Quick and the store had what I needed for a $1 an item.

As I walked in they were talking about how the business is screwing them over and they are going to go to a different dollar tree and work then a bunch said they would follow him. Then the lady at check out was rude didnt have a smile had a horrible attitude. I may go to ottumwa after this experience. Keep your business private dont scream it through the whole store.

They have some cute things there, I buy my readers there, I have several pair.

The AC wasnt working, which is normal for this store very hot inside so didnt buy nothing Ill go to Centerville Ia store for my stuff

I have always liked this store. However today was terrible, there were 7 people waiting to checkout & only 1 register open. The woman in front of me & the one behind me were both on there phones. I wanted to scream so they couldnt hear. It was very annoying.

Staff is awesome and the struggles of cashiers is hard please customers if you dont like something stop complaining in line about them they are doing their job trying to get you out on time. You dont want a item put it back or hand it to cashier. Please dont shove your baskets at them you dont know their struggles we have to zone, pit away pick up other duties of being a worker there. They are a team they are friendly and funny love shopping there.

This place is ALWAYS so clean and everything is in its place, the only thing I ever see an issue with is the boxes thrown everywhere once they do the truck. But Im NOT complaining by any means, those ladies/men do everything in their power while being busy as heck!

Other than being out of stuff due to the virus everything was good.

One of the nicer and cleanest Dollar Tree locations Ive ever visited. The only drawback is the limited number of cashiers they have working at any time and a staff that ignores the length of the line. I visited yesterday and the line was 12 people long before the ONE cashier asked for assistance over the PA. If you can visit when they arent busy, youll probably enjoy your shopping experience.

Great prices. The store is a bit cluttered, especially by the front door. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I only had a few minutes to get my stuff I needed. My daughter went to use the bathroom and returned fast. Said it was unfit to use... We told the clerk when we checked out and she immediately got someone to go clean the bathrooms

More registers running would be my only suggestion help was polite and working as efficient as they could given how busy the store was.

Everything is a dollar, some things are low quality but others are the same thing sold for quite a bit more other places. And youll find surprising things. Books, novels, craft supplies, kitchen tools. Lots of different types of things and seasonal items.I get stuff here that I go through a lot of that doesnt particularly need to last long. For instance phone chargers and ear phones, they last half as long but are one fifth of the cost of the cheapest found elsewhere. Sandwich baggies and dryer sheets dont have to be nasa quality and are fine enough for me. Once you figure out what you need at the acceptable quality it can save you considerable money. But some things you end up paying more for like baking soda or get a significantly smaller version and would save more just buying it elsewhere. So you just have to pay attention.

Well kept and a larger stock than others Ive been to. It seems like they rarely have enough employees, though.

Store cleanliness was so-so. The stuff is cheap at cheap quality (which I expect, and is ok). The problem was the lady doing check-out. She was not friendly, and felt like it was a burden for us to be there. The wait was long, but not excessively. I gave them 3 stars.... Kinda woulda rather had the option for 2 1/2 based on her performance.

Found all of Halloween decorations for home and school all on one stop!!!

They are good for the basic supplies. Need a card you forgot for an event, they have it. Need shampoo because you ran out they have it. Just dont look for anything to upscale here.

The ottumwa dollar tree is always clean and the employees are wonderful....always eager to help.

Dollar Tree offers a wide variety of products for a dollar or less. They also accept EBT cards which I did not know until a little while back. Also the employees are very friendly and helpful :-)

Very rude lady the ottumwa store. First she stood in the candy isle NOT stocking shelves but visiting and blocking the isle then when she was asked to help at the register was very rude to us, the customer. Need to check this out and get rid of her. Not happy customers here

Im very thankful for this store both of us on disability and getting just enough to be over guide lines for a food card we go there when ends dont meet and I dont know what we would of done if the s store wasnt available
