So, (almost) everyone loves donuts... But there is just something to extra special, about the Krispy Kreme donuts... They seem to be made better. And our lighter and fluffier. There is nothing wrong with the donuts from the grocery store, but, the donuts I ordered from here were just a little bit better.I decided to be nice to the cashiers that I work with, and so I bought them a dozen donuts; I also bought a dozen donuts, for some of my other coworkers... And while I was there, I got a cinnamon bun latte.I have the app, and on the app it gave me a coupon, for buy a dozen donuts, and get a dozen for a dollar.I set it up for pickup, and it went relatively well. But, when they handed me my order, they didnt pay attention to that I had also ordered the cinnamon bun latte. ... So, they did what they could to make it. But, there were a few issues with the machine, so I ended up waiting a few minutes, for them to get everything sorted out.Dont get me wrong, the cinnamon bun latte was quite amazing, and I was impressed by how great it was, but a little disappointed that it wasnt ready on pickup, and that I had to wait.... Even though I had pre-ordered a few hours in advance. All in all, Ill be sure to visit this location again, and I will probably order the cinnamon bun latte again, but Im slightly disappointed that they forgot about it from my first order.
The dining area felt like it needed a mop. There was a pretty long line of cars in the drive thru Friday night as well as a line of at least 10 guests inside. The inside line moved relatively quickly. The parking lot is very tight. The handicap area looks like a difficult time parking going up the ramp, and even leaving. The donuts are more than worth it! Their selection was full and fresh made.
I normally enjoy ordering here, but I decided to order online for delivery. 2 issues caused this low 1 star rating.1. I ordered a maple bar and without any communication, they replaced that with 2 chocolate donuts. Thanks for the extra donut, but I would’ve appreciated being asked for any other options since no one wants those donuts.2. The donuts were pretty stale. To me, they tasted almost like a day old donut. This was pretty disappointing for me as I enjoy the donuts here because of how fresh the donuts are.Outside of these two things, I do normally enjoy my donuts here.
There was a fairly long line but it moved pretty quickly. As usual, it was worth the wait.
Terrible service, restaurant has really gone down hill since these new franchise owners took it over years ago. I stopped going for that reason but I thought I would give it a couple more tries and was again very disappointed.I arrived there 30 minutes after they had opened and waited in line with 2 cars in front of me that had already ordered. I ordered 2 dozen of their signature glazed doughnuts. They told me that I would have to wait “45 minutes or so” to receive glazed doughnuts and I would have to order some more expensive doughnuts. I did order some other doughnuts figuring that if they didn’t have the ones I wanted they would discount the others due to it being their fault they couldn’t provide what the customer wanted. They did not after waiting an additional 20 minutes close to an hour I left with doughnuts I really didn’t want in the first place and paid more for them. I wrote a complaint to the corporate office 4 months ago asking for a contact back to explain further my bad experience with very poor customer service and have not to this day heard anything from Krispy Kreme. This location corporate office has continued to disappoint me and has in turn Destroyed my faith, desire to waist any money on their company at all.Daylight doughnuts in Pleasant Grove and other doughnut shops around the area have taken good care of me and offer above and beyond great service.
The level of service at this location is top-notch. Tanner was super friendly and kind. I was very impressed by the level of service tonight
I cane about 9:30 on a Saturday morning and the line was out the door! The wait time was 45 minutes. The line moved so slow! I liked being able to watch the donuts being made. But, when we finally got up front to order the pumpkin spice donuts were sold out, and apparently they have been out of stock of them for a bit. The ONLY reason I went was for this donuts. It would have been nice if a sign was posted on the door letting people know. There were several people behind me that left upon hearing the pumpkin spice donuts were not available. But, the donuts are fresh and tasty.
Went for a field trip with my sons special needs class. Not very convenient for pedestrians to walk to, especially with wheelchairs. The sidewalk stops and you have to cross over grass and the drive-thru exit to get to the door. Then you have to climb a hill to get to the wheelchair friendly door. If you have a wheelchair, they pretty much are forcing you to go through the drive-thru. They had a great process going to get all the orders taken and paid for in an orderly fashion. The donuts were good.
