Where to start.... First almost everything that was on display that had a sign saying it was on sale it didnt ring up on registers that is was.. Was told I had to go down to customer service to fix it the young lady named Jasmine was there to assist customers called a woman named Trish on her walkie talkie they use well nerd less to say Trisha thought I was the the other lady that was a headache that she thought she had sent down in said it loud enough to be heard by all customers....we will cut this long horrible experience now hopefully they realize that yes dealing with public is not always easy but it could of all been prevented if whoever job it is to make that what is displayed at a sale rings up as a sale......

My visit today was ridiculous, it was so hot in the store. Im not even sure if they had the air conditioner onThere was 1 register open upstairs and 1 open downstairs and the 1 upstairs had over 20 people in line waiting. There was only 1 cashier, 1 of the employees said they would open another register if it got too busy.Only the escalator up worked, you could only enter the store from upstairs.Not an enjoyable visit

Store was clean. Lots of hand sanitizer. Had what I needed. Very friendly employees thru out the store!

I like JCPenneys cuz its the variety of selections that you can buy in there you can go in different areas and find whatever youre looking for and they always have a sale and they always send you coupons so it keeps you coming nice place to shop very nice people
