The car was immaculate and could have sold itself, however Sydney made my buying experience so simple and easy! I drove the car home 7.5 hours and would do it again. I would never do business with people who play bait and switch and tell a customer I am done with you.I called at 1230 about a vehicle, talked with Ismael who said yes the vehicle is here that he had to run out and ask for Sidney his manager and he would help me. Arrive at 1305, see Sidney and yes he knew about me, however he had sold the car and Ismael did not know because he had not worked since yesterday. Funny because he said he was just running out. I simply asked how he could do business knowing I was coming to see a certain car (purple jeep for my child), and expect me to look at others, when I was very clear on the phone to Ismael that I wanted the purple one and I was coming to purchase it, he stated I am done with you!How long does it take to update the internet? or make a phone call.

Sidney is a phenomenal sales person. He is upfront, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. It was the easiest automobile purchase I’ve ever made.I researched purchasing a 1 owner used Infiniti Q50 for ages. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Q50 Red Sport 400 from Michael’s Autos. The price was almost too good to be true, but we drove 2.5 hours to test drive it and see if it was true. They have extremely clean vehicles and pass the wholesale value onto their customers; no haggling or bartering. I will come back to Michael’s Autos for my next purchase.

This is one of the best boutique used car dealerships bar none. I found a vehicle at the right price in immaculate conditions. My salesman, Sydney (which I highly recommend), has a heart of gold. He makes sure that even though you are not at a high end dealership, you certainly feel like you are. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them!Follow up addition to my original experience. There was an issue that I noticed with the vehicle. They asked me to bring it back to the dealership. After explaining my findings, one of the managers personally drove the vehicle to the repair shop. To be honest, I was astonished, I was expecting to be given the run around followed by the traditional vehicle was sold as is, but they reassured me thats not the way they conduct business there. The vehicle was returned to me within 1 hour repaired and nothing was charged. That is what I call service. If you are looking for a nice car at a great price from a reputable dealer, Michaels Autos is the place!

Okay. I thought this place might be a little sketchy. I mean, its right there in the middle of all the, um, less attractive used auto dealers in East Orlando. They had a Jeep Wrangler that matched up almost exactly what I was looking for. I sent a message through Auto Trader showing my interest in the Jeep. I got an almost immediately reply by phone from Sidney. He was super friendly on the phone, so I headed down there a couple days later.The lot is not what you expect for the area. Fantastic cars in the lot, the building is clean and well kept.I showed up for my appointment and Sidney meet me outside. Hes super! Excellent attitude. Personable. No pushing. I was really only interested in test driving (but I was hooked the moment I turned out onto SR50.) I went inside to hear the numbers. No haggling, just up front numbers. I didnt buy that day. I went through so much at Michaels auto to get my Dream car the Chrysler 300 and none of it was their fault. The cars are absolutely beautiful and super clean. Sydney and the staff at Michaels auto took care of me really well and the experience was more than 5 stars. I was a mess walking into the dealership. They took me to the bank to get the cash and all while on the phone trying to help me get car insurance too. At one point I wasn’t sure if I could get the car because of the mess I was in but Sydney didn’t let me walk out of the dealership. He said And I quote “My Job isn’t to have you walk out of here, it’s to have you drive Off in your dream car“. I did just that! Thank you to Syd and the entire staff. My Monthly payments are affordable and so is the car insurance. I can rave on and on about the Experience but its just something that you would need to experience yourself. Highly recommended! I called this dealership to test drive a car, they said no problem, come over. I come in 20min, talk to the guy, hes asking when and how I plan to purchase a vehicle, I said in next months. He then goes to talk to his boss comes back and says we can not test drive today because of hurricane warning! Wow, what a joke. What a way to treat customers. Went to a much larger dealership and had an underwhelming experience. Started with the 2017 Lexus 350 I called about 3 hours prior but it had a dead battery when we went to start it... vehicle was not as clean as it should have been either, no care really. Next I called Michaels that had a Lexus I was interested in, told them I was coming over and they were ready for me with a super clean car and a boutique feel that was professional. Great experience from beginning to the end, in and out in about 90 minutes and no one pushed, they made it easy.

My husband saw a 2015 Toyota Prius Persona online and fell in love with it, and then tasked me with purchasing it. We live in Arizona, and I worked remotely with Chris every step of the way, and he was extremely helpful. Very communicative and knowledgeable, and if he didnt know something he researched and got back to me quickly. My husband arrived and said the car was very clean, looked great, and drives perfectly. His only complaint was that it only had about a quarter tank of gas. Hes on his way back to AZ now and is liking the feel of his new car. Its worth noting that my husband is a Marine Veteran and has high expectations to say the least, so I appreciate that Chris was available any time to help if needed. My wife spotted a beautiful Lincoln on the CarFax website. She has been looking for a specific SUV in excellent condition with low miles, good luck finding that.When I received the text that said “babe, can I have this” I knew she found her dream car.The problem was the car was located over an hour away and I knew it wouldn’t last long. I called Michaels Autos to see if the car was still available and if there was any activity/interest from others on the car. Sid answered my call and let me know that two others were trying to negotiate over the phone so I knew I had to act quick. I told Sid that we would be there after I got out of work the next day and to please call me if the car sold before we were able to leave.My wife was excited on the drive over and I was hoping the pictures and mileage were as stated on the website.When we arrived Sid greeted us in the parking lot and escorted us to my wife’s dream car. Sid was extremely professional and educated us on everything we needed to know. The test drive was a success and my wife was in heaven. Now it was all up to the financing, who enjoys this part? Nobody!This is where you typically hate the idea that you even went to look at a new car.Ken the finance manager asked a few simple questions and realized I knew what I wanted and said he would make it happen.Ken returned in under 10 minutes with a payment about $5 above what we were looking for. Really? I really liked the boutique experience at this dealership vs a larger dealership. This dealership was stocked with a variety of luxury cars- all beautiful- and I felt like a private customer. I came in for a specific car and Franco was awesome at guiding me through the deal and making it all happen smoothly. I couldn’t be happier. Keenan (aka Ken) was super nice ! Drove all the way from West Palm to get my car and it was raining and hard to test drive and he didn’t pressure us to buy at all. He was also very helpful and patient with finding financing . He even found an old tag and saved me hundreds by doing a tag transfer instead of a new one :) would recommend !

I dont usually leave some feedback but let me tell you...I felt so welcome by this dealer and staff (specially Cecil Silva--he is the best) that my transaction was smooth, quick, and approved in less than 2 hours. I was able to test drive 2 cars and I did not felt any sale pressure at all. I got the car that I wanted in excellent condition. I highly recommend this dealer.