Waited in the front of the line for 10 mins. Ended up walking out. Not very busy and had like 6 workers in there. Lost my business. Figured if Im spending an arm and a leg on donuts theyd have better customer service.
Its great you can see how the donuts are made
Great donuts! Usually quick and friendly staff, but AWFUL hot chocolate!! It was basically water with bitter chocolate, so not edible/drinkable at all! I was so disappointed
I probably had the BEST experience possible at this Krispy Kreme. I had a coupon for Friday the 13th and for some reason it was unable to scan. NONETHELESS the cashier gave me the discount anyways and as I was having an indecisive day they were very patient with my add on orders and questions for their suggestions. LOVE this location!
I really appreciate a company that supports vaccination and bettering the community around them. I like their raspberry and lemon filled donuts. The staff spoke fondly of their cake batter, and I appreciate the lovely designs, which makes the experience enjoyable.
Donuts are so yummy and delicious, The flavors they come up with are just so brilliant AND they taste good. I love it that you can watch the glaze donuts be made on the machine. This time, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Sometimes were given 2 free glazed vaccine donuts per vaccination card, and sometimes only one. Today I showed my card and they charged me for 1 glazed. :( No free donuts today even though I ordered a few others along with the free donut.
Went to try their new lemonade donut tonight only to find spray painted signs on plywood everywhere saying that they are closed!! The drive-through is blocked off with cones and closed signs. All the blinds were closed. None of the lights were on. I tried calling and no answer. :( What happened?! This place is always packed.
Unprofessional and would not recommend doing business with, I went for an interview for a job and when I got there they said that they are not hiring for that position… they have posted that position on indeed over and over again. The driver position had a salary that was listed very high, my guess is they use it to lure people into interviews and then try to convince them to be a cashier like they tried with me. Bunch of crooks..
Go in and get a free donut. This is the store that makes all the donuts for Utah. Well pretty much all of Utah. The delivery them all over the place to each gas station. Come here and get them fresh. Kids will enjoy watching the donuts be made.Plain ol glazed is one of the best. The others are good too.
I just really like the doughnuts, they are pricy but really good and the drive through line always goes fast
Friends yummy and fast what more can you say. Oh and thanks for making me fat jk
Donuts are good, not coffee. Don’t even order coffee here. What u see on the menu compares to what you get is like heaven and hell
This is where it all started for the best glazed donut in Utah. I generally try to avoid Utah county but this is totally worth it. Best place to stop when traveling down south for any adventure. Staff is super nice and will give you fresh donuts of the line if you ask. Make sure to get a workout in before or after eating these donuts because you will easily down 3 or 4 of them in one sitting.
Service could have been better, but at least their donuts are good.
Will definitely go inside next time, drive thru experience sucked. Ordered an iced caramel coffee, the kid taking the order had already forgotten what I’d ordered 5 seconds later, and I got a warm, flavorless, “iced latte” at the window. Or at least that’s what he thought he handed me, it’s just a waste of $3 now.
My son always loves coming here. We always enjoy their donuts.
Great donuts. My favorite option to gain as much weight as possible.😂 Hot glazed is really good. Their original filled donuts are actually pretty great as well.
Who doesn’t love Krispy Kreme doughnuts? Perhaps the best tasting doughnuts on earth. This location is no exception. I would like to point out that each time I visit, I can clearly see someone cleaning. This facility is always spic and span. The staff is always friendly and they have a lot of options. At least 10 flavors or styles of doughnuts, coffee, milk, soda, etc... this is an easy place to come get a quick treat (or a dozen) and chill.
Delicious :) the donuts are yummy and always reliable! I love that you can go any time of day. When I really need a good donut I go to Banbury Cross but when I need a good donut later in the day I come here :)
The people at the drive through dont know how to charge a gift card SMH 🤦♂️
Pulled into the drive thru around 6:35 AM, there was probably 5 cars in the drive thru, including the ones at the window, so not a whole lot. I waited a minute, before deciding to just order inside. So I parked, went inside. Was waiting inside a few minutes, was never acknowledged at all. Another customer came in behind me, he went up to the counter and asked the lady if they are serving the lobby or not. She expressed that they are really busy with the drive thru, so the customer asked if he should get in the drive thru line, to which she replied, probably. Who tells somebody to get in the drive thru line instead of being served inside? Also, there was 3 other workers besides her on site......
