Kenny worked very hard to locate an impossible 2022 Pathfinder Platinum for me, and then negotiated a fair deal. Cliff was also a part of the discussions, and drove down to Fort Myers and back to trade out vehicles so my family could have the vehicle we really wanted. My partner and I went to this dealership last weekend to get a quote for a repair. We got a free appraisal so that we could see our options and even consider trading in. Unfortunately we were unable to get a price that we could afford so we stepped away, which was not their fault but it is what it is. Since then my partner has basically been completely harassed by them, within two hours of us leaving she received NINE calls. I had to call the dealership and ask that they leave her alone. She has also received 4 emails and multiple text messages, even coming as late at 11:30 PM. Since they will not take no for an answer, I am coming to this platform to share my experience and warn others of the unprofessional service. Although I would like to say, the person that we were dealing with in the service department was extremely nice and so was the original salesman that we spoke to.

I came in with my dad to get a car to replace his totaled car. Eduardo Del Rio met us in the parking lot. When my dad told him the price range he was looking at, Eduardo said it was a tall order but he went right to work and found a car that fit the bill. Ive been to this dealership twice- once for an oil change and once for a battery replacement when I was still within warranty. Both times my appointments went quickly- Ive never waited for more than hour while my car was being worked on. This recent visit, I called about my battery as my car was needing a jump daily so I obviously wanted an appointment ASAP and they were able to get me in the next morning at 730am. They always wash your car too- couldnt recommend this place more.

Ive never taken my new car anywhere else than its dealership to get it serviced. This is my 3rd time and Ive always been pleased by the level of professionalism the facility holds. Went there Monday to try and purchase a vehicle. When we got there the car was $500 more than the price discussed on the phone. The car was also missing many features that were also stated on the phone. ALSO DISCUSSED ON THE PHONE WAS, CAR HAS EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE ITS  CPO. When we got there it hadnt been certified yet. So no extended warranty. Regardless of that we were unsure if we were going to get approved or not for the loan to purchase the vehicle. Which wasnt an issue. We specifically stated that before you run a credit check, make sure the vehicle is CPO. (WHICH was Stated multiple times) We gave one stipulation. All we got back was him saying the boss said the car will definitely be CPO but it would still have to run threw inspection first. Still dont understand how they thought we were really going to sign the papers and leave with the vehicle. To come back have the inspection and then maybe be denied of CPO. Pretty much ran credit without consent verbally. To waste our time and check our credit when first thing we stated was no credit check till vehicle is cpo. Thanks Samuel

I will give a zero for the nightmare experience I had. The only employees to recognize there are the sales representative Eddy Matos and the service representative Cindy. Both of them are excellent, professional and helpful. The car we bought is a certified one and since the very moment we got it, it did not have any windshield liquid and the coolant was low. We received a folder with all the items checked and they were not.Our nightmare started at the moment we rode the car with tne motor mounts bad and the car vibrating a lot. We took the car back and Neis Rodríguez, the used cars manager told us that they will take care of it. Replace only one of the four of them and the car kept doing the same. We had to buy one and take it back for them to replace it. They did it but the car is still the same because as our mechanic said the four of them should have been replaced and the dealer stated that there was only one bad. Our nightmare continues and Neis Rodriguez has not been helpful at all. Once again Eddy Matos with sales and Cindy with service are the best employees there.

John was excellent to work with, did not try to find extra things wrong with the car like the previous dealership did. Found the best solution while keeping cost in mind. Very professional and quick communication on vehicle. Will continue to bring my SUV to Sutherlin even though it is a little bit of drive to get to!

So we have been a loyal client of Sutherlin and today they have lost us as a client. One the past 2 years we have bought 2 commercial vehicles and when doing so were told that we have priority status when it comes to service, hahahahaha! Today I tried to book a simple oil change and was told by the SERVICE DIRECTOR that they just couldnt fit us in, but we could take our chances and show up, however you would wait 3 hours. In addition I was told by a service advisor that I should call another Nissan Dealer because they cant do anything. Well I did and I was fit right into their schedule. What a disappointment!

We as a business was promised to have priority for service after buying two commercial vehicles. All we needed was an oil change today, and the guy at the service told us GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. REALLY? I came in and bought a 2018 Rouge sport from Keith Allen he was by far the best car sales man I ever had. He made sure I was leaving in the perfect car and made sure it came with everything I asked for even got me the color I wanted! This man is by far the best in business!

This weekend I went to the Labor Day sale to look at purchasing a 2nd car. Everyone was very nice and very professional. The first thing I noticed was they could not give me an answer on what the interest rate would be when we couldnt get the payments into a range that would fit our budget. In doing the math, I would literally pay double the sticker price for the vehicle at the end of the term. Much to my surprise when we left, my credit had been hit by 5 hard inquiries and my daughter was hit by 8 hard inquiries. With her being a first time buyer and me co-signing, I know it can be tricky, especially for a used car over 100k miles. But never did they tell us they were shopping to so many lenders. It resulted in a drop of 14 points on my daughters credit. I called the dealership back to confirm if it was accurate. I recommended that if they are going to pull multiple hard inquiries they should consult with the customer to see if they approve. I would not have authorized such activity and would have gone straight to a credit union to pre-qualify instead rather than allowing them to shop to so many lenders. I was disappointed. They apologized but I still am not happy with the lack of disclosure during the process.

