Ordered a phone, never received it. They never returned the $125 that I paid for the phone. Talked to two girls three separate times they said it would take several weeks to go back on my card, that never happened. Terrible customer service. After 17 years with sprint I switched to Verizon. This is for the store in the Trails shopping center. Asked for a manger, they said we don’t have oNe! Ginger.

Stacey at the sprint store was absolutely awesome. She was able to cut my bill and half and I ended up with a brand new phone. Such a nice person as well.

They are more concerned with selling merchandise than customer service. They lie to their customers about service changes so they can get the commission from the cell phone carriers. Do not believe them. Do not trust them. Always use a corporate store. If it says Maycom do not use.

Horrible customer service. They push junky low sales phones to increase the numbers. Commission is top priority. 100% Teenager ran. STAY AWAY! Maycom
