Best boba place ever I go here to get boba every time plus the nice guy gave me a pink straw 😎😎❤️

I got peach and yam smoothies for my sister and I when we’re visiting Utah. I personally love fruit jellies (nata de coco) so I had that as my add on. The drinks were not blended with real fruits. Was a little disappointed with the flavors, but it was still a good cold beverage in a hot weather.Ps. I bought the drinks 2 separate times within 5 minutes interval. First time, I inserted my card and selected electronic receipt (typed in my email). Second time, the cashier made me insert my card twice because it didn’t show up the options of receipts when I first inserted my card. I’m not sure if any payment confirmation show up after the first time. It just straightaway gave me a paper receipt after the 2nd time I inserted my card.Later when I checked my bank account, I realized that it charged me 3 times in total..I guess, this is just a reminder to be extra careful and aware of the transactions made.

They served really fast and their drinks are really good!

This place used to be really, really good. We went last weekend, and they have changed the menu and it is no longer good. My husbands mango milk tea was eye-poppingly sweet, and my rose milk tea tasted oddly chemical. We do not plan on returning.

SO AMAZING! They’re very fast and efficient, prices aren’t bad, and there are so many options. I don’t particularly like the taste of most teas, and my friend can’t have tea, but we were able to both have tea-less options, and she could have boba for the first time. Super super incredible, definitely coming back often.

When I woke up this morning the forecast said it would be 68 degrees. I rolled out of bed and slipped into a pair of shorts for the first time in almost a year. When I came into the food court a little while later I looked around for a smoothie place. Food and I haven’t been on very good terms lately so we decided to take a break. That’s how I ended up buying the kiwi smoothie at Chat Chat. My life will never be the same.

Fast and friendly service with large menu, really good quality tapioca pearls with high quality cup. Ive been to lots of boba places and this one is probably the best one in Provo-Orem. The lady working there is so nice!!!

Definitely my favorite Boba place! Chat Chat has very quick service, and our interaction with the staff was incredibly positive! Every drink I have tried there has been great, but I recommend the lavender milk tea with original boba! Overall, very cute and delicious place. I will definitely be back again!

It’s alright, a bit pricey for the size. I waited in line for a while and when it was my turn I was complete ignored. It is poor customer service and just plain rude to ignore people. A simple acknowledgement is not that difficult. I left and went elsewhere for better service.

I’ve gone to so many other places that serve milk tea and this place is by far the best. The staff is really nice and the drinks are amazing. You can really tell it’s fresh. I recommend getting the coconut milk tea with the black honey boba. This place is amazing!

They were super nice here. I got my drink quickly and it was so good 🤩 I am definitely gonna visit here again soon. The milk tea they use is lactose free, so you dont need to worry about allergies. And you can choose to have yours with or without tea, so if you dont drink tea this is great.

I love this place. By far the beat tasting baba around, but the past few times my cup is just full of ice. I will be coming back, but I would like to be more satisfied.Update: I think they listened! Been satisfied ever since.

Was very impressed with their drink selection. Their boba and their smoothies are amazing and it was only $1 to upgrade tho their larger size. Employees were all smiling and happy to give recommendations on their favorites. Especially for being in a mall, very well priced and delicious!!

Girls are really rude last weekend. They claim you ordered something you did not. My husband went 20 minutes after I left and they were just as rude and messed up that order as well. According to the girls, they are right and the customer is wrong even though I have ordered the same thing since they opened. Disappointed and sad that the guy who was always there taking my order and knew my order when he saw me, is not there anymore. My family wont be back. Its sad because I love their drinks.

Best boba in Utah! The drinks always taste fresh and cold. There’s options for a slushee, smoothie, tea, and add-ons (e.g. strawberry boba, red bean). It’s easy to miss as it’s a tiny shop unless you’re coming directly from the entrance of the food court. I have been looking all over the place for a good boba place and can honestly say this is the best one in Utah.

Soooooooooo GOOD. I tried them for the first time yesterday evening cause I was craving some and found this spot via Google. Had their peppermint milk boba tea and loved it. Loved it so much I ended up going for seconds LOL (fatty) and bought the mango milk boba tea. AGAIN loved it LOLOL. I had to curb myself from going further cause I was going to turn into a lifesize boba tea with limbs. BUT Im going again today to get a fix. Great price, tasty as ever and local right here in Orem. Yes!
