Stopped by Ultimate seat for years and years. Never bought one. This last trip to Daytona for Bike Week saw me stopping once more. I tried a full seat system for a few hours and loved the look and feel. No more back pain, no more pressure points in the seat. I went back and purchased the seat system, and they are sending my old seat back in the mail. The staff was wonderful, and always treated me well, even when i was just looking. My recommendation: if you want a 500 mile a day seat, go buy one of these.UPDATE: 10,000 miles on the seat. Looks brand new, sits even better than the day I bought it. I use the provided rain covers when it is wet, wipe it down time to time, but the seat, with adjustable driver backrest, is a great choice, and I wish I had purchased one when i had my Ultra classic, and it is much better than my mustang seat system i had on my Vulcan 1600 classic. Ive booked my hotel for Daytona Bike Week 2021, and ready to add another 1,200 plus miles over the weekend in March.

My husband purchased a new seat online that just wasnt as expected. Instead of shipping it back we took a short drive to return the item. Even though we arrived last minute before closing..they accepted the return no hassel and were very understanding.

Called about seat washers that go between seat and frame, received in two days. Great service, I have a single seat and a full two-up seat. I give highrecommendation every time someone ask about a comfortable ride.

The folks at Ultimate are the very best. They installed my seat Saturday Jan 20 while I waited and loving it. Shipped my old seat back for me as well which was awesome. This seat is far more comfortable then anything I have been on before and just loving it. Highly recommend Ultimate if you are in the market for a new saddle for your ride.

I purchased this seat in March 2017 Very comfortable, I had high hopes. It was costly, but I initially believed it was worth while and would last a long time. I purchased it for my 2006 Ultra Classic. Much more comfortable than the stock seat. Problem is the seat material is coming apart now. I went back to store to see if the seat would be covered under warranty. It just seemed this seat should hold up better for the price charged. It was not covered due to it being just over 1 year old. So I am not happy in the quality of the seat material. I garage my bike every day. They offered to reupholster it for 125.00, but I chose not to believing it would just happen again.

I ordered an Ultimate seat on 9 March 2020; they said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before it was shipped. At the 2 week mark, they told me it would ship the next week. At the 3 week mark, they told me it would ship the next week. At the 4 week mark, they told me they did not receive the Indian Tan leather so the seat was never made and now the COVID-19 outbreak forced them to shut down their manufacturing facility in Canada. I truly understand the facility being shutdown -- Im all for health and safety. But dont tell me something that isnt true. For now, Im giving a 1-star rating because customer service has not been truthful. Depending on how their customer service department handles keeping me informed, Ill adjust the rating accordingly.Update: As soon as the Canadian govt allowed Ultimates production facility to resume operations, I received an accurate update, my seat was completed that same day, and shipped immediately. Ultimate refunded my shipping cost to compensate for the delay. Overall, Im very happy abd satisfied -- some things are just beyond control.

These guys (and girls) are AWESOME! I ordered a seat for my Spyder which ended up being not the seat I really needed. We called and actually spoke to the technician. We told him the problem and they were more than willing to exchange the seat and even helped us pick the right one over the phone.My husband loved my seat so much, he ordered one for his Spyder too!We highly recommend ULTIMATE SEATS!!!!!
