He took his time and made sure everything I wanted in a car was met, he made it his priority to find me my vehicle, the experience was more than awesome, and Danny in finance, he did everything possible so my payments were in my price range, no the were very professional yet made us feel like family!!! Our salesman Nick is the best sales person that I have ever worked with. From the time we met at the dealership to the time we drove off with our new vehicle, he was right on point, very informational about the whole process. We originally went to look at a totally different vehicle thank we purchased. He suggested that we look at the one we bought and my wife and I was very pleased with the vehicle. Terrible experience honestly, first they tricked me into coming in by using a bait car. Saying multiple times that it was still in inventory when it was already sold. Should’ve just left right then and there. But then they showed me a different car saying it was wasn’t much more expensive than the one I came to see. Was almost ready to blindly sign for that one because I had already been there for 3 hours till they put me in a room with a sales woman who was so condescending and rude, didn’t even want to explain anything I was signing just expected me to sign everything she was putting in front of me and I didn’t find out the full price of the car till the very end of the “packet” that the car went from 18,000 to 28,000. Won’t be going to any dealerships any time soon.
Whoever you have answering phones for service appointments, needs an attitude check and training in customer service because that was the worst phone conversation I’ve had with a customer service place. I wish I caught the lady’s name, but she hung up before I could. I spend way too much money for the rudeness I just received.I’m still stuck on calling for an appointment for an oil change and I wanted to walk in instead and for her to say “If you would like to wait 3-4 hours, whatever you please” excuse me?Felt like I was talking to a Walmart employee.

I just want to tell you that at the value of the car add $2900 of a package that according to them is mandatory plus $1300 that the dealer charges you for who knows what. So if you are seeing a good price online add $4200.00. For everything else is ok.
Rodney was awesome!! I was visiting Disney from out of town and my car wouldn’t start. It got towed here and they fixed it quickly and also gave me an oil change. Once I was ready to leave town they sent an Uber to Disney and brought me to the dealership. And now I’ve returned home and my Jeep is running great. Wish I lived close enough to use their service center all the time!!

Best car buying experience I ever had . Im 57 years old and I trade my cars every 3 years. Every were else I went it was high pressure they jump on you like vultures. This has to be one of the worst service i have ever experienced, 3 hours waiting for my car to get a change in oil, no one tells you any update, after all when i asked, i was told i had 3 cars ahead, missed a day of work and didn’t even get the proper service, if you can advoid this place and save your self the headache!! I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change, the 30,000 mile service, and an interior detail for a Saturday. I regret not getting the name of the person who scheduled my appointment. Because the detail should have made the service take significantly longer, I planned for my husband to drive separately from me so we can go spend a day in Orlando with our children since we come from Lakeland. I get to the dealership and I am informed that they do not do details on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays because they are detailing the cars that are for sale. I understand that, and I understand that they will be hiring more people, but it doesn’t change the fact that I could’ve altered my plans and not wasted as much of our time and gas money if someone would have scheduled me correctly and told me that they do not do details on Saturdays. Not to mention I got my hopes up because I was excited about the detail. I would change may review from a one star to a four star or a five star if they at least compensated for my husbands gas money for their mistake of an ignorant scheduler.
Good morningI was at first excited at this purchase from here as this is my first time in years purchasing a vehicle. It was very important to me that I find a honest, reliable place that I would feel most appreciated and valued as a customer. I had that feeling when I first came to this particular dealership. To make my long story short and not waste any more of your time because mine has been my total experience was like opening a new present beautifully wrapped only to find mud inside. To some defense some department areas were very helpful but most were not. I did purchase from this particular dealership however my experience with them I never want to go through again. Absolutely awful experience. We saw a listing on 2019 Toyota 4Runner that online was said to have 228 miles. We contacted a rep at the dealer to confirm this and drove 2 hours to come see this vehicle specifically. After arriving, the the rep we worked with via text message pulled the vehicle up for us to take a look. Turns out the vehicle had 28,000 miles. Not 228. Their online listing was completely wrong and a good deal turned out to not be so good. The rep had absolutely nothing to say, not even apologizing that we wasted our time and effort.And just a side note: Their dealership is an absolutely disgusting. Very ruff atmosphere with shady people everywhere. Beware of this dealership!

