Don’t buy from this dealer if you are out of town, the same guy was great but management has no customer service skills once you get it off his lot. It’s your problem got my car full with molds and I call the manager told me I could check on Amazon I live 14 hours away, wish I had seen this

My AC stopped working while I was driving my daughter to an appointment.I asked them what they could do for me since I still have not even made the first payment on the vehicle. They said there was nothing they could do other than recommend me to a mechanic.So while they seem friendly, don’t expect a warm welcome if their vehicle magically stops working one piece after another in less than a month after purchase.

They host an inventory of late model vehicles in show room condition, the staff is very friendly and supportive. My salesperson, William, was top notch! He was very professional, congenial, polite, and answered all my questions honestly, there was nothing to hide; if he did not know the answer, then he got the right folks on it to provide one. Bought my car on 3/17/2021 from this facility. Marc was my salesman. He was cool guy, however no longer works there. He wasn’t 100% about all the features but it was okay because I knew what additional mods from the pictures and test drive based on my knowledge of cars and engineering degree.It’s 3 months later, and I haven’t had any major issue with the car. I change my oil myself every 3k miles, and added an oil cooler and oil catch can. The only issue I had is the check engine light came on 2 months later. The code said P0720 which is vehicle speed sensor. I was going change my self but took it to the dealership since I got warranty. From the reviews, endurance warranty isn’t that great but they covered my rental and labor and part in speedy process. Took maybe 4-5 days to get my car fixed. The part was value body for the transmission and it was about 2k for it.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. This is an popular car in NYC! Every teenager drives one lol. I do however think I should just cop the q50S they had but this q40 will do for now. I just didn’t like how long it took to receive my plates. In no way I’m blaming the dealership, but just better communication. If the cops pull me over and tell me my vin isn’t registered with the NY DMV with expire tags then I have have huge problem. I can’t drive my vehicle and I’m paying monthly for nothing.
