always provided good service and maintenance.

I was super impressed, came in late Friday afternoon to get new tires for my farm truck for a last minute road trip next day, they gave me a great deal, a veterans discount, and got me turned around way faster than expected despite being super busy. 5 stars all the way!

Service was terrible. Waited while 3 techs worked on computers and not a word to me, welcome, Ill help you in a minute...nothing. clearly they didnt need to sell me 4 tires for my vehicle. Les Schwab helped me as I got out of my vehicle and now I have $1000.00 of new tires that would have cost me $850.00 at discount. Maybe they should consider not discounting their service with their tires.

I went in to get 4 brand new tires put on and to have my air pressure sensors replaced for my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. Jeffrey and Brandon did an absolutely amazing job taking my tires off and putting my new tires on. They were on task the entire time, even when other coworkers were being distracting, and I really appreciated it. I did have a sensor issue that was resolved by Dalton and Brian. They were very kind and did their due diligence when it came to solving the problem I was having. It was a good experience overall, even with the small setbacks! I recommend getting your vehicle needs done here.

The best experience I have ever had at a Discount Tire location! This is from years of good experiences and great customer service.The guys working here are professional, fast, and very thorough. They have excellent customer service, a clean and comfortable waiting area, clean bathrooms, as well as fresh coffee and water while you wait.By stroke of luck I am the first customer at this location, according to staff. However, watching them work is like watching a seasoned crew, fast and efficient. It took less than 25 minutes, start to finish.Definitely coming back!

I had a double whammy at another store with needing a replacement tire and having my spare be unusable. Called over to the OC Discount Tire and had an excellent customer experience with James being able to same day ship the needed tires and squeeze me into the schedule. Everything he said was clear and accurate. The service was timely and I had the replacement tire and spare were received as promised. James even went the extra mile in helping me position the spare when it almost seemed that the larger tire may not fit under the car. Props to the Oregon City Discount Tire team and especially James. I will drive the extra distance and be a return customer. PS. The tire insurance was totally worth it as my damaged tire and service to replace were covered.

I won’t be returning to Discount tires ever again. We bought tires from this location about a year ago for our 2018 Dodge Ram.. We also have a 2014 BMW that had a nail in the tire. Since we bought the tires for the Dodge Ram they mentioned we can take our other vehicles in if there happens to be a problem with the tires. Well.. I did exactly that. Took in the BMW to get a nail removed & the hole patched. However they WOULD NOT provide help. They attempted to hard sell me on a set of tires for the BMW. Didn’t remove the nail & didn’t patch up the hole. So i was left with a flat tire & no help. Anyways.. I took it to the West Linn Les Schwab (where I’ve never bought tires from) they removed the nail & patched up the hole without any charge. Huge thanks to Les Schwab!!

My wife had to go have a flat changed while I was at work and she has never had to deal with that. She was very uncomfortable having to do that. She had an amazing experience and they helped her out great! They were almost half the price as Les Schwab for the same tire even including a warranty!

Decided to give this place a chance as they are relatively new to town. They did manage to get the tires we ordered on the car so theres that. Only 3 stars was due to the following: the air pressure in both new tires was way too high (45 psi), both wheels with the new tires were all greasy and smudged after install, and they swapped the front wheels L to R which took the tire pressure system out of sync, requiring me to do this upon returning home. These are all things I would expect from a discount tire retailer, so I guess they live up to their name. Ok, but I recommend being diligent if having service done here. Luis Tire in Oregon City is #1, followed by Les Schwab, then this place in a distant 3rd.

Stopped in to replace the back 2 tires for a fair price. They were very quick and professional about it. They had some small service fees, but it was worth it for the convenience of the work done. Would certainly go again if I need it.

I first went to discount tire for new tires on my 67 beetle. Then I got winter stud tires for the 86 runner two seasons ago, and now daily’s for the runner (just purchased at this new location)! I’ve always have had a positive experience with Discount Tires. They took care of a couple nails free of charge and rebalanced some tires I bought with separate vehicle.Highly recommend! Had a tire that was losing air overnight and stopped in to have it inspected. Turned out to just be an old patch needing to be replaced. They quickly had the tire re-patched, and got me back on the road. The staff was friendly, professional, helpful, and honest. Absolutely no sales pressure. I normally take my vehicles to discount tire, have for the past 5 or so years. After my last experience, I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone else. I had purchased 4 Falken tires for my Volvo wagon, mounted and balanced by discount. I had been chasing down a rear vibration at about 65mph, figured it was my tires so I purchased new ones. Installed new tires just to find same, if not worst speed vibration. So I replaced rear shocks, thinking the old shocks were due for replacement. Nope. Two weeks after going to discount, I took my car to A&M Tire to find all four tires out of round on the rim, and yes I watched the roadforce from start to finish in their shop. Three of the four tires were not correctly balanced. After them correcting the tires everything is smooth sailing. Thanks, no thanks, discount. Simpletire has free shipping, better prices and A&M will do it right for the same price.