I thought the people took care of me in the showcase room and everybody was kind. I was forced though to get the family advantage package added on which cost $3000 added to the loan. That i had no choice in having it or not. Yet a different dealership said I didnt had to have it, it was only an option. I also kept on saying my max was $454 and ended up after adding warranty and gap at around $543 per month. They refrained from letting me know about the price until they laid it down in front of me as an offer. I was too tired and accepted it, when I should ofcwaited until I got back from vacation and do it. The car is great and I like it, but will not go back to this dealership again and back to the one I went to before. They treated me great and gave me options (which is out of town where I live now). Be careful here and make sure you get all pricing up front and throughout the process.
I took my Jeep in to have my radio replaced. Andy was my service advisor and was very happy with his communication and solutions to having the repair done quickly and correctly. This place will rip you off then act like your crazy when you try to stand up for yourself. The most untrustworthy dealership EVER! If you want honesty please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Everything is fake her, they didnt service my car when they say they would. I had to take it back to them the second time and have a manager go back there and make sure the work is actually being done. N thats not all. But please explore your options elsewhere. That 3k dollar mandatory advantage plan they got is a total rip off. Not worth a dime. Especially not 3k. Bunch of liers here

I am only leaving three stars because the service advisor Keith gave excellent service. However as normal for some reason I always have some issue with the technician or the work completed. This time my truck was parked directly in front of the glass window. My truck was brought in nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment which isn’t that bad. But than the technician disappeared for an hour. He returned and proceeded to begin the work. Everything was fine until I actually watched this guy hop up on my engine block like he is hopping a fence and proceeds to work with his knees resting on the plastic engine protector, which I am pretty sure is not there to support that amount of weight. I already have stopped going to one dodge dealership due to damage to my vehicle I really don’t want to find another. I normally don’t like to leave reviews but as you know if you go to dodge they really are persistent when it comes to their reviews.

I normally get my vehicle serviced there! And I have never had any issues. Today I called to set up a oil service appointment and the Girl who answered to make the service appointment had an attitude and was discustingly rude!!, unhelpful!! and unprofessional! As a consumer customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately I won’t be going back until the service department addresses this particular issue and makes customer service a priority.

I made a service appointment for their first available day and time. I arrived, they supposedly could not find my appointment, and the service advisor told me I needed to leave the car for two days before anything could be checked. I wasted my time and work time which is lost money. I will never waste my valuable time again with this dealer.
I went to this dealership leaving Jacksonville,Fl to travel to Orlando Florida and at this moment I really,really regret the day i came here.So online they stated that this particular vehicle that I wanted was 20,000 dollars.So when I arrived there I ended up putting 5,500 down as my down payment on the vehicle.But some how after I made a hefty downpayment they ended up charging me a lot more than what I saw online in fact it was about 6,000 more.I feel like I have been ripped off for a used vehicle at this dealership.And Im writing this review to warn people about this dealership.The type of vehicle I purchased was an NV2500 used Nissan van coming in at 169,000 miles already on it.Wow they got me,what a rip off.I tried to call them but they would not answer the phone .So the customer service is non existent. So I would not recommend anyone to this dealership in Orlando,Fl.And I will not be doing any business with them again in the future. And I would not be surprised if they deleted this review!

I drover in to Disney from Chicagoland area and am currently trying to get my new (not even a month old) Jeep Grand Cherokee L serviced/fixed for power steering here and am not getting any responses from anyone here! Not even our case manager through Jeep can get through. VERY unprofessional place! I called 10x in a row at one point last week until someone finally answered and even they had to take my number down to not ever call me back! They have had our truck for going on 2 weeks now and I cannot get any solid answers. I would NEVER recommend Jeep to anyone! I have always bought GMC and my first time not doing so i am regretting it 100%. Craig in service department even said on one of the initial calls No one told you to buy a new Jeep and drive it down to Florida!!! (god forbid i use my truck to do the most basic thing, to drive!) I could not believe the level of customer service out of this place how are they even in business! Oh and please do not ask me to reach out to you via email privately to discuss, i am sure you all have our name and number along with our case managers so YOU can reach out to us for an update on our truck!
This dealership is advertising a price online and then adding some questionable family advantage package thats worth $3000 dollars(something to do with spraying your car with some products). I just spoke to a Manager and a car that is advertised for roughly 7000 dollars all of a sudden became 12000 dollars due to dealership fee, tax and title fees and some crazy family advantage package that no one asked for. Who in their right mind would buy a car that all of sudden its price when up almost double its real value. Crazy.