You can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme. There are some good donuts in the valley but none are better than KK. If you can get them while they are hot they are that much better. They have fancy ones but the original glazed are the best! They used to give a free donut in the morning but I haven’t got it for a little bit :(
Still my favorite donut in town. This was our first time going inside since we always go through the drive-through. We went after dinner and it was packed with a line to the door. My kids really liked watching the donuts being made through the window into the kitchen. We were sad to find out that some of their specialty donuts were sold out- so make sure you go early to get some more rare donuts. The parking lot is a little tricky if you have a bigger vehicle but there are quite a few parking spots. If we have time we will go inside from now on because our kids really enjoyed watching them being made.
The best donuts around! At least the glazed ones!
Good donuts, fast and friendly service and a bit of pricy.
They were busy, but acknowledged every guest who was waiting and apologized for the delay. The manager, Jose I believe, was so thoughtful. His relaxed, though quick, manner was nice to see. Definitely coming back, and not just for the donuts.
I cant honestly say that Krispy Kreme donuts are my favorite donuts, but I love stopping by there store to buy their freshly friend pastries. They have seasonal donuts (when I went most recently, they had pumpkin donuts and donuts with Halloween-style decorations) and all the classic tasty donuts you could want.I also loved actually entering the store to purchase my donuts because, as you walk to the register, you can see all the donuts being processed, fried, and flipped in their donut conveyor/preparation system. It wasnt a focal point of my visit, but it was interesting to watch.Another great thing is that Krispy Kreme has partnered with Pocket Points, so if youre a student with the Pocket Points app, you can use points to get $5 off a dozen, buy one dozen get one dozen free, or a couple other good discounts on Krispy Kremes fresh donuts.
You cant beat the current Free donut policy if you have your vaccine card right now. But I enjoy their donuts. I do wish that they werent so overpriced though
AAAAARGHHH!! Not only are the store hours an apparent approximation, and the hot light notifications I receive vary in time from 3:15a-8a for first hot light....but also, they NEVER one time have had what I have driven across the valley to get from this place. The kids at night are rude and disrespectful and refused service to me at 10:00:35pm 2 weeks ago...(close is 10p)....the menu has gotten so basic that when specialty donuts are actually available, they get wiped out before anything else so all that is left by 730 or 8a, is the general overstock of basic glazed varieties left over from one of who knows how many maverik stores.....the Oreo donuts? Killed it! My fave! But every time I tried for smores.....either sold out, refused service or it was 615a Monday morning & the last day of smores campaign was Sunday....just a few hrs prior....not even an attempt to locate a single one.....then got fridge-cold donuts with my order ....BOO KK! EPIC FAIL! CONSIDERING TAKING MY FREQUENT BUYING TO JAKES!
Delicious donuts but horrible location. Near very busy intersection and not fun to get in and out of. When they have a special like Pirate Day, the entire areas traffic becomes a nightmare (akin to sports events at nearby BYU). Wish theyd outlaw specials like that for this location.
Super nice and fast, had the donuts 5 minutes early and didnt have to wait in line for my pickup. Totally would recommend!
Doughnuts were fresh. Quality is consistent. $1.56-$2.00 per doughnut. Good selection offered. Store was clean and employees wore masks. Must be able to climb stairs to go inside this location. I didnt see a ramp for wheelchair access. They do have a drive thru though. If you enjoy a good doughnut, check this place out!
It would be nice if they would put when its closed on here so we dont drive an hour only to have everything blocked off with temporarily closed signs everywhere. FYI there is a way you can do that on Google . My kids are so disappointed and Im just annoyed.
Donuts have improved -- not the weightless fairy rings. The service is good still despite the COVID dehumanizing.Dont get mixed dozen. They rarely have a variety. Two dozen yielded 6 lemon.
The doughnuts are why I put 2 stars as the only positive. If you come here go inside, not through the drive thru. Ordered a dozen 🍩 and 3 🍩 were incorrect. Ordered a medium ice coffee, they gave me the small ice coffee. Employees here are tired af 🥲. If you go inside however all your items should be correct.
