This particular Starbucks is my favorite because all of the staff here are so friendly. They Immediately greet everyone with a smile and have my drink out to me in just a minute or two even when theyre busy. I dont particular care fir Starbucks but the staff keeps me coming back

I normally go to the one at the top of the hill and I wish I would have waited till my usual opened this time. I ordered a Venti Hot chocolate through this one via Uber and I received a venti cup of steamed milk with no drink stopper..thanks so much Starbucks. The one day I splurge on having Starbucks delivered was completely ruined.

Went thru the drive thru, where the car in front of us had a dog hanging out the drivers window. I counted 3 employees come up to pet it, and slobber all over them. Then proceed to hand us our food and drink order!! Disgusted, wont be back.

Im really tired of this Starbucks storefront always being close at random times. At least 2-3 times a week, in the middle of the afternoon the doors are locked with a full staff inside. No reason as to why or when they will open again. The drive thru is open. But no one allowed inside or mobile orders. Im getting so sick of walking up there and having the entire staff stare at me and turn away. Ill get in my car and start going to the one up on the hill. POST WHY AND WHEN YOU WILL OPEN! - again- not open to public. Drive thru only, but nothing posted. Its ridiculous for me to drive across a parking lot from my home to get a drink.

02/04/21: 4.5 out of 5 - This is probably one of the better Starbucks that Ive been to in some time since COVID restrictions and requirements of food and coffee establishments.The staff are friendly and adhere to State requirements.Definitely recommend this place as a good stopover for your favorite drink.Enjoy!

Green tea frappe is the bom!

Kind to me for just needing to use the restroom. I really loved the high seating with the cushion booths on their North wall and now I miss it. They could be a lil more KIND to people.

Refreshers is what we usually get and they have varietys to try. Yea coffee is good too hot or iced and we all like what we like but Im sure we all like good service and a respectful atmosphere,this place has that.

Ive been going to this one closest to where i have lived for 6yrs now,they have always been quick and made the way you like it, Great service, great deals.

Had a lunch meeting and we decided on coffee, it was wonderful.

I have only been here once, but it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The woman at the register took my order with a smile on her face. Then once I got my drink the woman who gave it to me asked me how my day was going so far and was very friendly. After I sat down, the manager, Casey, asked me how I was doing and what I was doing that day. I told him how it was my first day at a new job and he asked me questions about that. I seen the employees greet every single customer this same way as they came in. Casey made his rounds and had conversations with the customers. When I went to the restroom he tucked the note pictured below into my coffee band to remind me to take my slippers off and put my professional shoes on when I got to work. They were all so kind and thoughtful! I highly recommend making a visit to this Starbucks location if you are up early in the morning.

6 am.... Parked outside. Made a mobile order on the app......there is definitely no employees here. All lights are off?? Hmmm. I hope I can get my $11 backUpdate: they refunded my purchase and comped me my drink. I had somehow forgotten that my daughter and I had been playing with Halloween makeup the night before so im not sure if this is their policy or if it was just that no one wanted to ask the deranged looking woman with bright blue and purple fish scales smeared across her face to pay again.

Today I came to get my usual, a Very Berry Habiscus with caramel drizzle inside the cup. (I know a tad unusual, but absolutely delicious!) And left with a strawberry refresher. They had run out of hibiscus juice, but I gotta say its pretty good. Im not dissatisfied in any way because these rockstars upheld a dazzling, kind, and attentative customer service skills through out our whole interaction. And to see they upheld this positive attitude with not only there customers but each other as well. Keep up the good work!

Stopped by to grab a cup of tea on black Friday, and to my surprise nobody else was here. I was in and out in minutes probably even faster than the drive thru.

08/17/2020 @ 10:30 Girl working the drive-thru window was unpleasant, unfriendly. Needed an attitude adjustment. We will go to DB where they are happy, smiling and courteous.

The store was busy, I had a large order and they did great. The kid at the window was personable and we had a good conversation!

This Starbucks is always so awesome no matter what time of day I go in. They try very hard to make sure your drink is just right. I personally have not had a bad experience here.

I I always enjoy shopping at Big Lots, never sure what Im going to find, but I always find a bargain on something. They have all sorts of different things from groceries and housewares to clothing and yard decorations and furniture. its amazing how many things they crammed into that little store and yet its just fun to go and look to see what you can find.