Don’t come here. They will try to rip you off by charging you all kinds of fees and marking up interest rates from the bank and they won’t even use Vaseline while doing it. They’re super nice and friendly but it’s all a stunt to rip you off. Come here if you want to spend thousands of dollars more than at other dealerships.

While on vacation in Orlando my 2017 Dodge Challengers water pump started to fail. I brought the car in on Sunday, yes a Sunday, and was met by my service advisor, Chris Caracciolo.. He was very knowledgeableand accommodating. He set me up with a loaner and said he would get on the repair asap. Knowing it was Sunday, I wasnt expecting much, figured it would take a couple of days. 4 hours later Chris called and said my car was ready. Amazing, all on a Sunday... Horrible place to take your vehicle for service! I was charged for a service that they did not perform! I found after bring my vehicle back and them telling me I needed the same thing done that they lied and said they did two months prior. When looking in the system it showed I was charged but the service was not performed! I would not recommend bringing your car here for service. Find a dealership with integrity who will properly service your vehicle.
Very impressed with Christopher Jimenez in the online sales department at this dealership. I submitted an online inquiry on 3/27/21 and received a response from him the same day. The vehicle I inquired about was in transit and Chris let me know when it would arrive. He followed up with me once the vehicle arrived and scheduled a time for me to come into the dealership to look at the vehicle. Sadly, someone bought the vehicle before I could come in and look at it, but Chris followed up with me to advise that the vehicle had been sold (so that I did not make an unnecessary trip to the dealership). Some sales people would have not told me that and gotten me into the dealership anyway and tried to steer me toward a different vehicle. I appreciated Chris not doing that, as I had told him that I was looking for a very specific vehicle. Overall experience with this dealership and Chris Jimenez was excellent, I would definitely recommend!
I just left this dealership, and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I went in there a week ago to test drive a passat that I saw on CarGuru. It wasnt available. One week after the car made it back to the dealership, I went in, drove the car, liked it, and wanted to buy it.Came to find out about this advantage family packageof $2999 on top on your price tag. This wasnt brought up to me the first day when I walked into this place.Talked to the manager called Manny who was rude at first when I explained my concern about it. I advised him to de-escalate the situation by going through the numbers. My take was to opt out of this package. He went back for about 90 mins. He went on to deal with another customer and left me waiting for his answer. Very unprofessional and rude. Bottom line, if you decline the package of $3k, youll not buy a car from here.
Keith and the service team were excellent. When my vehicle broke down at the end of vacation and was towed in, they took care of everything (including a rental car). Keith listened to my situation, set my expectations regarding repair time and approximate cost.Best of all, my vehicle was repaired earlier than expected and at a fair price allowing me to return home as planned.

