This is the third time we have used them. First time was great. Second time not as good. OK, everybody has an off day so we thought we would use them again. Not a good idea, worst of all. Just some of the damage:- Scratches on master bedroom foot board- Living room lamp shades dented- Dining room bench leg broken- Wicker dresser caster broken- Large decorative vase broken.No follow up call, even though they knew some items were broken.We had them do the packing for us, so I expected things to go well. Very disappointed in them and will not use again.Of course, not planning to move again but you never know...

I planned my move with more than a month advance with them...the day before April calls saying the 3 men she quoted would have to be 2. I would have to pay more for the 3rd person when we had an email thread with the 3 men quoted and prices.She was really mad and was pressuring me to cancel....I couldnt cancel because no other company would do it last minute!Thats insane!!Anyway..I called someone else and set up my move with them instead....I would hate to be stood up with all my stuff packed and ready to go.I was surprised with the lack of seriousness of this company.

Movers were quick to respond to request and very professional. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Run, run, run, dont walk away from these people. I ended up paying over $3,000 for what should have been, AT MOST, a $2,000 move. Not to mention that they DO NOT take good care of your furniture. They may be acceptable for a one day move, but they want to stretch everything to two days so they can charge minimums and extras. No wonder they were available when I couldnt find any other moving company.

Chose another moving company with nationwide reputation for an interstate move. May be good for local.

We couldnt be happier with the service we received. From the first phone call to the actual moving, everything was professionally handled. Also, they were able to move us on a rather short notice, which was great! Howard and Malik, I believe their names were (I apologize if I got them wrong), were the best crew ever, taking care of our furniture as if it was their own. Every piece was wrapped up in either blankets, plastic or boxes - something that not every mover does! They were also SO polite!I dont have many terms of comparison, but their pricing seemed to be reasonable too, considering they have a 4 hour basic time/fee: so even if the guys complete the job earlier, it will still cost you the same.I highly reccomend them and would not call anyone else in the future, if needed!

The owners have zero moving experience. The bought this place about 3 years ago and act like they have years of experience. I used to work with them and I started In, 1998 moving people. They dont have any structure. All I can say is it really depends on the crew they send to you. As to whether or not youll have a good experience or not
