Went to dealership after traveling 2 hours to get there, after told by Yanni everything was approved and ready to be a done deal. Get to dealership and do a test drive. Then go inside to wait another 2 hours to be lied to about the whole deal. The deal was supposed to be 9k down and when I got there they changed it to 25k down. I wouldnt of wasted my time for 25k down! Lying, pathetic car dealership! Would never do business with such scum bags!

Filled out an application online two days ago by I didnt hear from anybody. I called to inquire about the application and was told it was in financing being worked on. Didnt hear anything again called back. I was in rudely told that this process takes time and they would call when they were ready. Waited a day again, didnt hear anything. I called them back to follow up and was told they have to check if the car was still there. 30 more minutes go by didnt hear anything so I called back. Was told the car was no longer available. Apparently this dealership doesnt want to sell cars. If I could rate zero Stars I would have. Terrible people.

Despite the reviews I took a chance and sent a deposit, drove from Miami to Orlando to see a truck that was not only wrapped in vinyl, but once I peeled the vinyl back, I found the ENTIRE truck had been sanded down and then used the vinyl to cover up the damage.I still made a fair offer to buy the truck knowing it would need to be completely painted… they refused and said they would rather send the truck to auction so someone else would have to deal with it.So some unsuspecting dealer/consumer will end up with a ruined truck because of this dealer.I called twice to get my refund from my deposit, only to have to dispute the charge to get my refund back.Buyer beware, these reviews are NOT wrong.

This place is very unprofessional and disorganized. My husband traveled a long way to purchase a specific car from here and everything was fine during the process of purchasing the car but after months not receiving his plates he calls to see what’s going on. To start the plates had been there for weeks no had called us and then they tell him he needs to pay over 400 for the plates. My husband has purchased several cars and we have never been charged for the plates after the fact. We asked several times if everything was included in the price we are signing for and the sales rep and manager assured us we wouldn’t have to pay for anything additional. On top of that the lady who answered the phone came up with the excuse that they don’t include plate fees in the price because all plate fees vary. Bad business would not recommend.

Very shady business, charge super high interest with people with great credit. Also doesn’t mention about dealer fees and the cost behind that. We had to finance 3-5k in ridiculous dealer feels. Cars are not clean. Workers don’t make commission after they sell you the car.

Do not put down a deposit. They will steal it. Husband tried to buy a car from here and they were super sketch. When he asked for his deposit back a week later they said 3 business days. A week after that nothing. 1 week of calling them they never answered the phone. During that week he sent them emails and texts through the website. The credit card company refunded it back to us because they deliberately weren’t responding. Be extremely careful. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this place entirely.

Called in twice about a Subaru WRX around early/mid-day, didn’t get an answer. Finally got a call back at 6:30pm to set an appointment for the next day, specifically knew what car we wanted to look at. Drove an hour to get to the place only for them to tell us that the car sold around 5pm the day before. Then tried to get us to look at cars that had damage and were out of the price range we were looking at. Don’t waste your time.

Amy called me to tell me that the car I was interested in purchasing was available and scheduled me for a test drive the next day. Upon arrival I was told the car has sold a few days prior. And then they asked if was interested in any of there other vehicles. I walked out right then and there, totally unprofessional. Guess I should of read the reviews before seems like a re-occurring thing.

Horrible place to get a car. I got a car from them, took it home no problem. Almost a month later they called me saying that paperwork came from the bank, so Im thinking I have to sign something. Its my first time getting a car so I dont know much. I showed up then they proceed to tell me how there was a mix up on the mileage in-between two states so I cant drive the car anymore. I drove the car for almost a month before they even said anything. They said I can get a refund or find another car. I chose to try to find another car. They literally made me wait 4hrs and pretty much completely ignored me the whole time. I asked them about one car and they start trying to sell me cars that I dont want. Everyone that came to get a car that was more expensive had up to 3 people helping them while Im getting totally ignored even though Im willing to bother getting another car from them. I wasted a whole day. They dont care about anything but taking money out of your pockets. They dont even take care of the older used cars. How do I know? They tried to sell me a Toyota that smelled like smoke, the hood and the trunk would not open and the seats were so badly stained they used seat covers to hide it. The seats looked like ppl kept spilling drinks and pissing everywhere. They are not helpful people so if you feel like you might have any kind of problem with you car do not go to them, buy from somewhere else.

What a terrible way to do business. I inquired on a car yesterday morning. Marie said it was available I drove 100 miles to get there the sales men advised me they don’t have the car and was sold 3 days prior. After getting a bank check and taking a paid day off from work. Wouldn’t apologize just tried to sell me a more expansive car. Barely spoke English so it was hard for him to understand. Don’t waste your time with these fools who have 0 business practices.

