I always have used Public storage to store my items no matter the situation. This store ( Ormond Beach on Granada Blvd) is new to me but Chris went over and beyond to make sure my wife & I are happy! We got a small storage because its the only one avaliable but with options to upgrade. Thank you CHRIS FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY. 👍🏾

This move has taken us over a month to do and every time we have to stop in the office for anything she is always willing to help! Staff is rude and do not care about the customer. They only answer the phone when they feel like it and never return a call when a voicemail is left. They are also never in the office and in over a year there has never been a cart available since they aren’t there to unlock them. Don’t waste money at this location.

Rented 302 climate control. The unit had one job. Keep my kids Christmas presents safe. It rained Christmas Eve. My unit has a leak soaked the box of a 200.00 gift. This location has no easy features. The hours of access are not conducive if you work late.Its good to have a code to get in but you shouldnt have to use a code to get out. Theres a button for the automated doors to open instead of just it opening. They dont have carts for you to use they have them chained to a pole. So youre carrying all your boxes in your arms and then you have to use your elbow to open the slide doors. Then of course theres a elevator button. All of that would be nothing if you had a cart to put all your belongings on, but you dont.I have six calls asking me when I was going to make my first payment and confirm my reservation. But once you become a customer you cant get them to pick up the phone or call you back. It literally have to catch them in the office when theyre there in order to get questions answered. Im going to close out my unit on the 26th. I prepaid for January. I will update this review on how easy or hard it is to get my money back.

Stopped into the office to get some boxes and got a great deal with the more I bought, the more I got free. Good to know if I dont need them, I can return them with in so many days. My mom has a space here and thats why I came here. The manager is always wonderful and she even remembers who I am without me saying who I am. Great customer service and always willing to help!!!

Jail and the whole team were great from getting us started to finishing up with our unit. Always helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend if you need a place for all that extra stuff!

I had a situation that required some short term storage space. I contacted Public Storage in Ormond Beach where I live and was dealing with a very pleasant young lady named Nicole. I had a unique situation that required some unique thinking. Nicole came through like a champ and got me out of a bind. She is awsome and I really appreciate her help and highly recommend her for your storage needs.

Rented a 10x10. But it was far less. Unit was a L shaped unit. Hallway then the storage area. Just the worst ever. Save your $ dont go there.!!!!!!

We rented a storage area from this location a bout 6 months ago to store our daughters belongings while she was out of town for a while. The location was very secure and the gates and code stations operated as they should. The unit itself was clean and well maintained with pest protection in place.Leslie was friendly and helpful when we needed info or help. We used the space for about 3 months. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Our experience was completely positive. Thanks Leslie!!

Stopped at this Public Storage a few days and was helped by the manager that was there. Deborah was super nice and knowledgeable about the questions I had before renting a space. She showed me the space and made sure it was the perfect size for what I am storing. Unlike other renting companies, they are not really helpful and didnt seem like they really wanted to be there in the first place. I would definitely recommend this place to any and all of my friends and family. They will be treated well and taken care of by this company and it shows by the people they hire. Stopped in to finally move my belongings in and was helped by the manager Deborah. She was very helpful with showing me where my unit was located. It had been a few weeks and forgot where it was at. I want to start by saying thank you to two wonderful ladies for such help as they where I lost my father the one person I had in my life besides my two little boys I was left with alot of things personal of his I worked with him in construction ..during this hard time Im also in a wide variety of things of the passing of my dad my home first time buyer I been staying with a close friend so between all these things spread out I needed this storage I went through some others and this one by far was just what I needed and after speaking with reservations..Kenneth told me a Vicky would be calling and sure enough I got the call she was so kind and was to make sure she would be there to help me get what I needed ..upon arrive miss .Jai was in office and she picked up on it as if she knew exactly what I needed showed me the unit was so nice it was the most comfortable easy rental Ive ever experienced and they way they handled everything was such a kind blessing I felt as if I knew these ladies for a long time ..they are what we need more of when it comes to running a business and dealing with the public Im so impressed by the way I was treated and they handled everything..these two girls deserve more then a 5 star rating by far ..to whom ever this concerns as there boss you are very lucky to have such wonderful employee s and should be proud and acknowledge to them both for there 💯 percent in work performance and there people skills they are truly what we need more of ..my love to them both .. thank you Jai and Vicky blessingMiss Billiejo Rancourt

Deborah has been the new Manager at the Granada location for several months now and i must say she has been doing an excellent job for all the Public Storage customers at this site. I continually observe that Deborah keeps the place clean and orderly. She treats customers with respect and courtesy and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the facility. I know I am very satisfied as a current customer and plan to continue to rent here for quite some time.12/30/19 I have been a Public Storage customer at this location for about four years. I would like to compliment Tracy who works at the Granada location. I was in the process of moving from Ormond by the Sea to Holly Hill and required additional storage units as well as a variety of packing items for the big move. Tracy was there to help me facilitate with what was a stressful and close deadline driven move. She eased my stressed, made everything work for me. Tracy is very knowledgeable and very willing to help, and does it all with a smile. I definitely recommend using Public Storage at this location.

