I contacted this place and constantly given the run around. Endless phone tag and no returned phone calls or messages. Incredibly unprofessional. Very untrustworthy. The management is never available. Do not give these people business!

Took my car in for a general recall. When I made the appointment they said I would have a loaner car. When I got there, they told me there were no loaners available. I had to make a bid deal out of the appointments I had that day to get them to get me into an enterprise rental. When I got my car back, the CD player wasn’t working. They did take the car back in to look at it and after inspection they said they couldn’t have caused the issue even though the CD player worked when I took it in and when I turned the car back on after the recall repair it didn’t. They did say they had to remove it and reinstall to do the repair. Then they try to make me feel bad that I was “accusing their technician” of breaking it when he couldn’t have. Would recommend taking your car somewhere else if you are looking to have service or repairs done.

I bought a Chevy from this dealership in August. When a check engine light came on shortly after that, I went back to see if they would be able to help me. They said that their techs could not really diagnose my car because theyre a Subaru dealership...not Chevy. So, Im sure this is an acceptable place to buy a Subaru, but maybe not any other type of car. Definitely got the impression they just wanted me to leave and did not want to do anything to help me.

The part I got was a lot less than other Subaru dealers in the area and way less than the auto parts store. The website says they try to ship within 24hrs after you order. After it was ready to ship it was 2 days before UPS picked it up. Might be UPS only picks up certain days. Anyway, ordered on Oct 1 in the late afternoon and received it on Oct 7. Worth buying from Lithia Subaru to save around $65.

Got what I needed and it arrived earlier than they predicted. Could have picked it up in person,too, but didnt have the time. So the delivery was perfect.

I bought the Subaru Ascent 2019 front windshield screen and a replacement Hitch Plate Cover. Of course, being genuine SOA products, they fit and work perfectly. Customer service at Lithia of Oregon City was excellent over the phone when I had questions about the product.It arrived in a timely fashion. No problems.

Received two insulated water bottles - stainless steel - when we leased a car. They hold ice so well that we wanted two more! Ordered them from Lithia Subaru. Although they took longer to get here than I expected, customer service kept me up to date on their progress and expected arrival date.
