Great Customer Service! I love the fact that you can go to their website and compare prices with surrounding areas and know that not only are you supporting a LOCAL Business but you are also getting great deals. They have installed a cruise control for our vehicle and my most recent purchases were kitchen appliances. They offer great rebates too. Do yourself a favor and check Audio/Video Concepts.

Shawn has installed several items for us over the years and he has always been upfront about the cost and what to expect. The thing about Shawn that you cant get at a big box retailer is the service, thats worth a lot to me. He has always been there for us if we have a question or problem. Great service! My husband took my brand new vehicle here to have a remote start put on. I was told by several other places that it couldnt be done because my vehicle was too new and they hadnt come out with the correct wiring for it yet. Anyway, we called Audio/Video Concepts in Ottawa and Shawn let us know he would try to find it. He called back within a few days and we scheduled the appointment to take my vehicle in. I was just expecting a regular remote start that was nothing special... but I was surprised! I got a digital key fob that lets me know what is going on with my car (if it is locked, unlocked, running and if it is running how long I have left to get there before it shuts off). It also beeps quietly every minute or so to let me know it is still running. It is fantastic! I can also start it from a very long way away (and in the middle of a brick building at that). Had the guys put remote starts on 2 different vehicles around Christmas time and they worked out great. About a week or so later, I had a little trouble with one of them not working right so I took the vehicle back in. They spent about an hour and a half troubleshooting the problem only to find out it was something that didnt have anything to do with them or the remote install. They helped me fix the problem and away I went. When I tried to pay them something for their time and trouble, they refused and just said they were glad to help. Now THATS customer service!! Will definitely do business with them again.

Audio/Video Concepts installed our entire sound system in our new home, including flat screen TVs and the projection screen TV in our theatre room! Ive also had my windows tinted, cameras installed and recently a WiFi booster installed in our home! This company and the owner are incredible to work with and do an excellent job servicing all your needs.....even years after installation!
