DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE !!! They are nothing but scams. Had my car less than a year and they failed to tell me that the car I bought from them was in an accident, I found out through carfax at the point. Also they completely OVERSOLD me the car. I wish I would have check the Kelly BB value on it they over sold it to my by $6k! They take advantage of people ! GO ELSE WHERE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Whatever you do, DO NOT FINANCE A USED CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is horrible. They say they “treat you like family” but they treat you horribly and are not understanding at all. I’ve had a horrible experience with them. I will warn everyone not to do business with them. When my little brother died and I lost time from work to fly out of state for his funeral, Credit cars threatened to repossess my car instead of giving me more time to make payment! Even after I explained to them that my BROTHER DIED and I had to miss work to attend the funeral! That is not how you treat family. On top of that, the man I spoke to was very rude as well-being .

We had been to another dealership we werent told no but they wouldnt work with us. We then drove around test driving vehicles we would have paid cash for. However they werent what we wanted either! Then we saw our vehicle parked on the lot as we drove by. We said thats ours! We were skeptical because everyone hates the back and forth at dealerships and the whole grind. Went in to see about car for my granddaughter, at first I was going to be a co-signer then it was going to be in my name, then all of a sudden I was back to co-signer..the manager talked to us and asked how much we had down and what kind of payments we were looking for so he directed us to a certain car on the lot we test drove it and decided it was a good car, i had to go to work so we went back this morning to finish up all of a sudden they never actually told us how much they wanted for the car..they wanted 3,000 down and with the payments they wanted the car would have cost over $21,000 for a 2010...so be careful their sign is false advertising...not true the first time we were there we were told that they would take what she had down and already told us what her payments would be approximately...

First time going to credit cars I was hesitant at first because I didn’t think I was going to find the perfect car for me but luckily I had the right salesman. Greg was very open about how the process work and I was able to walk away with a 2011 Nissan Juke. They are willing to work with you on the down payment and they are going to make sure you leave the lot with a car the same day. Looking forward to seeing what more great things this dealership has to offer in the near future.

I just purchased a car from them 2 weeks ago and I am now having ANOTHER issue with the vehicle. I reported this to the BBB and I am going to keep going until I get a satisfied resolution. I’m a first time buyer and was definitely nervous and been looking around for a good car. It was short notice but Greg and Dexter were the best! They were patient with me and explained everything fully! They stayed even after closing to make sure I walked away with a car and I did! I even got a fantastic quote on car insurance and I’m so grateful for these two! I would definitely recommend Credit Cars Orlando!THREE WEEK UPDATE: So I’ve only had this car since 07-06-2020. I’m currently stuck in Tallahassee (family emergency) because the car was shaking so bad to the point that I couldn’t even go over 40. After waiting to get the earliest appointment here in Tallahassee I called Credit Cars in advance to let them know of my situation. Though I do have the limited warranty in writing, I spoke with someone from service (I didn’t write down their name unfortunately.) and my Account Manager on two separate occasions to inform them of my issue and was under the impression that the problem would be covered since it hasn’t even been a MONTH since owning the car. Fast forward to today (07-22-2020) and I’m at Hyundai being informed I have almost 500 dollars worth of issues ranging from the coils, fuel induction and plugs to some type of belt. Even after being under the impression that this would all be solved with Credit Cars I then get another call telling me NONE of this is covered with this excuse of a warranty. I was practically on the verge of tears with frustration because it just looked like I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about. Three hours and several calls later Credit Cars agreed to only cover the coils and the rest I have to pay out of pocket for. While I’m grateful to have at least SOMETHING covered out of the multiple problems. I should not be going through this at only THREE WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP. I’m young so this is definitely a learning experience but if you car isn’t darn near exploding on the side of the road then the limited warranty is USELESS.Oh also, though not too big of a issue for me cause I carry a portable charger, the charging outlet in the car doesn’t work at ALL!!

Highly Recommend! Mr. Greg was amazing from start to finish! Very professional atmosphere. We have dealt with him in the past, and decided to come back a 2nd time due to how easy the process is. The office is practicing social distances in many ways which makes the process comfortable during this time.
