While visiting from out of town, my fathers hearing aid quit. The doctor took us immediately upon open hours, and charged us very minimally to fix the hearing aid. Extremely personable and knowledgeable doctor and would recommend him to anyone.

Went and dropped my hearing aid off to get fix. He had it over a week and says its fixed come and get it. The hearing aid was not fixed and didnt work. He said he didnt think it was working right but he would have to charge me a $100 for parts or he could take them out and not charge me nothing! But it would take a couple of days. I live an hour away each way. I cant afford to take time off to do this because he incompetent in his work. He should of tested it and realize that new part made no different and taken back out and told me it not in his means to fix the hearing aid. If your incompetent to fix something leave it alone and find a new occupation instead of wasting people time and hard earned money!

We have been going to the hearing aid factory for 20 years now and want to say not only do I continue to go there but I tell everyone I know about them. The customer service is excellent. Abbey will do his best to repair the hearing aids right there on the spot very rarely he does not fix it. It better then any competitor who always send off the hearing aid and you have to wait 2 weeks to get it back, Abbey thanks for all you do!!

The Hearing Aid Factory is a great place. I recently bought a 2nd set of hearing aids from Abby this month: Resound. They fit perfectly, I hear everything. I was streaming music from my iPhone in just a few minutes. The app on the phone lets me control all aspects of the sound in many different environments. If you are thinking about switching to digital hearing aids, PLEASE do so. It will open up a whole new world to you. I will go to Abby for the rest of my life as a customer.

Abby is the BEST!...knowledgeable, service oriented and reasonably priced. I have had four different audiologists over twenty years and will not go anywhere else. Please do not be put off by the rather sketchy area or the age of his building. I am sure when he opened 32 years ago the neighborhood and building were great. I reccomend him without reservation. At first I was very pleased with the service and prices. When there are no problems,thats great. However as soon as I had a problem,it was evident there was a lacking commitment to service. The first thing was the tail of the hearing aid did not fit correctly. The next thing was that one of the aids would not work. I was told it was my fault that I put the battery iin incorrectly .I believed and when it didnt work, I tried to reach the place over several days. Finally,I had to pay another place who informed me that wax builtup was the problem. Service is most important when you spend over$3000 .I was very disappointed. Now I have to pay for what dhould have been included.I would suggest you be careful.
