Grease all over driver area on cream leather. Unfortunately there does not appear to be concern for keeping a clients interior cabin area clean from the technicians dirty/greasy clothes, nor a care to notice and clean it up. I had to go back to the counter to request the grease on the cream headliner, door arm rest, center console and driver seat be cleaned up. They dont have the proper products on hand to clean leather, should they get it dirty. The front desk suggested I get leather cleaner for it. This would have been the opportunity to show some sort of customer service for the inconvenience of me having to get leather cleaner and clean my own upholstery, by offering to take some charge off my bill. They did not, which speaks volumes to me as to their genuine concern over errors they make & customer dis-satisfaction. This will be the 1st and Last time I ever go there again. I truly would have like to have given them my business, but will go back to the dealership now for my oil changes.

I’ve been going to the same place for a years and thought it was great until luck took me here today and afterwards I told my friends to try this place for their next oil change. Worst experience at tire shop ever had in 35 years of dealing with tire shops. Quoted 2 hr wait ended up being 4 1/2 hrs just to plug a tire. 10 min job. Kept pulling my car in bay for 30 min then pulling it out without getting 10 min job done. Miss qouating time and trying to sell me tires when they where already new. Go to les schwab much better service and much quicker. And they dont try to sell you tires you dont need to replace. Will never come here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmm... car was towed in Thursday afternoon, early evening. Husband called Friday morning, told desk personnel about our car being there what we needed and please schedule it. No call back, Saturday noon still no call back, husband places call again, and was told the only guy who can fix our car is on a parts run. Then we got an update on the app stated they just scheduled it. So need this car is needed by monday morning 5am and we are waiting for an update, since the only guy that can fix our car is on the phone right now . Not impressed.
We stopped here after our RV got a flat on a Sunday, and thank goodness this place was open!!! Chris went above and beyond to help us out!!!! He got 4 tires ordered and delivered and within 2 hours we were back on the road again. All this and he helped us get our trailer hooked back up and helped us maneuver out of the parking lot with all the traffic....Chris you are awesome and we cannot thank you enough!!!!! I truly appreciate the experience that my Grandfather has EVERY time at Firestone. They ALL smile when they see him coming! He enjoys all the employees that work at the Oregon City Shopping Center location! He says all the employees here are hard working & very special & if any one of them ever needed a job that he would provide all of them with one immediately! After a week of pure hell in an unprecedented ice storm in Oregon I woke up to a flat tire. Truly the last terrible thing I needed. I decided I’d look up my nearest auto shop and Firestone came up. I booked an appointment and within hours I was greeted by an employee named Chris. He fixed my tire without any up selling and before I knew it I was on my way. Highly recommend this place and also recommend Chris gets a framed picture on the wall to celebrate his superior dedication to providing top notch customer service with a sense of urgency.
Technician could not reach the factory adjustment camber bolts on the strut, even though its been done before, their staff is cearly incapable at this location.
I came here with an appointment for 8 am to change oil and do a full vehicle inspection. The receptionist Garry did not even bother to put a face mask on. Whatever I thought, but it took nearly three hours to do the job, I was waiting walking around, the car spent 1 hour on the lift, repair folks were walking around and joking without touching it unless I complained to the receptionist. At the end half of work was not done, they put a note that the belt is making noise but the receptionist said that they did not investigate that because I rushed them, they did not even refill the washer. Really? 3 hours and I was rushing. Receptionist said he will send a cost assessment for repairs, never did. People who came after me were serviced before me, some guy did an alignment, yeap more money in your pocket means more priority in line. Very frustrating experience. Dont come here unless you want to waste a ton of time.Update: talked to a manager, Chris, seems to be a great guy who took over the existing business with existing mentality, works hard on changing it.

