This is my 2nd vehicle I have bought. Both experiences were excellent! I browsed for the car I wanted, and felt comfortable with the 360 degree views, photos, etc - all of which matched up when the vehicles were delivered. On my recent purchase, I was going to trade in an old vehicle but I could not find my title. So I switched over to financing in the middle of the transaction. Carvana did not skip a beat! The truck was still delivered on the expected date. Everything about this experience is awesome - right down to the delivery team member who was so friendly and helpful! Why would I ever want to haggle and waste time at a dealership when these vehicles are truly as they are shown on line? And I get 7 days to try it out. Better than a few minutes of a test drive! Awesome experiences!!

5 star service. Went online to sell our car. Process super simple. Received the quote and accepted it. Went to this site to turn in the vehicle. The site is very clean and organized. Met with Terrell, exceptional customer service. He explained the process, and offered water or soft drinks while he checked the car. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I will not go to a dealer again. Carvana is the future.Gary

BEFORE YOU BUY READ MY ENTIRE POST….The experience purchasing the car was fantastic. Best one I’ve had in all my times buying a car.HOWEVER, the car had not been properly detailed. The previous owner had a dog, and the truck was covered in dog hair. I am allergic to dog hair and pet dander. I am also an asthma so this triggered an allergic reaction and asthma attack.As a result, my husband had to immediately take the truck to the car wash and clean it inside and out. We had to ride with the windows down for days to air out the truck and spray it with sanitizer. It took a week for me not to feel sick after riding in the car.Nick (Great Guy!) who dropped off the truck started that he requested the company send a $100 gift card for cleaning and detailing. However, I haven’t received anything, as of yet. I do recommend Carvana to purchase your vehicle from, I’d just make sure the properly clean the vehicle for you.UPDATED 9/7/21I took away a star because I was promised funds to detail my truck. As of today, I have YET to receive anything. I was told 1 week and it has been 1 month and NOTHING.The truck could NOT have been given any type of inspection for cleanliness. And with COVID being so serious right not now, I feel as though this issues was NOT handled in the appropriate manner and was actually disregarded.CAUTION TO FUTURE BUYER…..Be sure to check the vehicle for cleanliness prior to completing the purchase and DO NOT ACCEPT THE WE WILL SEND YOU A VOUCHER FOR DETAILING PROMISE. They only promise $100 when professional deep cleaning detailing cost $150 and up.My sister brought a truck in Ohio from Carvana a week later, and her truck smelled like new, so that’s why I know I DID NOT RECEIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE or the 150 inspection noted.In a time such as this there should have been more done to rectify this situation. And the fact that I was allergic to Dogs and there was obviously a dog in the truck previously was completely disregarded.So please make sure you do your own inspection.

I cant speak for what its like buying a car, but I sold my car to carvana. The process online took minutes. My appointment between paper work, checking out my vehicle, having money in my account, And having an Uber ordered for me only took 20 minutes!! Extremely impressed by this process and the people were all quick and extremely helpful. Crushed my expectations, great experience!

Absolutely amazing how their vehicles are loaded up into a very tall, see through walls, piled up set of vehicles for sales. I saw how people were walking in for a few minutes and then driving out with their next vehicle within about 20 minutes.

Great experience. I came to Carvana to sell my car. The offer amount they gave me on the app was exactly what we closed the deal with when I showed up to drop off my car.The entire process of paperwork and them checking out the car took no more than about 30-45 minutes. After that they paid for my Uber home and on the way home I got the deposit for my profit from the car.5 business days later exactly, I see the loan payoff payment posted on my lender account and I’m free from the loan now.Thank you Carvana!