I am very happy and satisfied with the professionalism of Calvin Campbell, at the time of my purchase … He is so, so knowledgeable, and his Customer Service is Outstanding … I feel he should be promoted to a Managerial position within Sutherlin Nissan … Next time you think about buying a car at Nissan Sutherlin, ask for Calvin … Absolutely satisfied. Worst dealership I ever been to! Advertise one price on TrueCar, you get there and its much more. Be prepared to pay at least $3000 over advertised price even for a used car. Communication is non existent between their own people and the customer. The internet sales guy and sales whole sales staff in general is a joke. If there are any problems with the sale whatsoever, their go to is to ignore you and stall hoping you will give up. To get anything accomplished or resolved you must go over heads to management, and they only respond under threat. They must prey on the dumb and desperate, because anybody with any intelligence would not purchase or return there to purchase another vehicle from them. I cant imagine this place has any repeat customers, its one and done type of place.

Went there, inquired about a used car I saw online. Found it in the lot and asked the sales people about it. Didnt mention I saw it online. They told me the price for the car was over 5000 more than their online listing. The value of the car was about 10000 less according to other sources beings the car was in an accident. Received several calls trying to negotiate on this, not worth it.

Ricardo was great and made finding a car super super easy, I came in just to look and left with an amazing car i am so so happy with. They gave me such an amazing deal on my trade in I couldn’t say no! They worked very hard to give me a lower rate and in a budget I was 100% comfortable with. I had my car towed to this Nissan and they were terrible with communication. It took them 3 days to diagnosis my car. They told me the service department was open on Sundays, and then when I called again I was told that they weren’t. When my car was finally ready, I wasn’t informed what was wrong with it to begin with. I walked in and a gentlemen told me to “just go to the cashier”. When I got to the cashier she initially couldn’t find my paperwork, and once she did she just handed me the car keys. I received no details about what services were done or if any were even necessary. I had to ask where my car was even located because she also didn’t tell me that either. I was told that my warranty was “expired” despite my car being in range to still be covered underneath the warranty. Overall, it was a bad experience. I understand that the service department is busy, but thats not an issue for bad service.

I went to Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando yesterday and didnt even make it inside. I was getting ready to pull into the only open Handicap ♿parking spot when an employee stopped me. He was holding the spot for another employee to bring a vehicle for photos. Photos? They dont have anywhere other than a Handicap parking spot to take photos? I am a disabled Combat veteran and appreciate the small convenience that Handicap ♿parking spots afford me. The older gentleman was shaking his head like he couldnt believe I wanted to actually park my Handicap plated vehicle in their photoshoot area. It was so rude and ignorant of him that I didnt even end up going in. I went to three different dealers yesterday and all of them far better than the experience I had at Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando. I will personally never do business there and wouldnt recommend it to anyone else! Perceptions matter and my perception of their attitude, professionalism, and character was not good! Learn how to treat customers and youll do more business!P.S. - It was the head shaking that bothered me the most. Pure ignorance at work there!

The service is not good. I bought car from this dealership, and all of the service is done at here. Last time service team forgot to put sticker so I missed regular service. When I return, the service desk told me why there is no sticker and when was the last service, etc. Well i thought they have record that i bought my car from here and take service, but i guess not. good review is because of free oil change or because sales person ask you to leave good review, I guess.

Terrible waste of time. To be fair, Heath was great about showing us the car we wanted. Our experience went downhill after meeting Kenny. Extensive back and forth about the price. We were kept waiting 3 hours before being told the car we wanted was not on the lot but that it would be available the next day.Having come to a conclusion about the price we agreed to come back in once the car was on the lot. No communication from the dealership after that. We had to call multiple times before getting in touch with Kenny who did not know who we were, nor what car we had discussed nor the trim. After reminding him of the details, we were told that the car would not be available until 10 days later but that we could come in and sign (without having seen the car). We opted to wait.Again, no communication from them. 11 days later we called to ask about the car and were told it just came off the truck. We waited another hour before Kenny showed up and quoted a price 1000 usd higher than what we had agreed upon.After the experience Ive had here, I would strongly suggest shopping for a car elsewhere. And if you must shop here, avoid dealing with Kenny if you can.

Went in for oil change and 10k service. great service - even gave me a car wash for free. friendly staff and nice waiting room with refreshments while you wait.

Everything that JB said would be done got done. Also, they completed a recall repair without even being asked. So far so good as far as the quality of the repair.

I went in to get a routine oil change which normally would take several hours to complete. Guy, my service rep, was welcoming, friendly, and informed. I was able to get my car serviced and recall repaired in less than 2 hours. Unexpected but very welcomed. Great customer service even from the check out lady who also ran to replace the coffee for me and others. Much needed quality service especially during these hard times.

Made an appointment via telephone with this dealership. Because I did not like the dealership where I bought my car...showed up for my appointment my service guy was great. Got me a shuttle back to my work. Did what they said and were not pushy about extra services. I will definitely come back.

I went to get my oil changed. The service rep ( John Bartolotta) suggested that I have the transmission serviced because the car has 58,000 miles on it. The warranty is good for 60,000 miles. Thanks to John, I dodged a big bullet. Listen to your rep, they are there for you!!!!