The pricing is reasonable, and access is convenient off either Orchard St or Granada. Very friendly staff. Centrally located for Ormond Beach.

I have storage with Public Storage up north and Im down here on vacation and my card was compromised. I stopped in at the Ormond location in a panic, worrying about getting my bill paid for March. Tracy the lady in the office was so nice and helpful. She was able to get me set up with a different card and set my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this location.

I used to love this place! But not anymore. I had an car problems in Georgia and was delayed in wanting to get my things out. I only asked for a 24 hour extension and was told no and I would have to pay a late charge. Even though I called. Not the way to do business. I would not refer them to anyone. Ive been using them for years. Never again if they dont make it right.

Cheri and Valerie in particular were flexible and nice every single time I called, and my locker was very clean. I just wanted to say that Tracy the manager that took care of me at this location was so helpful, she went out of her way to find the best unit for me, she asked me questions about what I was storing and gave me alot of storing information, she offered many different products to help me and I never felt like she was just pushing products, she genuinely was concerned and wanted me to be aware how best to store my items. She even tried to find me an A/C unit at other properties. I would recommend people going to see her first when needing storage, she tells you everything you need to know. You can tell that she knows the storage business and cares about her customers!!

The best storage facility Ive dealt with in 41 years. Really reasonable price, and awesome, helpful staff! One of the most cleanest establishments also! Highly recommend!

This is the worst location. The pavement at the dock area of the two story bldg might as well not be paved. Your stuff will simply fall off the cart if you try to push the cart on it.The key pad at the gate has been hit and requires you exit your car to enter your pass code.The front office is often times empty if you need to speak with someone. They have homeless people that gather in the dock area that will kind of freak you out as the building you are about to enter is empty. The elevator door will close on your cart if you don’t get in or out quickly enough. That hit usually jars half your stuff off the cart.This last one just pisses me off. 95% of the time I have to walk both floors to find a cart. We’re talking a two or three block walk and they only have one cart in the building. I moved out today. So happy!

Customer service is terrible, they change employees, every week add someone. Their fees are absolutely ridiculous. Then they make you spend $22 on a lack you cant use on anyting else and they dont buy them.

Stored our possessions there for more than 5 years, though through many hurricane and they kept our prized possessions safe. Price let going up every year so we decided to liquidate assets to eliminate this expense. But over all we were happy with their service.

At first, Valerie was very sweet and helpful. When we got behind on a payment she took the time to call us and give us are options and was willing to work with us. But, just last week I called Valerie and asked if a family member can call her and make a payment over the phone with her, she said no problem. I asked what info he would need if any other then my name and she stated my brother would require my unit number and account number. So just yesterday on the day we agreed when he would be calling her to process payment with her, she was off that day so my brother had to deal with some other guy that could barely speak English, couldnt even understand his name. This guy told my brother he would have to call another number to process the payment and there was another added $10.00 fee to process the payment. A few that Valerie never mentioned. She made it completely unaware about having to follow another process with added fees. Today I called Valerie and asked her what happened, I told her that was not the agreement not did you mention about calling a different number with added fees. She simply said have him call me and Ill process payment over the phone for you. PERIOD. Then she turned into a smart ass that was very rude. I will be relocating my belongings to a more reputable company. I also plan on speaking with the CEO of public storage since his number is listed at the corporate website.Recent update: Valerie was able to get a $10 reimbursement for the lack of communication above.Thanks Valerie!

Selling a home and moving by an early closing date is a very stressful, physically draining and emotionally taxing period in ones life. The contract was not signed until she personally showed me the actual unit and ensured that the space was appropriate for my needs. Great facility and a very competitive price. Debi & her staff made it very personable and easy to get the right storage unit for me. I called and when they didnt have the unit I was interested in available they made sure to check other locations and offer other ones they did have available. They also made sure they had a lock ready and offered other packing supplies I might need. Overall a very pleasant experience.
