I ended up getting our boat early and I called letting them know I would be just a few minutes after office hours amd asked if i could still come In and pay for the spot and park our boat. I recently moved my parents down to this area. To no surprise, my mother had too many things that didnt fit in their temporary apartment, so I needed to get them a storage unit ASAP. Sue was the best, never had such great customer experience, every question was answered in full detail and she even took the time to show me multiple units to make sure that I could see exactly what I needed and that I was comfortable with the services that they offer. Its a standard storage place. Not a whole lot of cameras, the lights in the buildings only work half the time and the price of my unit tripled over the three or four years I was there. But I never had any problems

The move from North Jersey to this facility did not happen and when I talked to the people managing the facility (the DM was there) they refused to refund me the monthly fee dispute or even offer a prorated refund. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Refused to negotiate. So while Im going to proceed with the move, needless to say I wont waste time with a company that lacks compassion for a unusual specific situation and it behooves those who are trying to bridge a move from facility to facility to ensure the move will definitely happen or youll end up getting screwed.

Company collects future months but does not refund any payments under any circumstances. Been a tenant at allot of storage units and this one surprised me. Interestingly enough, I was asked by the counter staff to leave a review, and that I will do for sure to warn others against this facilitys policies. Inside the facilities, there are a couple of tight turns, so if you have a trailer, you may need to back up an allyway. Fences are easily climbed/laddered in back of property.

Dont let their lower prices lure you in! They will go up before you know it! Their rates go up about every 4 months or so. In their increase letter theyll say its to keep up their superior service! The ladies in the office are great, but thats about it.Our unit has gone up $30 in a little over two years. The units are dirty, ours has roaches, so Im sure that most do. They will tell you this Florida and thats to be expected. Once when we complained about the bugs they handed us a jug of bug spray and told us to spray it ourselves! Someone even attempted to break into our unit. Weve seen nothing to justify the constant increases.