Whatever you do, DO NOT a purchase a vehicle from this dealership they do NOT stand behind their cars and DEFINITELY DON’T honor their word or warranty!!!! My brother who is a disabled veteran purchased a used vehicle from this dealership NOT quite five-months ago. He hadn’t had the jeep a week good before encountering an issue. He took the vehicle back and reluctantly they fixed that issue. Then he had another issue- AC evaporator. After several calls and talking to various managers they finally fixed that issue. Then the AC went out completely a month later. Again, my brother had to call and call before they would agree to assess the issue FREE of charge. Finally they fixed the AC Compressor but ONLY if he gave them a “Good Review”. Against his better judgment he went out there and gave them a “good review”. The dealership repaired the AC compressor. Since that time the “check engine” light has come on numerous times. This last time, they are telling me that the “evaporator in the emissions system” is causing the light to come on. Wouldn’t you know, the dealership told him this costly repair is NOT covered under his warranty. When my brother purchased this vehicle, his salesperson was Gabriel and his Finance Manager who sold him on the warranty was Daniel WL Roberts and he assured him that EVERYTHING a was covered under his warranty.This is disgraceful! My brother fought and served in the US Army defending his country only to be “defeated” on US Soil by the likes of this scandalous dealership!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING FROM Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!!!!!
Worst experience ever when I get there I told the salesman Chris why We was here Mazda cx9 him and the manager told me it was sold I said okay and while I’m getting ready to leave manager said there’s other three row seats around my budget they show me four different cars all of them was around $30000 way out my budget I told Chris and the black gentleman with the elephant tattoo on his right arm no but they told me I can get qualify for them or I can lease the new jeep that’s 50000 dollars and was promise a good monthly payment I was qualified and told I need a co-signer .they asked me for bank statements and my tax refund papers just so they can tell me I can’t get the car after was qualified for it .not only wasted my time they sent my information to 12 different banks after I told them not too don’t waste your time with them they’re a liar and manipulative
I dropped off my car for an oil change and Eli Lara took care of my vehicle from start to finish. ELI made it super convenient for me and made me aware of other issues that needed care. I have a history of less-than-stellar service at this location, but after a few years I decided to give it another try due to how close it is.This is the second visit in 2 weeks and my biggest concern is the absolute lack of communication from the service team. The first drop off was for a malfunctioning window. What was going to be a one-day fix turned into 2.5 days where I didn’t have a car. Due to the quick nature of the repair I was not given the option for a rental car until the second day. I’ll get into the rental facility later. I am self employed and rely on my vehicle so I was a bit disappointed with the continued push back of when it would be done. I would call and text several times before any response and I could never get a clear expectation of how long it would take.The second visit was to replace the dashboard. Again I was told it would be a one-day fix so I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off at 7am with the expectation that I would be picking it back up later that day. Again, lack of communication went from one day to being pushed to the next morning to the next afternoon to being done at 6pm the next day. Again I was able to plan for the lack of a car for one day, not 2. Again I would text and call with no response and complete lack of setting realistic expectations of completion. For anyone not having a car for an additional day is a burden.Now for the rental facility at Tropical Ford. I refused a rental for the second repair due to the fact the rental facility is dirty, in a dark sleazy office where the staff there outwardly patronized another customer while I was standing in the office. I was completely turned off and someone there should review the facility. When I told Marcous how uncomfortable I was going there he said I was not the first to tell him the same thing. It is unprofessional and irresponsible to send people there without giving them a heads up or another option. I was alone and completely uncomfortable and vowed never to go back.All in all, Marcous has a good attitude however is clearly overbooked to provide his customers with a reasonable level of care and communication. With the last 3 experiences being so bad I will not be back. I will also not be referring your dealership to anyone. I would rather drive an hour than to go back.
Our blower motor went out in one of our work trucks. I called, they said they had the part. I went in the next morning and they didnt have the part. They ordered the part, I scheduled an appointment to return, dropped the truck off, went back the next day and they had forgotten about it and had not even touched the truck. Made another appointment as we needed the truck for a job. Dropped the truck off for the appointment, picked it up. Over $1700 for a blower motor. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid this dealership!
A few months after purchasing a new Chrysler I received 2 free oil change vouchers in the mail as a thank you from the dealership. I made an appointment and they took the car right in via appointment time upon arriving. I also let them know that I was missing a lug nut from a previous visit and they gladly replaced that. They also gave my car a complementary car wash in this time window because my car was a tad dirty from bugs. I was only at the dealership for about and hour and a half. They also have an inexpensive food service inside the dealership that makes delicious Cubans comes with a drink and chips for 5.99 so you can eat while you wait. CHRIS in the service dept was attentive and professional. Thank you for everything !

The Service Advisor I dealt with was very good, in the sense, he answered all my questions thoroughly. Since this was my first visit to Central Florida CDR service department, I did not know what to expect in terms of customer service, products or parts used etc, but it worked out to my satisfaction. I am very picky about what products are used on my new Ram 1500, since these vehicles are not cheap, therefore, I go the extra mile to insure that it’s well taken care of so that they last.
Had a great buying experience with Nicholas Blanzole and sales manager Randy Bhikha. Nicholas explained every part of what you get when you buy one of their new vehicles. Their customer service and experience was better than any other Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Chrysler dealership in Central Florida.