I have bought many cars in my life, and I have to say my experience with Carvana was one of the best. Their prices were very much inline or better than most dealers and they had zero dealer fees. They really do inspect the cars thoroughly and are very open about any imperfections. They listed ones that were barely visible on the Fiesta ST we bought my son. They also put new brakes and tires on the car. The transaction went so smoothly and the delivery arrived early. Chris brought us the car and he was very informative and thorough. My son commented on how we wasted more time at dealerships not buying cars than we did getting the one from Carvana. 2 days after our purchase my son noticed a tiny chip in the windshield. They replaced it quickly, no hassle. I will absolutely buy another car from them.

Buying a car from them is hell at best. I have been waiting since June for them to clear the title so I can get my new registration. September is my month i need to renew them. Now its here and i cant because they refuse to release the title from the EFS system.by law they have 30 days its been more than 90. I will not be able to drive the car legally. So if your thinking of getting a car from them, think hard.

Offer was $1800 more than trading in to the dealer where we were purchasing our new electric SUV and completion of the sale took a total of 17 minutes from arrival to funds deposited into my account. BUYER BEWARE!! I have tried to buy two different vehicles. The first one continuously got delayed. Thinking it was just an issue with that particular vehicle I attempted to purchase a second one. They called 25 minutes before the expected arrival time to say they couldnt deliver this one. It was a DMV issue. Completely ridiculous company! I saw articles in the news that warned me against them, but took a chance since I was in great need of a vehicle. I should have listened! This company is quickly going out of business!! I will ward off anyone that I come into contact with!

This process has been all over the place... smooth in the very beginning. LOVED the no haggle/pressure that you get at a dealership. And very fair pricing. Then delivery was delayed and with very short notice and for whatever reason it caused me to have to fill out paperwork all over again. THEN get delivery date scheduled that I picked and they magically just came up with their own and I have to reschedule AGAIN!!! And do paperwork AGAIN!! Drop off when it finally happened was smooth. Nice employee.NOW my temp tag is expired and they have the wrong persons temp tag under my account and I have called 3 times to get this fixed before I get pulled over and get a ticket!!!!Everyone is super nice on the phone but there is clearly some sort of disconnect happening since they keep getting schedules and paperwork wrong! Extremely frustrating!!!!

I have been trying my best to refrain from blasting Carvana in a review, but they leave me no choice. So. The perks: large selection of used vehicles, easy financing, polite Customer Support (well all but 1 who hung up on me). The CONS: Ordered the car, it was delayed a week. I kept getting conflicting info on where the car was and when it would be delivered which was really scary and confusing. I was promised $25/day for the delay which would be issued after the 7 day trial period. We are now 1 FULL MONTH after that 7 day trial period and Ive been told by 2 different reps that it hadnt been approved. What takes a month 2 approve $250?!?!?!? It appears to me that they are trying their hardest to avoid paying what THEY told US they would pay. I mean I didnt just offer it up. THEY DID. Theres something odd going on there. I cant quite place my finger on it, but they seem very disorganized and clueless. Would NOT do this again. Go to a dealer. PERIOD.

So far, so good. I highly recommend having a representative on the phone while you are online making a purchase. Uploading documents can be frustrating without the human to validate them. The automatic system rejected everything I tried to upload. The car was exactly as represented. Were still awaiting registration, but Im sure thatll be handled before long.Overall, a great experience.

So I called this company first because I was trying to get rid of my car. The offer they gave me was extremely well, but my car needed new brake pads and the light was on on the dashboard. So they told me that before they would accept the car I had to repair the car and make sure the light on the dashboard was out. Having the vehicle is already an extra expense for me because I am working remote right now and Walmart delivers your groceries so I really dont need a car. So I felt like me repairing the car kind of defeated the purpose of getting rid of the car. So I did end up choosing another company

This is the future of buying a car! Although I did not end up buying a car, the overall customer experience is amazing and untypical of a typical car dealer, where you are shoved from office to office to buy things you dont need. Here there is no such pressure or facing intimidating dealer managers. The 7-day trial to see if the car is right for you is amazing. It didnt work for me and my trade was given back.