Bad costumer service, went to get tire rotation and refused saying they closed at 5pm. It was 3:30. Then they told me if I wanted to get my tires rotated I would have to wait until 6 pm. When they had told me they close at 5. Awful costumer service
Guy helping me was really nice. But they charged me $305 for a $120 part so it never feels good being taken advantage of. I understand there needs to be a markup and they need to make money but that was excessive. The look on the guys face when I questioned the $300 part was kind of like Yeah, I know were screwing you but what are you gonna do? Its Sunday and you dont know how to replace your own alternator so take it or leave it. The only reason why its not a one-star its because the guy helping me out at the register was extremely nice.
We are sooo Thankful that Oregon City Firestone helped us out on Sunday afternoon . We we’re headed out of town and on the freeway with our boat and RV to go camping and got a flat tire in the RV. We called Firestone and they said come in and they could help. We were at least able to make the drive to Oregon City Firestone to get some help (most tire shops are closed on Sunday), But they were open and they kindly worked us in and fixed 2 tires. Got a flat in Seattle tried getting it fixed there. Everywhere closed early or wouldnt take me.So I got it home and took it to Firestone. Michael the Service Manager said they were booked all day but would asked his Store Manager Aaron. Because we didnt know if it could be repaired or replaced it made it more complicated. He was so nice and said he could do it. I need to take a trip to Seattle in the early am and need this done today.I left my tire there at 1pm and they called me at 3 to let me know it was a screw and damaged the tire and it would need to be replaced. They had already found the tire and it matched.Brought it back at 4 and Aaron the manager had then get it back on in no time.They may get busy and you may have to wait a little but please be kind to them theyre genuinely nice people.I wont go anywhere else now and Ill let my family know this is the best place.
Just bought 4 new tires and had the oil changed. Per my previous experiences at the shop, top-notch, quick, friendly and efficient getting the purchase done and service set up.The one minor drawback was that they were not done with my vehicle in the time-frame that they indicated they would/should be. But, the called and communicated the fact that they were running behind a little do to busy afternoon.And because I needed to leave and it was their closing time, the fellow who helped me (Ken) gave me his business card and wrote on the back that I could bring my car in for a free alignment check - since they hadnt had time to do that.Overall always been pleased with service there.
Thank goodness for Mike at the Oregon City location. I made an appointment with a different Firestone and they canceled with me 30 minutes before my appointment. I called Mike and even though he was MEGA busy he told me to bring my car buy and he would make sure it got done so i could leave town on time!!!! Without Mikes help I would of been SCREWED!!I will never use any other store again!!!Thank You
I can always trust my cars to this fantastic group of employees. They always listen to my concerns and are able to repair my cars in one visit. On my last visit my car had to stay overnight, and I was unable to find a ride home. On employee made sure that I made it home safely. Above and beyond normal car service!
I came here last minute due to a nail in a tire. It may have took awhile but as we sat here waiting even more and more people kept coming in and they already had a lot of cars. Suppose to close by 6, they still kept taking people. As busy and crazy they kept great attitude. Obviously they would be staying late on this Sunday evening. Never been here but for now on will be our go to place!!!

We had an 11 appt for an oil change. Car was not ready until after 4 pm. Slow service. Store was unable to complete all service needs. Poor communication to service status and needs.
These guys are great! They were the only shop open on a Sunday. They are very polite and professional. Aaron got my tire size over the phone and had the tire ready to be put on. Joey worked fast and made sure I got the warranty.

We set an appointment for a comprehensive inspection and specifically asked if they would check everything thoroughly and not just eyeball things and they said yes. We even made a point to ask if they can repair our broken windshield wipers and they said of course. When we got to our appointment two days later (which, due to weather, meant we had to borrow a friends car in the meantime) they said they do not do comprehensive inspections and that they dont fix broken windshield wipers without first doing a $100+ wiper inspection, which had not been mentioned when we asked about cost initially. What a big waste of time... now we are stuck with a car we cant drive in this weather and have to wait for another appointment at another store in order to get it fixed and get a COMPREHENSIVE inspection. Very disappointed that we got false information and wasted our time going here rather than setting up an appointment somewhere we could actually receive help, sooner.
I went to have my winter tires put on. After setting up an appointment days in advanced I still waited an hour and a half in an empty lobby. Upon completion of the job I was told that my new battery was bad and it should be replaced. Now... I dont know if they are dishonest or uneducated, but either way I would not feel good taking my car there again. I had the battery retested elsewhere and was told it ran perfect. Maybe somebody left the radio on.

Today we were having a newly acquired used car evaluated. They talked directly to my granddaughter about her experience the car, what her concerns were, and then efficiently did the few items they thought needed some attention. They then added her car to the family account and provided the contact information for making her an authorized user of the account. Her first experience in an auto service center was a positive.

Honesty, integrity. Love it. The only issue I have ever had in dealing with them for 10years is that their pre sale inspection sucks. Go to Midas for that. Everything else, Firestone has been great. Also, they are honest with me. I thought I needed a sensor, turned out I didnt and they fixed the problem. Could of easily charged me for it and I would not have known the difference. Love the tires as well,.
I bought tires from Tire Rack and had them sent here for installation. The did a good job but, it took 3 hours. The single counter guy seemed overwhelmed.
I have a lowered 1983 2wd Ranger. They aligned it last year, and I made some changes to the geometry. Brought it back for re-alignment, just days before the 1 year anniversary, they aligned it under warranty. I am a customer for life. Thank You Firestone. I dont normally write these, but the experience was enough to push me to. I purchased tires from Firestone 1.5 years ago. The tires came with a 70k mile warranty and I purchased the damage protection too. I have been having the dealership where we purchased the car rotate, with documentation, every 5k miles. With 25k miles on the tires they are almost bald. The manager looked at the tires and said that they wouldnt be covered because part of the wear pattern showed the front end was out of alignment, which I agree with to a point. One tire he said he would replace for free, at first, because there was damage covered by the extended coverage. When I reviewed the wear pattern (I have worked on cars for 25 years) with the manager to explain some wear could be explained by the misalignment (which was corrected six months ago) but that it would be impossible for the entire tire to be bald all the way across, on a Prius (i.e., no performance driving), he informed me that the 40k+ miles of wear everywhere else on all tires was due to a miss-alignment caused within the last four or five months - we are talking about 2-5k miles worth of wear removing pretty much all the tread (yeah, yeah... run on sentence and all). This is where it really goes down hill. He told me he would offer me credit for the tires, and when he gave me the cost of what the replacement would be it was more expensive than if I just purchased three tires at full retail and had them replace the one he promised to replace via the extended warranty.Needless to say I was pretty upset. The tires were junk. The service was terrible. And you can expect the manager at this store to simply deny the mileage warranty with the slightest variance to wear patterns. I agree that some can be explained by the misalignment, but not to the degree he was stating. I would advise going either to a different Firestone, or even better, use a different brand of service provider.
My sons car was running a little ruff, and had a check engine light. Brought it in and spoke with mike. Good guy, had a list of things to get done. After 3 days was called and told it was ready to be picked up ?when we got there Saturday morning to pick it up, we signed and payed our 800 plus for our plugs, belt, wires, and fuel filter got in to leave and couldn’t even drive it anymore . Apparently the 800 I had racked up tuning it up did not cover the primary reason I had drove it in, a check engine light for a mass air flow censor? Apparently the tune up caused it to no longer run? So instead of driving it to autozone and buying it for 129$ and putting it in myself, and saving a few bucks, because I did not plan on spending 800 on a tune up for a car that is already and has Ben running for the past year since my son had bought it! I ended up being required to have another 365 $ so that firestone could make it run again so my son could move the next day! Easter Sunday! So that was my latest experience with Arron and mike and the guys down at Oregon city firestone.actually Aron did say he would work with me a bit ? Knocking it down to 265 ? Not sure if it was because my firestone card would have been maxed out anyway or he wanted to help lol!

