If I could give zero stars I would. They are trying to charge me a 20$ late fee for being 5 days late!!!! Absurd. Highest late fee I have ever been charged or heard of. I’ve had the storage unit since June and this was my first time being late and they won’t budge with the late fee. Just wondering if life storage as a company and individual people are aware of what is going on in the world right now and the insane increase of living expenses?? Next time your budget is tight I sincerely hope no one gives you a break

Grounds are kept clean and always receive friendly, helpful service from associates in the office whenever we need anything.

Raised rates considerably after only being there 6 months. Not much you can do when your entire house is stored and to move would be a massive pain. Nice facilities though.

Rented the storage van to move some stuff out of our unit great experience! Very good rate on the van also! Staff was very friendly and courteous! Was able to return the van even when they were closed due to the convenience of the drop box they have for the keys. Units are well kept would highly recommend!!!

Not only do I like the location of the place, the people are nice and the facility is always clean. Never had a problem. I toured the facility and they shared with me all the things their Life Storage location has to offer. Great place! If I could give them a 10 star review I would.

Lovely, amazing, life shatteringly beautiful staff. I felt supremely secure within the confines of this wonderful facility. I felt as if my less than eloquent possessions were in extremely capable and trustworthy hands. 10/10 would recommend for storing anything in these units.

The staff here is amazing! The facility is always clean and Ive never had a problem when storing here. They are always smiling and ready to help whoever walks through their doors. Very welcoming, feels like Im storing my things at home.

Excellent experience with Life Storage. The Orland Park staff are professional, helpful, and accommodating. The 5x10 indoor storage unit rented was clean, the area was well-lit, the floor was sufficiently climate controlled, and we appreciated having moving carts available to use. The monthly cost was inline with other local storage companies, but the Orland facility appeared to be a step above.

We recently rented 3 storage units at Uncle Bobs Storage in Orland Park: (2) 10 x 30 units and (1) 10 x 10. Their prices were very competitive, and the facility is amazing. We rented (2) 10 x 30 units that were indoors/climate controlled, extremely clean, great lighting, wide hallways, multiple locations to load and unload, etc... Unlike most storage facilities this one is run extremely well. The Manager Kim and her staff are very professional, friendly, and helped will all of our MOVE/storage requirements.The facility is gated, locked and monitored by security cameras. Uncle Bobs even provided a FREE Truck Rental with your storage unit which was very convient to have everything all right there. We would highly recommend this location of Uncle Bobs Self Storage in Orland Park!!!

Overall I was satisfied with the facility. The rate increase was poorly explained, saying the rates went up because the competition was raising theirs is ridiculous. Thankfully I had a small unit so my cost was lower than others renting larger units.