The sales side of purchasing a car from carvana was awesome. I was so happy, I made a FB post and loved the hassle free process. Then...I was having issues with the registration. When I called Carvana, I was told they lost the cashier check for $24,000K. This created 4.5 months of stress, a long chain of events, headaches, me driving illegally, not being able to get e-pass, when I asked to talk to a manager I was told one would call me in 24-48 hours...no one ever did. Weeks went by and I CALLED THEM. They were not going to follow up if I HAD not alerted them they did not get their 24K. Carvana did not understand how a cashiers check works - they asked me to cancel it and resend the funds. (Not possible, we had to wait 90 days).SAFETY issue - When they give you 7 days to think about the car - take it to a mechanic. When I did, I was told the car was unsafe. It almost caught on fire. When I asked a manager how an unsafe car passed the 120 point inspection, there was NO FOLLOW UP on a safety issue. From my own investigation- the car came from Georgia and it does not need a safety inspection. BEWARE- No one has carried enough to investigate the safety issue - how it happened, and why? They admit there process was not followed yet, NO follow up on selling an unsafe car ever took place.I own a small business, this has impacted my time, headspace and resources. I was emailing, calling the feature for a call back - DOES NOT WORK. I tried over a dozen times. If this feature did not work for me, it does not work for others I am assuming. Many emails, and calls were made, dropped calls, I attempted NUMEROUS times to set up a call with a human. Finally, I bought another car on 9/19. Carvana titled the car to me on 9/27. From 9/27- 10/21 Attempts were made to speak to a human. My HOA was asking about the expired registration, I received a letter from the state they were going to cancel my drivers license. How did I get a human to contact me? I went online and sold the car back to carvana. I just want this headache to end. I have lost $1446 dollars for my trade in. The hassle and headache is too much. I have notified carvana what I did. I have no intentions of keeping the money. This was a nightmare. Just an absolute nightmare. I JUST now received a message that they are coming after ME for the full amount of the car. I NEED this headache gone. It is not ending....I am possibly going to seek media attention for this case. I have been nothing but honest and informing them of their mistakes. Now I am being held liable for all of their mistakes.

I need to speak with someone from Carvana something fraudulent and shady is going and I’m beyond angry. We purchased a vehicle and we did everything through our bank which is a partner of Carvana. We met every deadline and received a confirmation to pick our vehicle today at 12:30 we get here and now we’re told that our vehicle was canceled and being purchased by someone else. REALLY!! How does that happen after my bank and Carvana confirmed everything. We were dropped off and now we’re taking a freaking Uber to take us home which is 1.5 hours away. What kind of professional business is Carvana I’m beyond angry the worst buying experience ever. So if you buy from Carvana be careful. I saw some positive reviews must of been the lucky ones.

An absolute disgrace of a car dealership. Do not be fooled by any of the commercials or paid reviews. Carvana buys used cars at the absolute rock bottom price, does not perform any inspections, and sells them for the highest price possible while covering up any maintenance issues that may be present. My brother just bought a vehicle from Carvana last month. He initially purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery. It was delivered to his door with 2 failed wheel bearings. They were so loud that when he called me while driving and over the phone I was able to diagnose the problem just by listening to the noise in the cabin. He then turned that car in and instead bought a 2019 Mercedes GLC300. The car was delivered with the service B needed light on. Carvana explained that this service was done but the mechanic forgot to reset the light. This turned out to be a complete lie. My brother called every mercedes service dealership that was listed in the Carfax to include the dealership that carvana went to for its inspection. During carvanas inspection they were advised that several components of the car needed replacement to include again the wheel bearings (which I dont understand because it is very rare for cars wheel bearings to fail at only 24000 miles) Carvana declined every recommended service and sold that car. Your buy here pay here car lot is more honest than these thieves. At least those guys have to lie to your face instead of online. Take your business elsewhere.