Great service. Tasty donuts, and somehow my boys got a free dozen donuts, something about payment system having issues.Super great service. Keep up the great work, yall.
Love their fresh glazed donuts
The free vaccination donate is a trap! Its too good, youll keep coming back for more.
I dont eat donuts anywhere else. I just wish they had warm fresh donuts more often! The last few times I went they werent warm. But still delicious!
A couple of years ago my husband and i were surprising our kids with a trip to Disneyland. We made a stop off for some donuts on our way there and decided to tell the kids about the surprise trip while they were eating their donuts. The kids were more interested in their donuts than they were about going to Disneyland. I hope that describes just how good this place is :cry laughing:
Best doughnuts ever!!! Great staff!
Theyve remodeled! Its sleek and modern. Now there is a couch, a couple of armchairs and an unattended laptop to give the place more of a coffee shop vibe. My kids love the fact that they could get up to 6 original donuts for each A on their report card, but Im not sure if thats still the case. Ill have to find out. Ive heard that they no longer give out a donut when the hot sign is on. However, I did get a free donut of my choice and a hot chocolate today for my birthday because of their rewards program! They no longer offer soft drinks, due to the remodel.
Krispy Kreme is the only donut place, in my opinion. The rest taste weird. The lines are always looking here, but its worth the wait.
Great doughnuts! They have an app of you dont want to wait in line.
A dozen hand picked, most were decent at 2 in the afternoon but the oreo thing....no. dry, hockey puck. Pass on it. I like how they are filling theyre regular glazed tho. Good move.
Man, I love Krispy Kreme! So fun that you can see the donut making process through the window inside, and also the donuts are DIVINE!
I love how they encourage the community to do good through their promotions (examples include good grades for kids and Covid vaccines). And their product is delicious!!
Not cheap but donut was fine. Ill stick with Lehi Bakery Square donuts.
HORRIBLE Service. My husband and I waited for 10 minutes while a worker chatted with a friend and didn’t even acknowledge us once. Then we finally ordered and my husband and I asked for a black iced coffee which they said they had, they gave us warm coffee in a iced coffee cup...? When I went to ask for a cup of ice because I said there was none the worker said “yeah that probably because the ice melted” What the hell? Then don’t serve ICED coffee if it’s not actually iced. Not impressed at all.
No hot donuts during Covid...not sure why. Drove 30 min to arrive when hot light shouldve been on BUT...a cold Krispy Kreme is better than no Krispy Kreme. Especially when they are PERFECTLY risen and perfectly cooked. Ive had bad Krispy Kreme that were not risen correctly, but NEVER AT THIS LOCATION. These guys always do it right.
Tried from out of state to place a delivery order. Tried calling several times, tried online a few different ways. I guess the location is closed but that’s not indicated anywhere online.
Quick service. Place was pretty clean and the staff friendly. The doughnut was a stale, super sugary not my thing.
We went there as a family and it went well. I found out they make apple fritters but only at a certain time of day evidently. The kids really liked watching the donuts be made through the window (there is a platform with railing they can stand/sit on to see the donut process). We have not been in a while and usually in the past have used the drive-thru.It was VERY clean inside. It is kind of pricey but I dont recall ever receiving poor quality food or service there; aside from them occasionally being out of a flavor I want so the price matches the quality. This high quality is not always common with fast food places or ice cream/dessert shops
These are just the best donuts ever. I always have and always will love their donuts.
Most of the time I love Krispy Kreme, but I gotta say I am pretty disappointed with how their lemon glaze doughnuts came out. Look at the difference between the picture I got in an email, and this real photo I took when I ordered some. There is much less glaze on them than I thought there would be based on the email, and the lemon taste is barely even noticeable. I thought the doughnuts would have more glaze on them from what I saw in their email to me, and I certainly thought the lemon taste would be much stronger. I can hardly even taste the lemon flavor in them. Theyre almost exactly like the original glazed doughnuts. It was pretty disappointing. Im also disappointed with their chocolate glazed doughnuts they released around February. You can see in the picture here that they arent that great. Im also disappointed in how difficult their boxes are to open. You literally have to rip the box in order to open it, every time. Its unnecessarily frustrating. They really need to make the boxes easier to open. Holy cow.