As so many other people have said, this place definitely does a bait and switch sales model. The vehicle we wanted was selling at $32,600. They wanted a little over $41,000 as their out the door price. I understand taxes and a few other fees are unavoidable, but they try to force a family advantage plan on you for another $3,000, a $999 documentation fee, among other fees they throw in. Theres a reason why car sales people have such a bad reputation...this place is exactly why. Dont get scammed, just go somewhere else.

Ok, I was gonna give a good review, everything was great... Until they had my money. I have been waiting for the second key to my truck, they told me they would have it to me within a month. Now, no one will return my calls or texts. I even stopped in and the receptionist told me theyd work on it and call me back. Nothing. I have another vehicle to buy and it looks like we will be going somewhere else. I need to be treated like a customer before and after purchase.Also: the free car washes are horrible.
Professional, educated, well mannered and informative. That’s how I felt about every person I encountered at this dealership. Truly a classy organization. I would like to recognize all but the one person that stood out above all was my salesperson. Mr Jason Bonilla. He is a true asset to Central Florida CDJR. Went in cash in hand and the person that received us said we could not see the cars in the lot without a sales person with us. While hes talking to us hes on his phone the whole time texting leaning on the counter with no care in the world. It would been nice if he let us see and give us a number if we came to a decision. That would have made me feel special and wanting to buy there. So we took our money and business else where.
Be aware, their actual pricing is $$$ thousands higher than what they advertise on the website. They also offered next to nothing for our trade. Every other dealership offered at least 4x as much. Seems like a scam. Another dealership got us a great and honest deal though so we are still happy.
I like the inventory however I don’t like being hounded while trying to purchase a vehicle. Maybe that’s me but I like more of a subtle approach and appreciate having my time to make the right decision for myself. I ultimately went somewhere else because what I liked was out of my price range but they did have a very nice selection

Well, I’ve never actually left a review for a business before, but I was so annoyed by the first and only interaction I had that I felt compelled to leave this. I’m in the market for a truck and see one on auto trader that would be perfect and is priced right. I went to the companies website and find the truck which is listed for the same price. I fully intended to buy and pay cash for the truck sight unseen since I live 2 hours away. On the website is says to “click here” for the best price. Im assuming that I’m going to get a slightly better deal than the listed price, so I click and fill out the info and wait fir someone to contact me. I get a call from Natasha 5 minutes later. She takes my info and tells me they will email me with the best price. Perfect. I get an email a couple hours later with the “best price”. The email has the list price that they had advertised along with an additional “central florida family advantage” (whatever that means) $2995 plus $1099.40 reconditioning feee (whatever that means) plus $999 dealer fee. Not going to complain about the dealer fee, but you’re really going to add over $4000 in random fees? Don’t waste your time with a dealer that doesn’t even attempt to stand by their advertised price. I get that most dealerships are scummy, but they normally wait until you’re about to sign the paperwork before they try to screw you. This could have been a simple and easy cash transaction, but instead turned out to be a total waste of time.

Shouldnt even be one star. Went there to look at a Jeep Wrangler priced at $34000 and some change. We test drove it and the whole time the salesman talked about how the price was so good for the vehicle. We agreed that it was definitely in our price range. Go back to the dealership and start talking about our trade and had it appraised. Came back with a number 2000.00 lower than other dealerships. We finally got them to give us another 2000.00. But then came the cost increase on their end 3000.00 for family advantage package and 1000.00 dealer fee. Price went from 34,000 to 38,000 definitely no the advertised price. I find it very unprofessional business practice. So you get all excited about a new car and the price changes. Lets put it this way. Ypu go to the grocery store for a gallon of milk its marked $3.00 on shelf get to the checkout line and it rings up 4.00. When you ask the clerk she says well the sign isnt really the price. I wonder how long thats store would stay in business. However we proceed because we liked the vehicle and gave them a max payment we could be at. We had a dinner appointment and said we had to leave. They assured us theyd call us later that evening with the results and a payment. (Keep in mind they ran our credit) They never called so 5 hrs later I called twice and was told the salesman went home for the day. I asked for a finance manager to talk too. He came to the phone and said yup we got you all set up. Payment turned out 200.00 more than our max. I said payment is to high and to have the sales guy call me in the morning. Never gat a call until the following afternoon I explained my frustration to him and we hung up. 2 minutes later a manager called my wife and asked what could be done to earn our business. She explained a little more for our trade and wed put a little more down. Maybe we could make a deal. Keep in mind we live almost 4hrs away and were almost home. He said he could drop the price on the advantage family plan as well. Then that would also help. He told my wife hed do some checking on number and get back to us right away. Well he never called us back and we never got the jeep. But they had no problem running our credit and telling us we can get you to the payment we needed. Very poor business practices. Ive bought alot of vehicles over the years and never had a dealership like this. Bottom line price they advertise is not the price.

