Excellent!! Costco offers exceptional service in a time when traditional dispensers are being scrutinized for pricing strategies. Medicare Advantage programs are a joke. They probably get a comission for sending there customers to traditional dispensers.It is time for hearing aid manufacturers to wake up and realize that their future is being primed for a huge disruption. Exceptional hearing aids need to priced equitably.

Took my 83 old father to see Joanne. She is very patient and professional. Costco runs an honest operation with the latest hearing aid products at the lowest prices. It is a blessing to have a conversation with my dad. His hearing aids also pair with his iPhone which make it a lot easier to communicate by phone. Thanks Joanne and Costco!

Always helpful. Pricing less than half of other purveyors for comparable hearing aids. Kirkland brand cannot be beat. Top quality all the way. If you are not a Costco member and need hearing aids, get the membership. Your savings on Kirkland hearing aids will be at least 30 times the fee!

Met Jeff Pralle for my hearing test and purchase of Resound aids. Ive tried three pairs of aids previously, although a long time ago. This was the most comprehensive hearing test of all Ive had. In addition to determining the faintest tone I could detect at the customary test frequencies, Costco also measured the loudest tone that could be tolerated, so the aids will limit the amplification of loud noises. Over amplification of loud noises had been a problem with the previous aids from many years ago. Ill update this post after using the aids. One nice thing is the 180-day guarantee, offering a full refund if not satisfied. This goes beyond the 30-day guarantee mandated by Florida. Jeff also recommended 2 to 3 visits yearly to make sure everything was working properly - very nice to have the continuing relationship after the sale and initial fitting.
