I really enjoyed working with the extremely competent and professional staff at this location. They were able to help me with a solution to my hearing loss and were very interested in making sure that I received the technology that best fit my needs. Getting hearing aids was by far the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

I come to this plaza for my dry cleaning weekly so I stopped by the hearing aid office next door to ask some questions about getting hearing aids for my mother and father that will be moving to Orlando in the fall. When I walked in to the office there was a very nice young lady in the front. She greeted me kindly, was so patient answering my many questions since this is all new to me. She offered me a cup of coffee which was wonderful. I honestly felt like I was getting advice from a family member that truly care about me. I have never seen such a nice person at any doctor office in my life. I can not wait to have my parents come here. I am assured they will get the best care.

The team at preffered hearing are the best and my resounded devices are amazing I just had the setting fine tuned and it is amazing Amy is great please see them for all of your care

This was my first foray into hearing aids and it is hard to imagine a better experience. Jose was previously in the tech industry and did a great job explaining the differences in the appliances. He has great bedside manner and easy to talk to. Vanessa is always cheery and works to answer your questions. She admits when she does not have the answer then finds it for you. They do a great job of reducing the time to fill out paperwork. This is a place that has earned my trust.

From start to finish the office staff, Jose and Vanessa have been kind, knowledgeable and Impressive. Jose is so patient and took his time really listening to my concerns, answering my questions and fixing any issues I had. He truly put me at ease. I would describe the office as inviting, beautiful and clean. I am going to tell all my friends about my wonderful experience at this office.

The doctor and staff is very kind and very professional. I enjoyed taking test was very relaxing and she help me to get exactly what I needed. I hear great now and it was like giving candy to a child when I received my hearing aids LOL. I am more than pleased with the service I have received from office staff. This has been the best experience I have had in my many years of being a hearing aid user. I really love Mark and Jose at Preferred Hearing Centers. I had hearing aids from another provider and they were done with me once they sold me my old hearing aids. That is not case with Preferred Hearing Centers, they are always available to help me and answer my questions. My new hearing aids are wonderful and I wear them all day long and have found I am enjoying be around my family and friends so much more now that I can hear them. My hearing aids were fitted so well I never feel them and my friends can’t see them. I recommend this company since they so skilled.

The new specialist jose is amazing. The previous owner sold me hearing aids last year and they never have fit or worked correctly after me returning with my complaints many times. I came in today and Jose was able to reshape the hearing aids to finally fit comfortably and he programmed them to function perfectly.