Filled out a credit application on line, for a particular truck. Then received a text from Amy asking when could I stop by, to verify some info. I drove for 40 minutes go there, and asked for Amy, they said she was wasnt there. And the vehicle I inquired about, they did they havent had that one for a couple months. But it was still on the web site. And the salesman were just sitting outside. Wont be back

Came into the dealership for an application I submitted. Amy has me fill out an application online and called me back within the hour to let me know I was pre approved. I selected a few vehicles and when I came the process was seemless I test drive selected the car I wanted and my paper work was handed to me to sign I drove off with the cake the same day! No hassle

Does anyone know how to give a no star rating? Sure as Gods got sandals, this place deserves it. Their website is so behind on inventory that is actually there. When someone finally came out they took 10 mins to look for keys for a test ride, came back out just standing there, still with no keys. When asked about pricing they looked at their own website on their phone and gave us a price (that was beyond unreasonable) for a completely different car. When confronted that it was the wrong car and the price was too high the guy said Yeah I wish and we promptly left. By far the worst auto experience. Save yourself the trouble and drive 10 extra minutes to a real dealership to avoid that sinking ship.

Please do not purchase your vehicle from this dealership! This is the confusing car dealership I have ever seen. Everyone walking around in street clothes looking like they are going out to the club no one looks professional at all. One thing you must know about this dealership is that you must look the the car salesman for everything. I purchased a car that had a small dent in promising it would be fixed the next wk, next wk turned into 3 wks and when I picked up my car after a wk being there the dent was gone there was a line of demarcation where they painted & didn’t even buff it out on top of my chrome piece on the side was still broken. It has been over a month and my car is still not properly fixed and then I believe they tried to order me a part from EBay! This is a very botched up dealership. Ever time I call to speak to manger or boss my calls and messages are then forward to the car salesmen & yes you have to go to the salesman for everything, they leave you on hold for 30-mins to and hr & when you hang up and call back they don’t answer so unprofessional. Sorry about the long post but please be aware of this dealership and avoid!

Sales agent and finance manager very attentive when I was purchasing and visited the dealership few times. It’s been almost 60 days and still haven’t received my tag, went in there and they register the car I purchased to tag I already owned on another car. Told me it was mistake and it would be fixed. On top of that I had worked order on the car that need to be fixed. Went in there and was told by the gentleman that they would call me back in 5 min and let me know when they can schedule me in. Nobody called me back and I text the sales agent multiple times and called not one call back. This is going on multiple weeks.. Service is horrible been completely ignored and no one to turn to for help.

I stopped by their location while in the market for a new vehicle.. I was greeted by Mike. He was very professional and help me with the process.. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and would say if youre also in the market stop by, ask for Mike.

Buyer beware! I spoke and texted with multiple associates days prior to ensure that a specific vehicle was still available. I spoke with a different associate while gassing up to get on the road and was told that it was still available. After a 2hr drive on a week day, I texted that same associate when we were 3 minutes away. I arrived and was told that the associate was gone for the day, and the vehicle that I came for was sold the previous evening (lie). That was followed by more lies and inconsistencies as they tried to sell me something else. I wouldnt suggest trusting that they have the vehicles listed on their website.

Found this place through Craigslist via “Maryanna” who made us an appt for Sunday (a plus for those whose weekend is already packed full). Upon arrival, I notice the lot is pretty big and they had a big selection from high end to regular daily driver type vehicles. We came for 2 specific vehicles. “Make it Happen” Mike introduced himself, grabbed keys, showed us a Carfax, and took us on a test drive! Amazing salesman, honest and real, works hard to put a deal together! If you need it done, he pushes to get it done! They are taking care of the cosmetic issues we had, and detailing it to our specifications. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience. Don’t let the rough look and casual atmosphere scare you away! We found our Diamond in the Rough or our Unicorn and got the deal we needed. The finance guy, Steve, worked hard to get us what we needed. Took a minute to get on the same page, but he was open to hearing what we needed and why (don’t be afraid to talk). Ultimately, we got an amazing ride, for a great price, from some incredible, hard-working real people!

Kept being reassured by the lady on the phone that it was definitely there.I get there and end up waiting for a very long time before anyone even greets me, all the sales reps basically ignore me as the front desk lady keeps trying to call for new ones. Lounge is not very comforting.Finally get a hold of someone only to be told they dont even have that truck..