The guys did a great job on my 4runner. The tires I ordered came in defective so they swapped those out for better ones at no extra cost. They even stayed late changing them. Shop was clean and organized with ample covid precautions taken. Thanks, we will continue to be loyal customers of this new location.

So far I have bought a set of winter tires from them and I had them swap some summer tires from my factory wheels to a new custom set of wheels. Usually I arrive for my appointment a little early and they generally squeeze me in. They also just did a free flat repair on the tires that I had not bought from them. Ive been very happy with the service Ive received at this store, and definitely recommend them if you are looking for tires.

Great place to get tires. Sam was incredibly professional and great to work with. I showed up 25 minutes before they closed and they made no fuss about staying a few minutes late to get me taken care of. He got me in and taken care of at the exact time that he said he would and that was only 40 minutes after I showed up. Will definitely go back the next time I need tires.

I had ordered tires a week in advance to have installed, I even got a confirmation email saying that they had all four tires at the store, unfortunately there was a problem with the stock they had on hand with showing up at the store the gentleman who called me 10 minutes before they opened to say that they didnt have the tires and he would look into seeing what he could do to help me out, the gentleman ended up finding me a different set of tires that were better for the same price, for me this was a happy accident because I ended up getting ultimately what I was looking for in the first place.

This place will do you good I had a 2:30 appointment on a Monday As I went to check in they said they have an open bay and were waiting I got out of the car at 208 by the time I paid and sit down they came in and said they were done I got in the car it was 2:22 and they were completely done with a four tire change out and the work was phenomenal. Hands down the best and fastest job Ive ever had done at a tire store

Ive been to several Discount Tires and overall they are pretty solidly good. This one is no different. Stopped in one evening for a rotation and they were busy. Was politely told they could get it done but would be an hour or so wait. No issues, I could come back another day. They offered to set an appointment. I made one online for the next day. Stopped in just before appointment time and they got me right in, all taken care of, and out of there in less than 30 minutes. That is all I could have asked for and the reason I like to do appointments. No time wasted and efficient. They will be my first call next time I need tires.

Im a frontline health care worker and had just finished a 10 hour shift and was frustrated to come out to my car to see an almost flat tire. I barely made it to the oregon city Discount Tire right as they were closing to ask if they could add some air to my tire so I could make it home. Knowing these guys just finished a long day in the hot weather, I wasnt expecting what came next. Tyrese ran out to see how he could help, not only did he fill up my tire, he offered to stay late after they closed, to take the time to carefully examine my tire for any damage and at the same time checked on the condition of my other tires and topped them off with air. This is the type of service that makes a loyal customer and should be recognized.

Ive been working in body shops for over 17 years so I have plenty of experience with screws in tires. Thought Id stop by here just to test the customer service. Guy at the counter looked at the screw in my tire for about 2 seconds and said Nope, cant be repaired, but Ive got a set of tires Ill sell you real cheap. I wasnt in the mood to debate it so I then took my tire to the guys down the road and they fixed it in 15 min. Ive been driving on it for two weeks with no issues. Ill stick with the other guys just because they did right by me. Three stars just because it was a a small issue and their friendly which is cool.

These guys were awesome! It reminds of me of what Les Schwab USED to be like. The customer service at this location was outstanding! They had my new tires installed in less than an hour. I will definitely purchase tires from them again in the future.

Will not be coming back. Ive noticed that they dont use jackstands, and if theyre not going to give the same respect I would to my car, why would I pay them?

This is my new tire shop for all my cars for now on. Went by Les Schwab right before and the customer service is horrible compared to this place. Was in and out quick with great service.

Easy to work with, and very professional. They did a quick change and even do free rotations down the road.

Bought Michelin tires had a side wall puncture which is covered by road hazard insurance.It took a couple days to find a fix, however they did make this right and I am happily driving my truck.