Always love going here before work, all the employees are very sweet and always go above and beyond if there is ever a mix-up.

Amazing staff, I will go out of my way to only go to this location just to walk in and visit with the staff for a min or two as they make my order.

What would anyone do with out starbucks. The only problem is that this company lost touch with people when it became too corporate. Pay the people who grow your beans real money not pocket change. I like them because they bring a good cup of coffee, and I hate them because the exploit the world to do it. They still get 5 stars for being legal drug dealers and producing a fix for 1/2 of America.

I was get friendly service of this place in the lines usually fast despite the fact that its usually very very long. Today it was not long. The foods good though they took away my favorite breakfast sandwich a while ago. The eggs have kind of a weird consistency. The coffee is very good. A little sweet on some of the drinks but most of them are great. The house coffee is just to die for.

Fast & friendly service. Utilize the mobile order & pay so you can just pick up your order at the door! :-)

Service was very slow. Took us 20 minutes to get two drinks. Would have been a lower rating. But the drinks were very good.

This is my regular Starbucks. The drinks are consistent and the staff is exceptional. A handful of the baristas know my name. The hours are super convenient as well.

Favorite Starbucks. staff are always amazing and friendly and service is always fast. Now they are 24 hour drive through also which is nice. But they just remodeled and it looks good, but its not as communal as it used to be. Its hard to find a spot to sit with a friend and talk or have a meeting face to face. Lot of side by side and high up meeting and I prefer my feet on the floor:)

Same as my other posting. My husband has a reloadable card so we go pretty often. I like the hot chocolate made with almond milk.

This is the slowest Starbucks in town! I spend a lot at Starbucks....way too much in fact. But at this store they always have half a dozen people running around getting nothing done. Mobile orders always come out slow. When I put my order in, enter three minutes later, and then watch 3-4 customers enter the line, and get their drink, before mine comes up is not cool. Need some good leadership for such a high volume location.

Gotta say I am not a huge fan of this location. I like that it is open 24-hours but I do not live close enough to take advantage of that. I went there to work recently since I had to be in the area. I found it hard to find a good place to work at. It is small and busy.There were multiple incidences of customer/staff conflict the last time I was there (late summer 2016). Some were crazy rude customers and some were badly timed joking by the baristas. HOWEVER, I was there for several hours to see how all this was handled by the manager and he was an ace. He protected his staff, mentored them in such situations, and did everything he could to make the customers happy. So that brings it from 3 to 4 stars.

I absolutely love starbucks. I try to go everydsy. The staff is super friendly, bery helpful and hardly ever messes up my drink. The rewards program awesome. And the games.tbey have a great. The store is super clean as.well i will definitely continue coming here

Normally we enjoy Starbucks and the people who work there. However when we spend 20$ on our order just to receive horrible coffee thats not ok. Possibly a new barista. Still will continue to enjoy Starbucks.

Bought some pastry in late afternoon. The two items were dry, not fresh by this time of day. Not sure how old. Never went back to buy Danish items. JG

This corporate Starbucks location is an excellent choice for those late night java runs since it is open 24 hours a day. As others have stated, lines can be long at this place both inside and through the drive thru. This also means that finding parking is a challenge in and of itself. While the location may long large from the outside — I thought it was two stories — the inside is rather small. There is limited seating and only one table that can accommodate more than two individuals. Overall, this is a decent store to satisfy your every hour caffeine cravings.

I want to give it a 4 stars, just because I liked it. However, the staff, the drinks and the location is pretty great and it is a great place for a coffee date, study group or anything else in between. Keep it up!

We stopped in to get some coffee and a snack. A very friendly young man named Nick took our order. After we got our food and were leaving, my wife accidentally dropped her sandwich on the floor. Even though it was in no way the fault of Starbucks, Nick remade the sandwich for us at no charge. Thank you for the above and beyond service!

I think its crazy that you cant just buy a cup of decaf coffee at a Starbucks but have to wait for a pour over. Always takes longer and never tastes as good.

I like the fact that this Starbucks has a 24 hour drive-thru. The service and drinks are consistently good. Im just would the place to be a little cleaner and try to better use the space for customers; just a little crowded. Other than that, its a worthy stop for your favorite drink.
