In November 2019, my 29 year old daughter and I were at Sam’s Club when Debbie Adair was giving free hearing exams. I had teased my daughter about her losing her hearing from listening to her headphones too loud. I was shocked when her exam showed profound hearing loss due to congenital reasons. My shock led to guilt, anger and fear! I felt I had somehow let my adult daughter down. Debbie was right there to walk us through what was happening. She was able to get my daughter into a program that allows her to “lease” her hearing aids. This way she can upgrade her hearing aids every few years. Debbie got her set up and walked her through adjusting her hearing aids. She explained every step we needed to take for the following weeks. It was a huge adjustment not just for my daughter but for our whole family. Debbie has been with us every step of the way for over a year now. She tirelessly answers all our questions and has been a blessing to our family! I truly cannot say enough good things about Debbie Adair, HAS and Lucid Hearing! I recommend them to everyone !

I couldnt agree more with previous posters. Debbie is exceedingly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She spent so much time with me and made excellent recommendations for preventing further hearing loss. I also know I will return to her if my hearing worsens. I only met Debbie a little over a year ago when she tested me for free and diagnosed me with significant hearing loss. I cant imagine a better person to walk me through this exciting part of my life.