Biggest mistake I have ever made was purchasing a car from carvana.First of all, their customer service is TERRIBLE.I have many soo many calls to them, only to be put on hold and disconnected multiple times, with absolutely no call back.The pictures do not correctly depict, what you actually receive.I cannot put into words how disorganized this company is.Then there is the contract.A contract which I signed on my phone and all I could make out was the highlighted area to e-sign, since everything was soo small.They failed to take out a downpayment which in turn amounts to a higher monthly and intrest rate, which equals more money for them.That has SCAM written all over it.Delay after delay with my delivery and excuse after excuse.And their cars are MARKED UP higher than you could find at a dealer.The whole things good and especially the convenience of having a car delivered to your door, but its not worth the hassle .If thats not enough, read the news illegal activity in north carolina and California.My best advice for anyone considering buying a car isSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Our entire car buying experience with Carvana was AMAZING from start to finish. We traded in a vehicle and purchased using a 3rd party lender and the Carvana team made sure that both transactions ran smoothly. The best part was picking our car up from the Orlando vending machine! Alisa and Jacob were incredible! First I have to say it is very hard to please me, especially when it comes to long term purchases. I absolutely hate auto dealerships and how as soon as you drive off a lot the car depreciates. Carvana eliminates those negatives. You can purchase whatever you want and the best deals come with a few flaws that Florida weather would bring you immediately after a brand new car purchase anyway. Acorns, hail, so many things can cause a ding. I traded my lemon I had for a long time in for a brand new vehicle with safety features to welcome a new child and the experience made me cry. Yes cry! Ok so Im pregnant but it could have been a negative experience making it that much worse. But the idea of the car vending machine is amazing so fun. Asia was super pleasant. So very friendly and personable. Talk about amazing customer service. They knew they wouldnt be able to deliver the car to us and Im glad they didnt because I would have missed the experience. They knew I was expecting and gave me a few goodies for my future baby and Fabienne set the car up for a show. Just to have people go above and beyond for a stranger they dont even know really made me cry. I felt like they really cared to make me happy. I definitely would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I can keep going on and on but whos going to read every word of this if I keep going on. Very upset with Carvana. They are supposed to send me the wire information for the payoff on a car I sold them 10 days ago, and still have yet to receive it. I waited on hold for 1.5hrs and when someone picks up she tells me that they are trying to get the wire information receipt for me, then she hangs up. I have to work, I dont have the time to sit on a phone for this amount of time for nothing to be taken care of. NOW im currently on hold and the wait time again is 1hr. VERY UPSETTING!!!

To say that this has changed my perspective on buying vehicles is a huge understatement. Did all the paperwork online and through text, spent 15 minutes at Carvana, got to use the giant car vending machine, and test drove before heading on my way. I had an excellent experience with Carvana. Their customer service over the phone to help me with finishing financing was excellent. He took a lot of time and care helping me. When the car was brought to my house there was a big bow on it and some balloons. The name of the young man that brought the car to me was George. He gave an excellent presentation and explained all about the car and policies.

I regret buying my car from Carvana. My delivery was delayed by 4 days. I was notified of this delay an HOUR BEFORE i was supposed to pick it up. No apology. No explanation. I received several automated texts from Carvana that my vehicle was waiting for me. Pick up scheduled Sunday at 11 AM. At 8:30 AM Sunday Asia calls me and says its not there, but she does not know, the manager is out, no ETA, she cant reschedule, she is the middle man. Then at 10 AM I called Carvana to reschedule and representative tells me the earliest delivery is THURSDAY. My vacation is now totally eaten up. PTO during the holidays is so hard to get, it is like gold. My next task after writing this review is to cancel my hotel reservation for tomorrow. Right now I hope smarter buyers read this review and make a different choice. I am so mad about this, but what can I do? Thursday. What a pain. Summary: Avoid this inhuman vending machine nightmare and go to a dealership.

