I cannot say enough about the level service and quality of work received from the HomeWerks team. We did an entire remodel of our home. They told us it would be done in 6-9 weeks and at the end of 9 weeks they were done. Above all use, everything that they said they would do they did and more! Each individual that worked on our project, from the design team, project management, construction management, and laborers were courteous and professional. The quality of work these individuals put out was nothing short of perfection. We did our entire remodel in tandem with replacing all of the windows in our home at the same time using their sister company WindowWorks. I highly recommend them!

I had Homewerks remodel both of my bathrooms 9 years ago. At that time I was very pleased with all they did. Recently I had a leaky bathtub faucet. I called a plumber that was unable to fix it - said to get Kohler parts from manufacturer which have a lifetime warranty. I called Homewerks to get info on Kohler warranty - they called me back the very next day - with what info I needed when I contacted Kohler. The parts were delivered and Ray from Homewerks came out and did the repair - at the scheduled time - for no charge. He even checked with me the next day to make sure there were no problems. Incredible service - I am only sorry I dont have any other bathrooms to remodel.

Our experience was HORSE****......We had a salesman sell us our dream bathroom for our very modest home for $10,000. We should have known that 159th street is full of SHADY USED CAR dealers and we now know they sell Kitchens and Bathrooms . Top to bottom this so called contractor is why people do home improvement themselves. We had BATH******, and two other major home improvement companies bid our single toilet, single sink and standard tub install. ALL THREE (including BATH******) were $3,000 less. If you heard that you get what you paid for then you our wrong. My wife and I are convinced that the show room was assembled by another contractor. We are so happy our new home has never been touched by this so called contractor. WHEN THEY SAY DREAM BATH/KITCHEN, that is what they sell you, A DREAM. Do your research and some looking around because if you choose this place I will tell you the difference between a forest preserve outhouse and the next bathroom they install is that the OUTHOUSE has better material, craftsmanship and resale value. We are ashamed when people asked what we paid for this install.

We visited the Homeworks showroom and had an informative conversation with one of the sales people, we liked the turn key aspect that was stressed to us and later called an associate out to the house for a quote. We spent close to two hours with the consultant and were told it would be a week for a quote and two weeks for a full 3D rendering of the work to be performed. being in a hurry and personally finding little benefit from a rendering we opted for the quote. Well... two weeks pass and we dont here anything, so I call and Im told that there is nothing in your folder the salesman must have your quote Ill have him call you back well its been 18 days since his visit and Ive heard nothing, so much for being in a hurry or the turn key service they like to talk so much about. I shouldn’t have to work to give you my money.

Very disappointed that they said they would do a small job ($4,000.00) twice - first time during the home visit and then in a text that contained a $ amount for the job. Then after about of a week of asking for an actual scope of work with the quote, I’m told the job is not big enough. Their not that good to treat customers like that.