Horrible experience! Was in need of a truck so I stopped in. No available salesman at the time so one of the yard guys walked with me to show me their options. Found one I liked, went through the process with the financial guy Steve. Bought the truck and traded in my 08 Armada all in one shot. Come to find out the truck I had bought had a previous transmission issue. Luckily my financier had required an aftermarket warranty be sold along with the truck. After well over a month I finally got the warranty company to cover 2k out of the $3,665 it cost to have the transmission rebuilt. I Gave Steve plenty of time to cover the rest of the cost or even a little bit of the cost and they didnt do anything. Said the price was too high and I should have gotten it repaired somewhere else that would have only charged what the warranty company would cover. I gave them every opportunity to make this rite and they did NOTHING! No repair facility in this area could touch this repair for less than 3k.

One star is generous. Charles is a great salesman but doesnt fit in with this group. Called about issue several times. Get transferred to voicemail that is filled, disconnected or hung up on. Shown several cars but got one I didnt want. Was in time crunch and needed car. Backup camera didnt work,passenger side mirror didnt work and car reeked of cigarette and Marijuana. Was partially detailed and done badly. Charles was to get car to get fixed, had family emergency. I understand but no one contacted me to tell me what was going on. Got told several different stories. Sales manager never picked up phone or called back. Worse experience.

Buyers be ware. This place is a mess. First off they play games when it comes to trade ins. Second there is no organization or accountability. They sold the trade in with the old owners plate. That plate went through tolls. Then after that want us to pay for a replacement plate that they have to another buyer.I would never buy a car from this business. They will screw around with you and take no responsibility on there mistakes.Stay away. You can find a better dealer.

I drive 4 hours to buy a 130k mclaren I was putting a decent amount of deposit 40k plus my trade which was like 20 to 30k I applied over the phone to finance the rest my credit score is over 750 the told me a pre approval over the phone and when I arrived the place the interest rate double in rate and the monthly payment when up 600 extra dollars really, beside that the car was bit up, they didn’t want to negotiate at all, besides that they don’t dress like professional, the dealer appearance was 1 of 10, no office to do business, place stink I mean this is the first time that I do a review but I have to let you know the type of place, and my experience with them.

DONT BUY A CAR HERE...When I first came here to buy a car I was happy with the service and the car my mom and I purchased. We left the vehicle to a dent knocked out that they offered to do. We were like great. That was 8/29/20..today is 09/23/20..the vehicle is ready but no one called to let us know. Then we came 2x and they cant find the keys. I left the first time giving them the benefit of the doubt to either find key or cut another. Ive been here since 1030 its now 115 and I still do not have possession of the vehicle we purchase..

I called back to confirm my arrival, and was told the car already sold. To be honest, I am not sure the car actually ever existed.I had to call multiple times to get my deposit refunded. Each time being told they would call me back. I have yet to receive my deposit back. My next action will be legal if needed. BUYER BEWARE, this place is a scam, find your car elsewhere!

I purchased a car in Avondale AZ in 2018 and bought a service contract from this company. I traded in the car April of 2020 and sent all the proper paperwork and pictures of odometer readings to cancel my service contract, it is September 8 2020 and I have not received my prorated check yet. I send emails for status updates and get no response, I call and get placed on hold for 15-20 mins and get the run around that the check was sent to the wrong address or the checks in route to there office so it can be processed then it will be sent out to me. This has been the worst experience Ive had with any dealership. Youd think itd be a easy process to send out a refund check.

My second time coming to this dealership they always have a great selection of cars, they work fast and courteous for anyoneI recommend “Make it happen Mike” he definitely makes it happen and I’m a very happy buyer after 4 cars and thousands of dollars later I found EXACTLY what I wanted and he made sure I got it!

Honestly, If it wasnt for GOD’s guidance on meeting MIKE and Tiana I wouldnt drive off the lot with my new vehicle. They were knowledgeable, kind, patient with me. I originally visited World Auto for one question and not expect to leave the lot with my new car! I Called World Auto on New Years day around 5:15 desperate and in tears. My previous vehicle was running hot and stopping while I was driving LORD knows I wanted to leave my previous vehicle on the side of the road. A Polite young lady by the name of Tiana answered all of my questions and schedule an appointment to come in at 5:30. Although I was running late Tiana still manages to work with me and kept it professional the entire moment. As I was walking into the building Mike noticed me and politely greeted me and knew exactly who I was. Tiana, the front desk receptionist ( with many other titles lol) had me sign in and told me that Mike would be assisting me. As he did, Mike and I were able to connect on a different level, we were able to relate with each other. Mike took care of EVERYTHING promptly! MIke does great with personalizing a conversation THERE WAS NO DUAL MOMENT WITH MIKE! ❤️ I now own a Nissan Altima 2016 milage was extremely low 27,000, I was blessed with a newer car. This is no joke if you are looking or in need of a newer car PLEASE VISIT WORLD AUTO AND ASK FOR MIKE (the salesman) AND Let them know that you were referred by “BRI” You wont regret it I promise 🤞🏾🥰
