Alton was a great help as soon a I got to the Toyota, he showed me a great variety of cars that they had. We went for a ride and i really like the car he offered me. Then Antonio was a great help in finding the best deal for me. He helped me out in less than 3 hours and found the best way for me to feel comfortable with my payment. Also Cesar was great with explaining everything step by step. Awesome help!

Beware of service. I regularly bring my car for an oil change. I got my tires rotated for my Camry. All of my lugs were stripped and my front left tire was left LOOSE. I thought my tire was flat and my tire was hanging on by ONE lug. I called service and was told the tech didn’t work there anymore and they would tell management. How about me paying for a rotation and being in a dangerous vehicle??? Did not offer a refund or to correct it. Now I have to pay to replace my lugs to drive a safe car. I’m not even going to go into detail on the damage to my rims. RUN from this place.

2 months to got my car done. When returned my car was missing good parts that wasnt damaged to fixed other cars. Janet Perdomo never help and make the process more stressful. Also when car was returned it came out with a sound coming from the damaged side wheel hub(bearing) and they got rid of me saying that the sound its coming from the opposite side of the car, that doesnt have anything to be with them since the fix only the damaged part of the car. I need to quickly make a trade on my leased truck, to find some a little more affordable and fuel efficient. Jose met me in the in the parking lot and took me directly over to a nice 2022 Camry. After doing a test drive, I went over to see Jorge who helped get through the financing and ensure it would cost effective and seamless to leave with a newer efficient car. Cesar wrapped the sale quickly and effortlessly and I am happy today with the whole process.

Kevin greeted us at the front door and was very helpful during the shopping process. After we found the vehicle, Aundre did what he could to find a comfortable rate for us and was very thorough with all of his explanations. My daughter and I went to the dealership last month to buy a used Camry. We found a 2018 and paid full sticker price as well as purchased the extended warranty. After everything was complete and they were delivering the car to us, we noticed there were no mats. We asked and were told, no they don’t include mats for used vehicles. The last two I have purchased elsewhere, came with mats, but we agreed to purchase mats there so we had Toyota mats. Then as we were leaving they handed us only one key. I asked about the second key, I was told “the other key is probably in the back and it will take a day or so to find it but we will call you”. I immediately walked back into the dealership and told our salesman there was an issue with the key. He assured us he would work with the finance guy (who delivered the car to us) and again told us they would call us. A few days passed and when we hadn’t heard, I emailed to find out if they found the key. No response, so I emailed again. I got a response that they were still looking. When I didn’t hear back, I emailed again. They were “still looking”. I then emailed the general manager. I didn’t get a response from him, but did get a response from the customer service manager who responded on a Friday that she would handle and get back to us by Monday. Monday came and went and no response. No response for another full week. I emailed again and got a response of “we contacted the guy who traded in the car and he only had one key so that’s all we give our customers. If you want us to make another key we could offer you a discount”….Really….You tell me for a month that you are looking for the key, and was told when we purchased the car, there was a second key, then after a month you tell me no, there is no key and don’t even offer to make one for us??? Terrible customer service! Wouldn’t recommend them. The only highlight of the transaction was the Product sales guy we had when we first walked up who met us outside, Chito. He was awesome! Unfortunate that it ended so poorly.

Jason did very well with showing me different options. Jorge did an awesome job with making prices fit what I can afford, he also bought myself and my sister food which was so nice of him to do. The other Jason I did paperwork with was really good at explaining everything and was very helpful with some advice.

Did not do what they said they did. Went in for an oil change and I assume that went OK? Part of the inspection was windshield wiper and operation. Attached is the checklist and pics of my wiper blades. We just had a ton of rain and was wondering why my blades werent doing a good job? The passenger side is almost completely separated, no way he missed it, clearly Mr. Blum did not inspect those blades. Wonder what else he skipped? Hope it wasnt anything important.

Very shady place, they make you come in to run simple lease numbers. All dealers will run lease number rather then make you come in, its common practice. I spoke to manager, Felix he sounded shady and aloof.. not a great first impression telling me I had to come in.. I had asked him Toyota corp has a lease special for November on the highlander are you offering this yes or no? He says those are general offers lol.. yeah sure.. Felix.. in 6 months when this market collapses will see how aloof you are..

I just love getting my car serviced at Toyota of Orlando everyone is always friendly. In just about an hour oil change, tires rotated, fluids checked, car washed and I’m done. I just love it. They always cover my driver seat and floor mat. That’s important to me. Because I want my car as clean as I brought it in. Toyota I love what you do for me!!! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽❤️❤️❤️

I have had a checkered past with this place. I am used to coming in and having them try to up sell me or take forever. I got a call offering me a free oil change the other day. I scheduled an appointment fully prepared to have to pay or be up-charged. They did a thorough inspection. They pointed out areas to keep an eye on but didnt try to sell me on anything. They were friendly and fast. I am thoroughly impressed. I will come back again. I will probably be disappointed but I am very happy with this visit.

I am grateful to Toyota of Orlando for showing me how a car purchase should not go. Our sales rep who met us on the lot for a test drive was very polite and professional, but once we moved on from him it was all negative. As you can read in many other reviews, they will add additional costs to the base price with no explanation. Their online estimates are not accurate, and they don’t respect the value of your time enough to not waste it with dishonest sales games. I found a better price, honest negotiations and an overall better experience not too far down the road. Would not recommend or return, please shop around before giving them your money.

I managed to buy a brand new car today. The process was very easy and fast. The car salesman, Michael G., was very nice and informative. He aided me In my decision and made me comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better car salesman. The guys in finance, Ricardo and Carlos, were also great help. They turned buying a car, something that’s intimidating and confusing, into something that’s comprehensible and easy. The place was very nice and welcoming. Warning! do not purchase from this dealer especially if the Manager is Daniel Colon. Down payments have no value to this guy. He speaks to you as if you are not a customer. He called me a liar and told me I lost a sale because I did not answer the phone. I would have been glad to losing the sale for missing a call but there was no call. I called Toyota complaint department and I will update this post if they do indeed return my call.

Total lack of professionalism and interest. I called and received such poor customer service and professionalism over the phone that I decided to hang up and call back in to see if I could speak to a different person who might have been more interested and enthusiastic. Well, that didn’t happen. Same attitude and unprofessionalism. Tried calling a third time a few hours later to give them one last attempt. Call me crazy, but they had a 2022 vehicle I really wanted to purchase, however, because I live several hours away, I wanted to ask questions and get a feel for their quality of service over the phone before driving in. I, like most people, despise poor dealer experiences. So I spoke to a 3rd person who answered the phone so poorly, they were also somewhat combative, unprofessional, and uninterested as well. I’m so disappointed. But I’ll take my business somewhere else and even wait 4 months to have my vehicle built out before spending money here.
