Dont be fooled by the reviews. They are done by his friends, family and staff.They are sociopaths that take disabled peoples money. The cars are no good. Down payment was made and car stopped on the highway. Car towed and no word from them.I was told it will be fixed in 7 days. No one contacted me.had the car less than 4 days. Weve contacted the news and they agreed to go out there and expose these criminals.Be on the look out for the evening news, in the next few days.

Bought a car with 121k miles..... Actually had 257k miles due to odometer tampering. Same car had transmission issues three days after I bought it, and they refused to help me out at all. The Diamond warranty they sell is complete garbage. Please take your business else ware. I lost 5000$ do to this buisness. they do not take car of their customers well at all either. They buy junk cars from the auction then sell them for retail value to you. They are a complete scam. They also wanted to change the oil on my car and were gonna use the wrong oil. They think every car takes the same oil when that is not the case. Do not buy from them, save yourself the hassle.

Went on saturday, hands down the most comfortable I have ever felt when getting a vehicle. After having a horrible experience with a different auto lot in Longwood, we felt that we were treated like family. Everyone was great and service was EXCELLENT! Would definitely buy another vehicle from Auto Bay!!!

These owners went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly as a customer. This was after I bought my car when they could have abandoned me. By they way, thats how you recognize a good dealer, what they do after, not before. GREAT JOB YALL!

Very money hungry and bad people. They took my 1000 and after 4 days the car broke down. I called and spoke to sales rep and he agreed to fix if I got the car there. I paid a tow truck to take there. A week later I emailed to find out what happened with the car. they didnt have the decency to call me or email me on an update on the car. Only after I emailed they explained that the sales rep was fired and I had to pay for the fix. I asked if they would honor the sales rep word. But owner did not want to make a customer happy. After 17 emails back and forth he ended with I will sell the car in 10 days and keep your money. Im a disabled person on dialisys and live on fixed income. 1000 is a lot of money but they didnt care. So lesson learned. I hope everyone reads this and be careful with this dealer.

When someone is not actually not fit for business WRITE A REVIEW. I spent over $1300 to get my car fixed and he promised his work (OWNER AL). I am college student who ate noodles to trust him to get the work done correctly the first time. He rigged my fan, then blamed me for it and I asked him to fix the car no matter what it was.Im having issue with my the car and ending statements instead of we will work on it is GO F yourself. WARNING:DO NOT BUY, or get your car fix from him.