This has been the worst experience ever. I submitted my check stubs the rep reached out to me to let me know they had to do a manual verification. She stated they would reach out to my employee directly and I’m all good to go. They pressed the issue about me getting insurance before my pick up date so I got insurance which was $334. Today I received an email stating they couldn’t complete the manual verification I contacted my employer which stated they DIDNT even reach out to them. I reached back out to Carvana to see what was going on the rep stated they needed something else before they can even do the manual verification WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO ME BY THE 3 PREVIOUS REPS I SPOKE WITH. FYI - if you’re in Florida and haven’t requested a paper copy of your electronic title first from the state, you will be stuck. I got lucky and the vehicle was still available once I received my paper title.Update: I picked up my truck today and the process was flawless!

I compared how much Carvana would give me to what Kelly Blue Book valued my car and they offered the same as private party sale. I also went to a CarMax nearby to compare, Carvana gave me $1500 more than what they offered.A representative came to my house & drive my car away. The sale process took less than 10 minutes!! I signed a few forms & handed over the keys!

Update 1/11: Carvana cancelled the replacement vehicle stating I requested it to be done, which I didn’t. Was Informed by someone at the Orlando location the car was cancelled by them as it needed roughly $6k worth of transmission work and they needed to replace list it at a higher price.Still no return call from customer service, still no return date on first car.I’d give it a zero if I could. Avoid at all cost, George Wright who runs Orlando and Carvana in general are dishonest, poor customer service and could car less about you. I Ordered a car from Carvana, Delivered Dec 29. On Dec 30 I placed a. Order to swap the car out due to it not being as described and running rough. I have yet to be able to return the car or get the new one. The replacement was supposed to be here almost a week ago. However when it arrived to the hub it was broke and not running, so rather than bring it to the dealer it went to pep boys. Who “fixed” it, well the wrong issue because appraisal it was never actually fixed.So it was sent to the dealer, George Wright has said for the last several days I’ll get a ETA. Still nothing. Best of all I cannot get anyone to set up a return on the first car, inside sales was supposed to call me and noting for days, so now I have a car in the driveway with no insurance on it that Carvana won’t take back and their “management “ refuses to help facilitate it, a car on my insurance that George and Carvana cannot even tell me when I could even see the car and no custom service to even help rectify it. Best of all, Was George Wright response basically stating if I don’t want to sit and wait for the Second car, they would force me to keep the first broke car even though I have already signed the contract on the new car and put insurance on it and contacted him, customer service and Management to get the car.I’ve never seen such lack of customer service and overall care so much before in my life. The best part is, there is no end in site as you cannot get ahold of anyone in Orlando or online. A better car buying experience right!!!!!!Update: Jan 9th. Still no customer service help, but I did get an email stating the car has been cancelled because I no longer want it. Which I never said to anyone, still no response from George.

Kinda disappointed in the vending machine not working... BUT the service was beyond anything i could ever ask for. All of my paperwork was ready, the staff explained everything in details. She filled my tank up and i got a big giant bow on my car. Im a frequent car buyer and this was definitely the best car buying experience ive had. There was plenty of water and snacks, even a VR game for my partner who was briefly waiting.

Not perfect but, very promising! If you’re using your own lender you have to do pretty much all the work to satisfy your lender and carvana. So lots of phone calls and time were spent on my part. Only stressful part was carvana made an error with how I was delivering the funds. Despite many phones calls saying I was handing it to the carvana delivery driver, they still had it somewhere in the application I was mailing it. Nearly cost me to miss my delivery date or forfeit the car for lack of funds. Eventually I got ahold of a rep who noticed their mistake and was able to correct it. They were very apologetic. The interactions I had with customer service were fantastic. Some small complaints: The car had more blemishes than were highlighted online and the delivery driver was about 20minutes late from the advertised time. Despite these issues I would definitely buy from carvana again, I am sure they’ll improve the small stuff over time. If you’ve ever tried to buy or look at a car from a dealership, then this stress free car buying experience will make you never want to step foot in a traditional dealership again.