The experience was great. When we first walked in, we felt very comfortable. Our sales advisor, Todd, was very accommodating to anything we had. We let him know our situation from the beginning and he worked with us to make sure we were getting into a vehicle that we wanted. It was a bit difficult but he never gave up and kept pursuing all alternatives to do so. We are very greatful that we were able to get the vehicle we wanted and was able to drive it home earlier than expected. A big thanks to Todd, Henson, and Central Florida Chrysler for making us feel like family from the minute we got in there.

I purchased not one but two vehicles here. Neither came with floor mats and it was a little bit of a hassle to actually get them to give me some but I was also told there was a second key which after signing I was told sorry there isn’t. Our truck we bought at night and didn’t notice a dent on the bumper and numerous scratches on top of the truck and around the truck and are now being told it won’t be fixed. Even though we have the $3000 family advantage coverage which states that it will be fixed at no cost. I’ve had to come here to post a review since I am not getting any help from the dealership.

Bob in service was great. I felt like I wasn’t just another customer. He made sure I understood all of the repairs that needed to be made and how they affected the issues I was having. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner that fit right into my schedule.
Came to Central FL Dealer because had a horrible experience at the previous dealership where I waited over 30min for my scheduled apt. Bob from central FL came out right away, asked me what the issue was with my car and took care of me within the first 5min of arrival. Definitely will be using this dealership each time because of their promptness. Also, massive thanks to Bob for running my car post service through the car wash!!

I went in to have my 2018 Challenger serviced and ended up trading up to a 2021 Challenger T/A. Bob Parr was my service advisor and got my 2018 Challenger in and out quickly. Despite the terrible reviews, I decided to give this dealership a chance. They had a used car I wanted marked at a fair market price according to KBB. I figured these reviews were from people who were unfamiliar with the car dealership sleaze. I e-mailed first about the car I wanted and spoke with Jemal. Our communication was a bit of a red flag- he had trouble with professional writing. We agreed on a price and I told him I’d come down, but let him know I didn’t feel comfortable working with him. So he referred me to Noel. Noel never responded to my e-mail. Then they raised the price on their website over $1k. Shady, but okay, they’re clearly a sketchy dealership. I give them a chance anyway.So I went down there anyway. I asked for a female sales associate and met Meisha- who was personable and kind. The process to test drive a car was also a red flag as we had to drive a mile away to get the keys to the car I wanted to scope out.When it came to purchasing, she brought out the finance or sales manager, John, who brought out the printout with over $7k fees on top of the previously agreed-upon price. I laugh and tell him I’ll just go buy a car from Carvana. He proceeds to patronize me and tell me that he feels “the need to educate” me on how Carvana works and that I’m still going to pay taxes. I remind him that I don’t need him to educate me. But I smile and remind him I’m in a hurry. John continued to explain the fees over and over as if I were an idiot and continued the general rudeness and old-world sales tactics that will be the death of the brick-and-mortar car sales industry. I wasted 2 hours that day and walked out and purchased a car on Carvana 1 year newer, same mileage for 5k less than this horrible, scamming dealership.“Michael” from the dealership called later asking if I had a good experience today. I laughed and told him about my experience and he said “alright” and hung up! These reviews are not an exaggeration. I hope you read this and save yourself 2 hours and avoid this dealership at all costs!Edit: After I left this review. This dealership called me at 8pm on a weekday. I didnt answer, but the unprofessionalism continues.
