In fact, Luke, the sales representative who sold me my last computer 8 years ago is still there. They are knowledgeable and easily accessible for your computer questions. I recently purchased a new HDMI card and installation went smoothly with no problems. I like working with a “small shop”. It seems more personalized.

Iimited hours. My son took his computer in because it was running slow. Has now had it back for the 3rd time and still not fixed. Not sure they know what they are doing

I had stopped in the Oshkosh store 3 times recently and each time they didnt have what I needed. We can order it for you doesnt work anymore. I can order almost anything online myself. I come for things I want now. They were under construction so I gave them a break on the stars. Hopefully they get things going soon.

The most recent Windows 10 update installation went sideways on my MPC desktop. The process went into a loop, rebooting my computer on about a two-minute loop. I tried other tricks, but nothing worked, so I took the box out to the Oshkosh MPC store, where it was built in 2014. They got it sorted out, and I am a happy camper. It was fifty dollars well spent.My first PC from MPC was a Pentium III from the Appleton store, as there was no store in Oshkosh at the time.

I went in to get a very specific item and even though they didnt have it on hand they were super helping and ordered for me. It only took two days too!

Expensive. The associate sugested the only fix was to wipe my hard drive and reinstall everything. Got a second opinion and paid half what MPC quoted.

Totally f up my computer. It wont boot and all I asked them was to remove a password on an account. Now Windows wants to fix problems over and over again.
