Today (Sunday) I called Penske 2 minutes after the Bedford Park location opened. The customer Rep was so kind and patient. She was able to locate the Van I needed at the Orland Park Location. After arriving the customer rep (Judith) was very professional during a very busy moment. Although I never do last minute reservation especially same day service, its nice to know Penske will work with you.

I did a One way from Orland park to Orlando Fl and by far Penske was cheaper then anyone and Penske has the best trucks. The pickup went pretty easy and I had requested a certain kind of truck and they had exactly what I wanted waiting for me. The truck was a brand new 2020 GMC with less then 900 miles on it. It was pretty dirty when I picked it up which was really disappointing but they offered $100 off my rental if took it to a Penske location to clean it. So overall I was very happy with my rental.

We have used this location several times to rent 16 moving trucks and the staff is consistently nice and helpful. They really make it an enjoyable experience. We will be using Penske for all our future truck rental needs.