When I took my car in to get an alignment, they said it was going to be $115 which was $35 more than my online quote said when I made the appointment. Then they said I needed 2 new tires and I asked if they have the same ones that I do now and he said not the same brand, but similar and I asked if they would look the same and he said theyll be black and round. If they werent already working on my car I would have walked out then and there. Then when I was about to pay I asked why it was $35 more than the online quote and he said online prices are different and since you didnt mention it, we didnt change it. Are you kidding me?! He changed the price for me, ran my card and then the other guy jumped in and said the more expensive one had one year warranty. Well ya failed to mention anything about that didnt you! Never going back there again.
They did a good job with my alignment and honored my lifetime alignment plan. The staff was friendly and communicated well. It was a very busy day but they started work at my appointment time (didnt make me wait), and they finished exactly when they estimated. Didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary maintenance, parts or repairs. Another reviewer complained about their bathroom. I felt like it was on the grimy side but Ive seen much worse at other repair centers. As for the waiting area its about average for a Firestone: 6 seats, cable TV and a coffee table with mangled magazines. One thing I liked about this location is they are inside a shopping area with a Ross, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, etc so you can get some other things done while you wait.
I get my Volvo serviced here for buying new tires, balance & rotation, and utilization of the Lifetime Alignment, which can be used at any Firestone for the life of ownership of your car. Service and the management team seems professional, thorough, and courteous.

I have a badd Firestone tire. Been there a couple of times in the camp figure out what the problem is. The prom I have with this places at nobodies in it any hurry To help you out. All the employees seemed O just walk around and not word not have a care in the world. Based on customer service, I would never buy a tire here again.

Refused to honor their coupon for brakes. Said my brakes were totally shot and wanted an additional $750. Nothing was wrong except the pads were getting low. I fixed them myself for $23. Bait and switch or just plain dishonest? This is my third and last unhappy experience with Firestone Oregon City.

Beware....Friday afternoon I suddenly discover a leaky rear tire that, after I checked, has leaked out almost all air in a short time. Im close to Firestone, so I pull in. The shop is slow. Its 5ish, Friday afternoon. The counter service man responds, well, let me check to see if its an OK tire, or something like that., Ive had several leaks in the last year, (really) and never before has a remark been made like that. So he comes out, says the stem is undamaged, measures the tread, says its OK and then proceeds to check across the exposed tread.Never had a serviceman do that. Normally they say, OK, well take a look at it. Im sure they do those things, but this guy is making a point of me seeing his inspection---for whatever reason. Then he says, here it is. Thats quite a laceration. It might be over two ply and, if so, we wont be able to repair it. Then, when he writes it up, he tells me, due to the manufacturer warranty, Ill need four new tires if its not repairable. You think my radar isnt turned on now? It is. I know about the warranty. Its an all wheel drive vehicle, but why is the counter guy preparing me for an bad tire? Sure enough, in short order, the real repairman comes out, shaking his head, explaining that my tire is irreparable. Well, Ive got my speech prepared. Thats OK, put it back on. My son in law likes to fix bad tires. As i leave, The new counterman reminds me I gotta buy four new tires cause this ones bad and because it might void the manufacturers warranty not to. I take it over to Les Schwab., The counterman says, lets fix it up for you. And they do. Plugged it up and Im outa there in 30 minutes. Dodged a $600 bullet.I had to give it one star. They should have a minus star. Beware.

I had a blow out on the expressway, after waiting for Roadside I went to firestone and they took me right in and checked my tire. I had to replace it and was it and out in about an hour. Oh I also added an oil change.
