I was impressed from the start. When I googled Chevy dealership near me and clicked on the Starling website, I was immediately greeted by a chat box. I thought it was a bot but decided to give it a shot and sure enough, the rep took care of everything I needed. I had to bring in my 2018 Malibu for an ECM recall and she set up the service dealer to call me. They called me less than 2 hours later and set me up an appointment within the week. I was late due to traffic and they still took me in no problem immediately. The process was very quick, easy and free and my rep, Donny, was very polite and kind and made me feel like a valued customer even though I didnt buy my Chevy at this particular dealer. The recall was taken care of quickly and that day and my car is good to go. They even did a free inspection for me for added piece of mind. Shopping for a car is simply not fun, hard to trust people and walking into a dealership can feel like walking into a pond full of gators, but at Starling Chevrolet, my experience was different after visiting 5 dealers that weekend. Since the moment I got off my car, I was approached by Christian Melo, very nice Colombian dude who walked me into the building and immediately asked me for what I was looking for. He directed me to the type of car I wanted, we went on a test drive, and came back to the office. We tried working out the numbers but I was not at the point where I was happy. Erik, the manager came out, tried working some numbers for me, but I weren’t at the price point where I felt comfortable. I left the dealer, went home, and a few minutes later I got a call from them with a new proposal. It worked for both. I went back and just signed. I had an appointment for 4:00PM for an oil change. I showed up at 3:40 to get checked in and the advisor told me it would be 3-4 hours for the service. That is totally unacceptable. There is a reason you have appointment times. I decided to wait. It still took a little over 2 1/2 hours. For an oil change.While I was waiting I decided to walk around the lobby and lot. Not once was I approached by anyone. Not once. Even when there were groups of employees standing outside the front door chatting it up between themselves. We are looking to buy a brand new Suburban. $80+k.Between the vehicle service here and the lack of customer service, I think we will take all of our business elsewhere.On a positive note, our service advisor was great. Very friendly and understanding about my service time complaint.

Is it possible to give less than zero stars? This place is a circus and I believe they think that customers are the clowns. VERY unprofessional behavior. A complete lack of respect for its customers. I had negotiated a certified pre-own vehicle from this dealership. We agreed on the price and I sent the details for the payment. They were going to bring the car from one store to another (both from the same group/company – Chevrolet Starling). Everything good and then suddenly (a few minutes later), they told me the car was sold already. So, next day I called the store on where the car was supposed to be and guess what? The car was there. Available. They even asked me if I wanted to go there and check the car out. They lied to me. PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR… there are other Chevy dealerships in Orlando, try Don Mealey. At least, they will treat you with more professionalism and no lies.

My wait was over 3 hours even though I was promised to be in and out for an oil change. I asked for an appointment 1 week before, but the service rep gave me his card and wrote his name on it, told me to come back the following week and he would have me in and out. I got to the dealership early in the morning, asked for him, and I was obviously disappointed in my 3-hour wait.