Went to Krispy Kreme in Orem tonight, excited for the buy a dozen get a dozen. Turns out their glaze machine is down so you cant do your buy a dozen get a dozen! AND, they dont tell you until your ordering AND they dont do ANYTHING about it! No discount on any other donuts you want or a coupon for next time! 😡Disappointed that I just barely bought a punch card here as well and this is the service. They didnt even seem to care about the inconvenience this causes.
I was waiting to order and there were only three employees. One one of them was taking orders. Is there a way to improve that ?
Its Krispy Kreme! Doughnuts were fresh and the store was clean.
Stop by because they had the hot sign on, but they said they forgot to turn it off an hour later! Cold and gross doughnuts.
Good donuts, to be honest though I have never actually bought donuts here and have always either had free coupons or go them for good grades. The pricing is a little expensive just for some donuts, but I guess thats not my problem because I always get my delicious donuts free.
Google says drive thru is open til 11. I went at 10:02 and waited at the sign for 10 minutes and no one answered so I left.
Nothing beats a hot and fresh doughnut!!
Fast, friendly, hot glazed donuts even without the Hot Light being on!
The plain glazed donuts here are iconic. I absolutely love them!
Dope donuts, great service. Even when the line is really long, it goes really fast. Lots of promos and specialty donuts.
Best service Ive ever gotten. And of course best donuts 🍩
Its kinda not hard for me to like this place since I live one minute away. The people are always friendly, the place is super clean, and the Donut as my sister would say Heavenly !. I do believe they made a corporate mistake in doing away with giving away one free donut. It not the type of establishment were just a bum would go in and get a freebie. Sometimes I used to when I would go there more often stop in just to get a free donut. I like most people couldnt help myself to end up buying more than one or had to have a milk with my donut. I am sure a lot of coffee drinkers would do the same. The profit margin would make up for the free Donut. If you read this review and pass it along, when you go into Krisp Kreme, ask for a free Donut and tell them Gary Lee sent you. Maybe this could go viral and become a nation wide corporate policy, and great free advertising. Go into Krispy Kreme and ask for your free donut and Gary Lee sent you!! It could be a New Year 2020 Miracle. After all the hardships we all have been through. Krispy Kreme show the USA you love us consumers too!Krispy Kreme5 Stars *****Garyleecitiques
Best doughnut place known to man
Very sweet doughnut mathmagicians work here
It offers free glazed donut if you present your COVID 19 vaccine sheet.
I always get my orders fast and the staff is professional. Quality of products always meets my expectations. Seem to always have the doughnuts I need even with a high traffic is customers.
Quick and friendly. Delicious donuts. They do seasonal/holiday-inspired variations too!
Their donuts are amazing, and if you join their rewards program you get a free one for every 12 you buy. Visit when the hot light is on, the fresh donuts are fantastic. So crispy. So creamy.
My husbands favorite donut place. You can watch the donuts be made while you wait. The whole process. Cool.
Krispy Kreme is an extremely fast, reliable, and delicious donut place. This is my favorite place to get donuts, and I would highly recommend you try them out!
Found a long dark hair in our donuts this morning. So freaking gross. We didn’t have enough time to go back and exchange.
Not the worst, but not even good. The drive through line was pretty long, and eventually when we got to the window for our drinks and donuts, they gave us the wrong order. They had skipped our order and made the persons behind us. That meant we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for them to figure out what went wrong and to make us our drinks. Eventually we got the correct order and drove off.In terms of the quality, I ordered a small hot latte and was greeted by stump water. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day, even though I went at 8 AM. The donuts were fine, albeit a little cold.Would not recommend unless youre going for the donuts, and even then, theyre not great.
Delicious, and if you get vaccinated they give you a free glazed donut!
Good fresh doughnuts
Donuts are standard Krispy Kreme. If you want them hot, go in the morning. Every evening they are trying to sell out the doughnuts they made earlier in the day.Comparable to grocery store doughnuts, though usually tastier.Except for Reams in Springville. They are the best.
Great donuts, the drive through has trouble getting all the particulars if you have a longer order. I really admire the free donut for those who are vaccinated. Great idea, great company.
Bring your COVID-19 vaccine card in for a free donut is such an amazing thing to do.
