Great parts department. I needed an axle nut and a suspension bolt that isnt listed in the factory manual (part of an assembly) for my Honda and the Honda dealer down the block didnt have the nuts and couldnt help with the bolt. The parts guy here had one axle nut in stock, but went above and beyond to find another in the shop, and he had a box of bolts that had the exact size bolt I needed. Awesome service.

I was just looking for a certain dash light bulb and they had it. The gentleman behind the parts counter was very polite. There service department is huge and and seems to be very up to date.

I absolutely love the treatment I receive at Joe Rizza Acura. It is truly an experience. They are honest in service and not pushy on the sales floor. I feel confident everytime I come here.

Bought a car to only have nothing but issues. When they took the sticker off the windshield there was a crack in it they were hiding. But low and behold 2 weeks later they had refused to pay their portion of the lending fee to secure the financing and never told us, but I suppose who would want to own up to the not so good business practices they do?..... They dont like to return calls and they are liable to hang up on you when you need to talk to someone about the no problem issues that were supposed to be fixed. Lol best advise and bottom line shop anywhere but here.

Didnt like the service. Tried to sell me on a car that the manager was driving. On top of that, the car wasnt there for me to look at.

Recent visit was a case of good and bad news. Bad news was that we had reached the end of our extended vehicle warranty. Good news was that no maintenance issue was found. And the service manager didn’t bill for the inspection. Bad news is that it’s time to think of replacing the vehicle. Good news is that it has given good service and departing with it would be sad. Decisions.

Set up an appointment for a works package. They completed a full inspection and let me know future maintenance needs. No pressure was applied to get it done right now. There was an issue during the inspection and they were able to get it taken care of while I was there. Total time around 1 hour.

I just walked in here while I was getting my car serviced at Acura across the lot, just to see their beautiful cars. I asked for the agent to rev an engine and he was happy to tell me more about the cars and show me around. Thank you for the excellent customer service despite knowing I wasnt there to make a purchase. Check my video for the Giulia Quadrifoglio in their showroom; did not realize how beautiful this car is until I saw the exterior and interior in person. Also very nice cars in their lot as well.

I came in for an oil change / tire rotation. After I left I noticed some things that were alarming and brought up my concerns to the service manager. He was respectful and quick in handling my issues. Other than a decent wait when you get the oil change the work is quality and if someone makes a mistake they own up to it.

Body shop is great. Service (pick up/pay) desk very rude. She acts like you are bothering her. Not even a hello.
