Everyone Ive worked with at the store is so helpful and will go out of their way to give their customers a good experience.

Josh and Dave were great and very polite solved my problem with ease they’re one of the reasons that my wife and I stay with Sprint/T-Mobile. Thanks to them and the staff at this location.

Only T-Mobile/ Sprint store Ill go to. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They will make sure everything is done correctly and go out of there way to assure everything with my devices and account are good. I love this store!! Everyone is very professional & I had a wonderful experience with the store manager Elizabeth Jones, she is very competent & thorough & really seems to care about her customers. I came in today to get my new iPhone 7 & the way she handled everything made me feel comfortable- I run a business & had to make sure that all 700 of my contacts transferred plus my music etc. & she handled everything with ease. I highly recommend this Sprint store! 😀

Elizabeth from this store was wonderful! I brought in my mother in law to fix where her plan was messed up. she fixed it 100% and made it so easy on us. I currently use Verizon for both my personal and business phones and she set up a meeting at my office to discuss switching to Sprint. I was VERY impressed with the store, the staff, her personally and all the help they did. I will recommend any and everybody to use them.

Came in to have my phone updated because it was running very slow and Elizabeth Jones showed excellent customers service skills by being patient,understanding and kind! She was very clear when explaining things to me and made Sure I understood before she moved forward. 5 star effort!!

Best customer service of any phone store I have ever been to. Usually going to a phone store is like pulling teeth but I always receive amazing and prompt service and amazing savings. Elizabeth and Tara are knowledgeable and make every visit a great one.

My bf and I got tired of the phone services that we were dealing with and we decided it would make it A LOT easier for us to just see if I could sign up for sprint. If i could then we were going to switch. We went in to the Ottawa store and were immediately greeted by the ladies work that day. Liz came up to us and asked some questions and I asked some questions. She immediately went to work on seeing what she could do for us. She then gave us some suggestions for phones we could go with. My bf and I got the S9 they only had one in the store and we were told that we could get the other one the next day or we could go pick it up from the Peru store. She called the peru location to have them put one S9 on hold. Then she told us that we can get up to 2 tablets and a few other things that day. I went with a tablet and a drive thingy. Liz had to call the Peru store again to have them hold the tablet too, because they didnt have one in stock at the Ottawa store. It got down to the point of the activations of the devices and my bf and I wanted to keep our own numbers. She patiently waited while we both called our other phone companys to get our account numbers. Then she started the process of switching the numbers. She was able to get my bfs number transferred right away, but mine took a little longer. She was an EXCELLENT representative and I would recommend that anybody that wants to go with sprint deal with Liz because you will for sure walk out of the Sprint store that day happy and with a smile on your face. She talked to us the whole time we were there about random stuff along with stuff that had to do with our phones.

Loved my experience there today. Although it took awhile to switch my number over to my new sprint phone being there was a blast. They were very perfessional and they kept fighting to get me a good deal and my number. I highly recommend this store.

Employee Liz drove to the Peru sprint store to get the phone that I wanted since they did not have the gold in stock at the time. Employee Lizzy was very helpful in explaining my upgrade plan and the features that goes along with it. Always a great experience

The employees smoke right out front at least the lady that helped me, and of course her and her store smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. Not to mention that is why I had to wait long also because the employee was smoking out front while customers including myself were waiting for help. I’ll go to a actual sprint store in the future to but all my accessories and new iPhones. Even if I have to drive further. It’s too bad the customer service in this town continues to decline especially in that plaza.

Not happy with dervice, service and customer service had an appointment at 1pm and wasnt greeted or even acknowledged til 1:07p. Then was told my trip was a waste of time even though it was sprint that set up the appointment because of phone issues. Was given false information for a deal on the phone with sprint and was told by sprint that i was misinformed and they refused to honor what another representative told them. Spent half a day talking to over 7 sprint reps and am told at the store that they should have informed me that nothing could be done..

Thank GOD for ELIZABETH JONES at the OTTAWA,IL SPRINT STORE SHE IS AWESOME AND THE MOST FREINDLY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE AGENT IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH WISH ALL WERE LIKE HER...Hello let me first start of by saying I went to Sprint in peru and basically wasted 2 hours of my day and got nowhere and was treated as if I was a bother and felt like i was infringing on their free time and was a bother to them at the end of the day I went home discouraged and upset becuse they were not willing to try to help me then i came home after being told i was unable to activate my phone for 90 days I contacted Sprint online and they said i was not and i could go with whomever I wanted so dicouaged i tried cricket and they said my phone was not unlocked so i went home and called sprint again and the agent i talked to was unhelpful so i asked for her supervisor she was rude kept interrupting me and i said mam please dont interrupt me anb she hung up on me i then called back and told the agent what happened she apologized and put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me also so i called back a third timeand was finally told yes your phone is able to be activated i said thank you and this brings me full cicle to the Ottawa,Il. Store and the awesomely pleasant experience that ELIZABETH JONES provided I cannot praise her enough THANK YOU LIZ

Poor customer service. When issues regarding recall on my phone were not resolved i asked for a regional managers contact information. They Refused. I asked for a corporate office contact number, they refused. I call sprint customer service and they cant help because this store is a dealer and not a corporate.
