I came in to public storage to get some information on storage we are moving to Florida in the next few months and was not sure how the storage process works. I reserved my unit online and was immediately called after I submitted my request. The day before my move in I was also called to confirm my arrival time. Upon the day of moving into the storage unit, Drew was very thorough and professional about explaining the pricing, billing, and hours of the facility. He walked me to the unit and answered all of my questions. It was a hassle-free process and I was happy I chose this location.

Property was OK, but beware of their contract terms. I had to be out by the end of October and with Halloween with my little kids happening, it slipped my mind. I remembered late that night (Oct 31st) and went the next morning (Nov 1st) at 9:30am. My unit was already empty...I just needed to remove the lock. They verified my last access (via gate code usage) was the morning of 11/1 and I was out by 9:45am. On 11/3, I received a final bill of a full months rent. I felt this was very unfair whether in the contract or not. I asked for a pro-rated amount...1 day, 1 week, or something better than a whole month, but they didnt care. I paid it in full as thats what was in the contract, but Ill never rent from Public Storage again. I feel like I was taken advantage of and they could have easily worked out a better final payment. I rent 2 storage units every year for my boat and jet skis. Ill be renting elsewhere from now on.

I have been in my storage unit for the past (close to) 2 years now. It is well maintained, well lighted with easy access. I have never had a problem. Nicole has been very helpful and always welcomes you with a smile. I couldnt be more happier that my possessions are in a safe place.

My experience as a 1st-time customer was quite good. Everything was as expected and advertised, the lease process was quick and best of all, the service and personalities of the staff were enjoyable; especially Katie - quite pleasant. Things seem secure and clean. I would have given 5 stars if they offered mailed invoices and if I hadnt twice found a door propped open to our inside storage building.

I dont usually do reviews but I am making an exception in this case. I called up Public Storage looking for some extra storage space for my business. I spoke with a young lady named Tonya, not only was she professional but she was knowledgeable. Having an extensive sales background myself I can appreciate when a representative from any company takes the time to not only learn the product but takes the time to learn the market and approach to fully service the companies clientele. I am completely satisfied with my customer service experience and will continue using Public Storage in the future.

Ive been storing here for over 5 years, but mostly short term. I needed a longer-term spot so I got this one. I paid on-time every month for over a year and my monthly rent goes up from $252/mo to $313/mo (25%!!) overnight just as we enter Winter. Predatory pricing increases for no reason. This place is overpriced to begin with and the predatory pricing increases are unfair to long-time customers.

I stopped in today to try and find out what size unit Ill need for cleaning out my mother house prior to selling it. Tonya was extremely helpful in helping me decide. She questioned me about all the little things I hadnt taken into consideration when trying to figure it out on my own. We went for a tour of the facility to actually look inside the units available so I could visualize all the room the furniture and boxes would need. I definitely will be renting a unit through this location specifically because of the exceptional customer service I received from Tonya.

Dwayna was really wonderful and helpful in every way! I was renting the unit for a friend who lives out of state so some things I was unsure of but Dwayna worked it all out! She couldn’t have been nicer!

If I could put NO STARS, I would! We picked up SOME OF our items and everything is COVERED, covered in black mold and the beautiful custom covered couches we had stored there reek of mildew! When I called I was told because we didnt have insurance on the items there is nothing they will do. This supposedly a climate controlled unit. It obviously isnt. So I was paying $200/month to now throw away all of my items! Tomorrow I am going to talk to the manager as I dont want to transport this stuff in my vehicle. We all have asthma and no one should be around the black mold.

Can’t be happier. This is my second unit rental at this location. Dawna, once again gave us excellent service. Our Public Storage is so convenient that we have found it so simple to bring all our clutter there. Thanks Dawna!!

I have been at this facility since 12/2018 and every 6 months the rent goes up. I started at $215 now 12/01/2020 the rent will be $360 which is outrageous! I will be moving out as soon as I can!UPDATEI was contacted by tbe management who reviewed my account and adjusted my rent.

Weve been using this storage unit for about 4 years now.The cost has gone up $58.00 since the beginning. I think thats a bit much.Each time we go to pay our rent there, it seems they are out to lunch. There is no set time. Anywhere from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. seems far game for the storage to be closed. Not very convenient when we are out doing errands and need to stop in and pay for the month. A set time for lunch break that is posted would make it so much more convenient for everyone. Especially in todays high gas prices.I also dont like winter there, because although they do plow, they only go down the middle of the road. All the snow in front of each unit is piled up high...and this winter especially, it was impossible to get into our unit. My husband had open heart surgery, and I am disabled, so shoveling was out of the question. With the amount of money they charge, the least they can do is keep the units snow free for customers.