Carvana is great because they dont charge you for shipping if you live within a certain distance of a delivery center. They will even let you test drive the car for up to 7 days or 400 miles, whichever comes first. If you dont like the car for any reason, they will let you exchange it for a different car. They do phone support during the daytime, live chat in the evenings and email the rest of the time. I never had to wait more than a minute or two to talk to someone on the phone and they respond to their emails within 24 hours. No pressure to buy and they do their best to be straightforward with everything. 360 degree pictures of the inside/ outside and access the Carfax/VIN will help you make an informed decision. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend buying your next car from them.

If I could give no stars, I would. Carvana is great in person face to face. But over the phone, they have terrible customer service. Right now they have given me a car that needs an engine REPLACED, so I’ve informed I do not want the car, I would like my old one back. I have been car less since Monday due to the new car being in the shop! My old car is in another state now, and NO ONE can give me details as to WHEN I’m getting my old car back. NO ONE has called me on updates, that I was supposedly supposed to get! I’ve asked for a call back, NO ONE has called me back!!! OH and to make it better, there’s no supervisor or manager to help out!!! You can only speak to their uneducated agents!!!

Worst experience ever. First their site was down and it took forever to actually do the paperwork. We were CONFIRMED to pick up at 930am - at 845am a call came in that went straight to voicemail that had some lame excuse with UM used 10 times. The car was not shipped to the location,we drove 2.5 hours for nothing at all so what we decided to do was give a local dealership the business. We spent more money and got more. Id never ever recommend this kind of service again unless you get it delivered and dont care when it shows up. So disappointing to be confirmed to pick up, drive over two hours with small children to be told 45min before our appointment no car is there and of course noone is actually in the office. We were on hold for 45 minutes the transferred. What a headache - save your stress! What of something was wrong with the vehicle. Their money is dumped into marketing and terrible follow through.

If I could give zero stars I would. Used the online purchase on the carvana website, completed purchase with financing pre approved. 3 days and I hear nothing. I call and they have no details, ask me the same questions. Finally get that resolved, set up delivery. Now twice my delivery is delayed??? The car is 3 hours away from me at a “hub” so I’m told I can’t pick it up. Both times delivery delayed I get about 2 hours notification. Took off work to receive the car. Carvana does not care. Customer service pathetic, barely an apology. Don’t use carvana, just go to a reputable dealership. What a waist of my time.

Still waiting on a car. Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday 9/15, car was beautiful... EXCEPT the AC was broken, rearview broke off, under engine splash guard was broken and it was leaning to one side a bit... Not a big problem for me since Carvana promises 150 point inspection, theyll cover the costs.... Delivery moved to Friday 9/18 (today)....Originally scheduled for 10:30am... Somehow got changed to 8:30am OK Im cool with that, someone reached out to me and said theyre checking with Toyota on the vehicle.... guess what, the vehicle wasnt ready yet... OK I asked to not reschedule delivery until an ETA on repairs is asked... I dont think itll be done today OK well you didnt ask Toyota for a date of completion...Took it upon myself to call Toyota at 9:04am... Guess What?! THE CAR IS READY! Now my deliver has been pushed back without my approval, the car was ready 30 mins after scheduled delivery time...Corporate CC for payment of repairs or check process? What happened to futuristic car buying.Been on hold with customer service for over 45 mins... Only to be told hopefully someone contacts me today.Poor response time. Beautiful car. I hate writing reviews, especially mostly negative ones. But I can say that if something is promised to a customer, it needs to be fulfilled. At this point, its not Toyotas fault I dont have the car on my driveway yet.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME BACK??**UPDATE**Still waiting on the car... was told that the amount of repairs has to go through an approval process from Accounts Payable at HQ. So now this pushed delivery back even more to Tuesday 9/22. I dont understand how theres no corporate CC to make payments on? The car did not go through a 150 point inspection which is why it needed over $3000 in repairs. I am still waiting on it because I know its been repaired by Toyota and at this point dont want to go through the stress with another vehicle. I will make another update on Tuesday to see if delivery actually happens or not.

