Convenient location just off the freeway. Friendly service. Car wash is great.

Have a pretty low bar for gas stations but this one managed to sneak even lower. So many issues:1. Fuel rewards number denied (it works at every other Shell)2. NFC payment didnt work3. Car wash left a lot to be desired. Violent scrubbers and the hose was left on when the dryer was running.

I had a warning light for my tire pressure, so I pulled into this station hoping someone could help. Mike helped me right away. He checked all the air in my tires and looked at the one that was low. He also explained a couple of things to me, being a new car I didn’t know. This station looked pretty busy but Mike took the time to help me. He was very nice and professional.

I Ride by and get gas here almost everyday. The gal that works in the garage has a 🔥 smile....

Excellent auto care at a reasonable price. they will fix your car RIGHT the first time. You can trust them.

The car wash here is my favorite feature because the automated wash blow dries your car yet they still provide clean cloth towels in case your vehicle did not completely dry. Sometimes there is a big waiting line for the car wash so do not come here if you are in a big hurry. Gas prices are sometimes lower than than average but not usually. Excellent customer service has been my general experience.

Super high prices and they dont even keep their equipment up. The plastic cover over the read out was so scratched I couldnt see what I was doing. Had to move to a different pump

The car wash stopped while my car was in it. The front desk attendant accused me of breaking it. No apology, no refund, nothing. I asked to speak with the owner and the attendant hung up on me. There are plenty of other gas stations, including one directly across the street. No reason to ever go back to Orinda Shell. (This review is for the gas station, not for the repair shop in the same building. They are different businesses.)

Rundown and too much of a hassle to try to use the air machine. Chevron across the street is much nicer and worth the extra 10c/gallon.

Always the best in all aspects of auto service...a great group to do business with.

I went to this Shell during a hard Days work to get my crew some energy drinks and snacks. The store pricing said the rockstars were 3 for 5$. The teller Roxanne rang up the drinks and charged me 9$. I showed her the price listing. She couldnt figure out how to ring up the drinks for the price listed so she got upset and told me she refuses service to me. I laughed because I thought she was joking. Mind you, I was there for about 15 minutes before that waiting for her to figure out how to ring up the drinks, trying almost three different kinds, while many people waiting behind me in line. I cant believe that I waisted 15-20 minutes at this Shell, waiting for this teller to figure out how to do her job, and then once she realized she was incapable, I was told that i needed to go across the street to get the drinks. The real troubling part is that she made me feel like it was my fault that she couldnt do her job, so I called the store to appologize for any inconveniences in hopes of not ruining her day. Unfortunately she was still upset and did not receive my apologies, but instead yelled at me that it was my fault and then hung up. That is why I am writing this review because no customer she be treated the way I was treated by the teller roxanne today.

They have never steered me wrong. Other mechanics have tried to over sell on unnecessary services where orinda shell has told me theyd rather have me come back when I actually needed it.

Excuse me sally m,,,your husband start yelling at me on the counter in front with other customers too, your husband dont have respect on me,so why I should respect too,before you say something your comments in here,you should find out whats going on . he was yelling at me that the air is not working,he asked me to turn it on,but he doesnt turn it on the activator,he came in twice,thats why he yelled at me,so I came out and explain to him,and its working,and theres customers too who defend on me because your husband is rude,and disrespectful.its not my problem if you guys dont know hows to use air machine,but you dont have a right to mention my name here and accusing that Im rude.if you want to be respected,,you have to respect others too, not because your customer you have a rights to yelled to anyone,so you deserve to get yelled too,

Terrible. Went there because car wouldnt start and close to my house. . Needed to have codes reset, which is a button on the computer they attach to the car. Charged me 150$ to reset codes. Will never use them again.

Convenient, reasonable pricing for orinda

So I was using the bathroom while my husband tried to fill the car tires with air. When I came out of the bathroom this employee, Noli, was yelling at my husband because he was having trouble with the air hose. Then she was in my face yelling at me when I asked what was going on. Last I checked yelling at customers in the parking lot was considered rude.

Stopped in with a flat tire on a rainy day, they took off the tire found that it couldn’t be repaired and put on my spare. He wouldn’t take anything from me, very appreciative.
