I love the staff at this office, Suzanne and Lorena are the sweetest most helpful people. I was well informed and they did everything in their power to make me and my family comfortable. My hearing aids have changed my life and I would absolutely recommend miracle ear to everyone.

Had several appointments with Miracle Ear’s Ms. Erica Nieves and her wonderful staff, esp. Lorena. They were professionable, knowledeable, and personable. Ms Erica was super qualified and was an expertise on all of the Miracle Ear products. What really resonated the most was her sincere concern and care of my mother. She made sure that my mother was very comfortable and satisfied with her new hearing aid. Suffice to say, we both highly recommend Miracle Ear’s top of the line hearing aids and products and their unmatchable customer care an support.

Ok my first google review, I have been going here a little over a year, Heidi and her team are the best always make sure everything is perfect with the hearing aid every time I go for a check up and if I have a problem they take care of it right away. I went to several places when I was looking for a hearing aids and Heidi took the time explaining all the options to me and was honest telling me I only need one, after several other places told me I need both. They are honest and always make me feel welcome.

Heidi and team were extremely helpful and professional. The free test they ran was informative and results suggested I first need to go see a Audiologist to get a better understanding of what may be the problem. Thank you for your help!

Well, I hope this review goes to the right place this time : I’m a Miracle ear patient and I can’t said anything wrong about this wonderful place, let me explain why do I said that, every time that I go there ( the Orlando location on Semoran Blvd) they treat me like I was a King since the first day . Heddi is a wonderful professional who knows exactly what the patient need and help me on everything I need and made me feel extremely countable, they made sure that I do understand everything that they explain to me, how to use the app in my iPhone, how to use and take care my earnings aid . Lorena the office Manager goes out of her way on everything, like, she offer and sometimes she made my bustelo Coffe with a coffe cake or any sweets that they have that day, also they have those wonderful candy’s ( wish I can’t have, but one don’t hurt nobody) and one very important thing that she did for me, she remember my birthday and she went out of her way to bring me a delicious cup cake, wish I deeply appreciated, ( I have another birthday coming tomorrow) she always made sure to tell me my next appointment and call me to remind me of it . She’s a wonderful person to talk to and made me feel at home or a part of her family, wish you don’t find that nowhere ( somewhere else, you check in and check out and sometime they don’t know that you was there ). Lorena, with this Pandemic problem, that the patient can’t go in the office, she goes to your car to provide the services don’t matter what it’s your need, it’s extremely hot to be on the parking lot or maybe a bad rain on that day, but that don’t spot her to made sure that you get the service that you deserve This miracle ear office it’s a fantastic place to get service for your needs on earring aid and I will recommend to everyone who need this services .
