Feel bad for the new manager Martin. seems to be holding down the store by himself, but is a rockstar!! Even if I have to wait, Im fine to do so. This guy is great and am so happy to work with him. He took the time to break down my bill and managed to keep answering everyones needs as they waited. sup professional, hire more people like him!!

Rick the manager has been super helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff has been very nice. SO MUCH better than the Orland Park location by Lowes (they were the worst).

I want to especially Thank Bob for all of his help today! After months of my phone charger port not working, he simply did what no other employee at ANY other Tmobile store I went to did: looked in the port and found plastic blocking it. So thank you for taking the time to assist and avoid me having to place an order for a replacement. The store is also very clean and the other customers being serviced today when I was there seemed equally satisfied and also rejoiced in the moment with me. Great service!

My husband and I were assisted by Liz Rohrer and Nick Killeen at this store ( 11239 W. 143rd St)and were very pleased with their knowledge, patience and thoughtfulness while working with us. We were becoming new T Mobile customers and they explained everything to us and did not pressure us in any way for our purchases. This was the third T Mobile store that we went to being dissatisfied with our experiences with others in the area.

Upgraded and purchased a new I phone . Nathan was such a wonderful help. He was very professional and informative. He led me to the right phone for me.He was honest and was very versed in helping me make my decision.Thank you Nate..... and Spint/T mobile, please know how lucky you are to have such a great employee!! This is the best Sprint store ever! They have highly qualified techs, who are eager to explain and serve each customer. Options for upgrading presented, but not pushy. I am a senior and mention that only to applaud how well I was treated.Go there and you’ll see what I’msaying.

I just went to the new TMoble store that used to be Sprint on 143rd in Orland. The guys working there were so professional and helpful and had such a great upbeat happy attitude even during these difficult times.If you need to go to one like I did because I am a Sprint customer that now is switching to TMobile service I suggest you go there, or for anything else in the future. I know I will when I need a new phone.

My family and I went to this Sprint store on 143rd St. today to upgrade our phones as Christmas presents. William Tomasik helped us out and made our experience upgrading phones VERY easy. William had answers to all of our questions, as well as informing us how much each new phone/upgrade would cost. We will be going back to this store because of how helpful he was!

I had an issue with my order that I placed online. So I decided to go in instead hoping for better assistance.when I walked in at the time there was at least 5 people working there. Only 2 customers and I literally waited 10 min just for them to hand me their phone to talk to customer service ??? Like what?? I couldve just stayed home and do that??? Even on the phone they couldnt find my order even though I had the order confirmation/ order number. After 20 min of being on hold I decided to hang up and leave the store. No one tried to check up on me and see how things were going. They all were just walking back and forth like idiots. I literally dropped tmobile to switch with sprint!! Well they sure lost a customer. That store sure needs a new Staff ASAP !!

I had a great experience getting an issue with my phone resolved. Rick was knowledgeable, professional and personable. It is difficult to find people in phone stores that are more than a talking head sales person. This store is now my primary store for service and phones.

My phone died on me today and being in sales, I needed a new one asap. I called the nearest Sprint store to my job and I was fortunate to have Amy pick up the phone. She got me the best price including extra discounts, while being concerned and helpful trying to retrieve my contacts. Unfortunately because my phone wasnt working, she was unable to, but she went out of her way to see if she could.Being in sales, I appreciate someone professional that knows what they are talking about. She came across as very honest and concerned for my plight. If you are looking for a new phone, make sure you call and ask for Amy. You wont find anyone better.

The Orland Park on Lagrange 96 Ave location has good service. But they can not do repairs on your device. You can only buy a device and sign up for a phone plan. The other Sprint store that does repairs for your device in on 143rd Street and Wolf Road near the CVS Store.

Sprint is a great Service provider in general but after visiting other locations I return to this location for all my phone needs, questions, help, etc. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and really gives undivided attention while taking care of you. Even going as far as giving you a follow-up call to see if everything is going ok.

Theres a guy at the front who doesnt know much English and doesnt know much about Sprints policies and what they cover,he tried to tell me I cracked my front and back glass and I needed a $99 replacement from Apple,and didn’t understand English or speak it well at all. We went to the apple store and they fixed my phone for free.

Ive been with Sprint for over 15 years. I will drive past 5 Sprint stores to get to these guys! They are the best!

Well after shopping around like we all do I found myself in this particular store through a ftiend. Hands down this store wont help you with anything! You buy a phone from this you agree to never get answers to your questions, any customer service, or a deal.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPRINT RIPOFF

I had to replace my phone and they were very nice and the nice lady was patient and helped with everything. People whos lives are in a constant rush are the ones leaving bad reviews.

They are always willing to put the extra effort to make sure their customers are satisfied. Great business.

Thank goodness for people like the new manager who works here. Guy drives over an hour to work open to close and stayed over an hour and a half after close just to help with the issues I was facing. Please keep more people like this, great guy. Very helpful!
