Store was clean and it was easy to locate what I wanted. Baby chicks are well kept. First but not the last time coming here.

They had a sales item and we were there early and they have not honored it. They only do this to get you in and find other things. We have heard nothing yet and probably won’t. We did contact service department like you suggested. Talked to a lady said would call us back after she made a call and so far nothing. Guess we will not get what we had on rain check. Poor service.

The people that work there are rude and even one person who is management had covid and should have been in quarantine but wasnt .

The store carries a wide selection of items across a large variety of all things farm, ranch, and homesteading related. The store and outer areas were very neat and clean. They have a friendly and helpful staff. It is my go-to store for my farm needs.

I was doing some price comparisons and found their prices better than some at other for 4 inch PVC pipe. I looked at a few other things also and everything seemed to be pretty competitive. The customer service was excellent and they told me where to find all the things that I wanted to look at.

These guys are so helpful. We needed straw to keep animals warm and 3 different guys came out and helped us. Cashier was a sweetheart too.

Went in for some information on a mower and found out the saw shop was no longer there! Very disappointing of Orschelns to discontinue their saw and mower shop.

Currently under remodel. Hopefully it will be better shopping when they are finished.

For a farm and ranch store its hard to beat. Every one is always friendly. Always have great sales. For us that live in the country and need weird stuff its perfect...

Been a customer since the late sixties. Quality products at reasonable prices and knowledgeable help. In the past, Ole Tom was the go to guy now its Derek. From Montana Silver buckles, boots and clothing to feeds and farm supplies, this is always my firsts stop.

Very helpful with our purchase. Would highly recommend.

Went in window shopping but the clothing lines had great sales and l found a couple of outfits! Lots of choices !! I will be returning soon.

Good place to find things in a small town that cant necessarily be found elsewhere, but a little pricier for some items. Not everything I looked at was priced. Would have had to bring everything to the front to find out the price so they probably lost a sale.

I went to the store in Garnett this evening (3/27). I found what I needed very quickly but there was only one cashier and several customers in line. Not very convenient.

Challenging to find someoneto assist you but glad or little town has it. A bit run down as far as aesthetics. Cam usually get what you need of yippy know what they do and dont carry.

Big sign that says chick days but had very few chicks, some of which didnt look very good

The products are good but the prices are somewhat high.

I wish they carried more meds and supplements and accessories for chickens.

Generally good prices on livestock supplies, but dont carry much for medications/antibiotics/vaccine.

Its okay, but theyve only been opened a week and are already out of stock on a lot of things. Customer service was really bad, 1st time we went.. The lady didnt know how to work the cash register.. 2nd time we went and were told theyd call someone back to the department we needed help in, we waited 10 minutes before anyone came and then she was really rude because they were out of stock on the item we wanted and all they had was the display.. She got an attitude because we didnt want to buy the display!! They should hire better people and make sure they have things in stock!!

A lot of variety of products such as the expected feed and tractor supplies but also home, clothing, gifts and toys. Only negative is that you really have to look to find someone to help you.