Within 3 minutes of filling out few questions I got my quote. Within the same day I uploaded all required docs and bam carvana scheduled a pick up. Looking to buy car. Stopped by...their posted hours said 9am open 7 days a week. So does their online hours. However they were closed during posted hours so we took business elsewhere. Waste of time. Update your hours to reflect actual hours so people dont waste their time driving to view vehicles.

At first I was kinda sus about carvana. Being a mechanic and picky about my vehicles, buying a vehicle I have only see pictures of isn’t really something I normally do. But I have to say, the pictures were well took and overall pleased with the simplicity of buying a car through them. I even recommend it to my friends and family. Simple, fast, and to the point. No hidden fees.Now.... here is why I give it 2/5 stars. I am currently active duty army, stationed over seas in Hawaii. I’m getting medically discharge and wrapping up my time here on island. I will be in Orlando the 19th, just in time to celebrate Christmas with my family in fort Myers on the 20th. I scheduled the delivery for the 20th at 9:00am, thinking I would get the vehicle the 20th at 9am. My profile says delivery is the 20th at 9am. However I just received a text saying delivery is on the 21st at 9am.I called and asked you guys why I got a text saying the delivery date is the 21st? And honestly, I still don’t understand why we both have a different delivery date. The guy I talked to in the phone was very kind and understanding. I have no problem him. After about 24h of him trying to figure why we have different delivery dates and him trying to make sure I get my car morning of the 20th, I received a phone call from him saying the best he could do was 5:30 on the 20th.Although better then the 21st, I’d miss Christmas dinner and won’t be able to get the presents I bought for everyone in time with a 20th @ 5:30 time frame since it’s about a 3-4 hour drive to their house. I have no way to get down there without this vehicle. I haven’t seen my family is 3 years and haven’t been able to celebrate Christmas with them in 6 years. I was hoping I could this year but looks like I’m not as of now. I guess I’ll just have to try again next year.Update- I was able to pick it up early morning at the hub of the 20th and made it in time for Christmas. But I still think if they are going to advertise delivery to your door, and they let you set the date and time, it should be at your door at the date and time you choose. Thankfully the guy I was talking to was able to pull some strings so I could pick it up early morning. Because of this, I upgraded the review from a 2 star to a 3. This situation did put a huge stress for me while I had enough on my plate all ready getting discharged from the military.

Edit: 5 star review down to 1, now.We have purchased two cars through Carvana and both experiences were fantastic. But on the third vehicle, they really messed up and it was clear to me they didn’t care.We had picked out a car, locked it to us, and submitted all the paperwork. The next morning we checked on the purchase to see if they needed any additional information and imagine our surprise when the car was no longer locked to us but instead to someone else!I contacted them right away only to receive two separate reasons for this. The first excuse they gave me was that WE had canceled it. When I explained we didn’t do it, and in fact couldn’t do it, we were then told that the vehicle was “supposed to be locked to someone else” and that there wasn’t anything they could do.I spoke with someone in their online chat named Trina who said they couldn’t give us the car back and that we would need to choose a different vehicle. We were also told that there wasn’t a thing they could do for us except help us find a different vehicle. The only vehicle of a similar make and model was a different colour but we decided to give it a shot anyway.So we placed the order and everything was verified by the end of the day though we still had to wait until today to receive the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when the delivery truck arrived an hour and 22 minutes late though it wasn’t his fault so I don’t blame him.The people who work for Carvana are incredibly friendly but it’s clear they don’t value their customers.

The best car buying experience. You can buy a car at home, have your trade appraised online, then have your new ride delivered or you can pick it up at the Vending Machine, and have 7 days to return or exchange! This was my second Carvana purchase and I will continue to recommend to family and friends!
