Richard and team are the best in the area. We have trusted them with multiple vehicles for several years. I was referred to them by a close friend who has a Toyota shop as the guys to use for everything else (Im sure they do good work on Toyotas also). I have never been disappointed. Honest, fair, and professional.

4/4/2019 Family Feud: Richards son Quoted me $80-$90 to replace a cylenoid on a F 150. I dropped it off 8am on the button, they told me they would call me with what they found...never got a call until 3pm, your vehicle is ready But, with a Large bill to pay. I asked why wasnt I called and asked if it was ok to replace all these parts? Turns out, Richards, the owners wife never called me...they just replaced parts...she got mad, told Richard to remove the new parts, then they gave me a jump start and sent me out on my own after keeping my vehicle ALL day, I was stranded, with no garages to get it fixed until the next day, I had to sleep in my truck overnight... I took my F 150 to an honest mechanic today, he found a broken stater with drilled out wholes, wrong size bolts, which he gave me, and cables not hooked up properly causing the vehicle NOT to start. One Stop auto had damaged my starter and tried to replace it and have ME pay for their mistake. I had to pay the new honest mechanic to fix Richards work. We are filing a civil suit against One Stop Auto and have contacted WFTV 9 consumer reports at the advice of the circuit court...Hence, the family feud
