Im usually satisfied with service. Prices seem to be quite high. Everythings gone up but I feel that Firestone is taking it to a whole new level. I know that they their price on parts. Im a previous employee. Its way too much. Labor rates they tend to double charge on the jobs that they do. Part of one job that they do is also part of the complete job and they charge for both so its kind of like youre paying twice for only having some of the work done once that if that makes sense.

We always use Firestone for all our car/truck needs and are very satisfied with their work. Yesterday my husband had to limp his truck to this Firestone after hearing very loud noises of which sound like something falling off his truck and when he went to brake it became louder and also jolted the truck. He had just had his brakes done at a Midas weeks before thinking he might get a better deal. Turns out whoever was working on his brakes at Midas didnt tighten the brakes well enough and they were actually falling off. We could have lost the ability to brake at anytime. Firestone found the problem and fixed it and my husband called Midas and they are going to pay the bill thankfully. Should have stuck with Firestone in the first place. We had our cars brakes replaced by them earlier in the year without incident and at the same cost that Midas charged for the truck. So we we continue to be satisfied customers of Firestone!!

Be careful! They feel comfortable taking advantage of their customers. I was quoted one price over the phone and then after the service was done, it was $200 more by the time I went to pay. Things they said would be included were not and they just blamed it on the other person I was talking to. Maybe they just took advantage because I was a woman.

Worst experience in Customer service. I would highly advise not dealing with Dawson on his best day, much less on a day like I experienced. I have had encounters with Chris and Greg that have been great and will probably keep me coming back. However, had my encounter only been with Dawson? I would be running for the hills and advise anyone else to do the same.

Taken advantage of for a simple battery change, now our cars electronics are jacked up and after returning and paying another 30 dollars, all Firestone could say was the battery was fine, and that wed have to take it somewhere else to get the problem fixed. We literally paid then to break our car, and to tell us theyre incompetent and cant fix what they likely broke to begin with. On top of them being unhelpful, their customer service is the worst!

Dropped off car on 10/26/20 in the morning for tire rotation, Complete Vehicle inspection, oil change, and courtesy check. Firestone received my car with 3 of the tire pressure monitoring system sensors working showing the PSI in 3 of the tires. After tire rotation, oil change, complete vehicle inspection and courtesy check only 2 of the sensors on the Tire pressure monitoring system where working now. I want to be fair and firestone needs to fix anything they break on my car. I have made repeated attempts to have this issue resolved at Firestone and nothing is being done.  Basically I am being told I have to pay for what they broke. Firestone should repair items they damage or break on my car.  Firestone received my car with 3 working functioning TPMS sensors and it should have been returned in the same condition with 3 working TPMS sensors. Now I only have 2 working TPMS sensors.   Firestone needs to be accountable for what they damage or break nothing more nothing less.

Oil change 2 days ago and inspection said oil was dirty and they suggested I have it changed. Wanted front end checked and got an estimate for $2,300, none of which I needed. Tried to get me but I left before they did.

Dropped off car at 8:15am for flat repair and was told would be done before close. Had not heard anything so called at 4:45pm to check on it and they had not gotten to it yet which was fine as they closed at 6pm. They call at 5:45pm and tell me they are unable to fix it as the hole was too big to patch safely and that i needed a new tire. Asked them to just leave it alone as i had a suspicion that was not 100% accurate. Picked vehicle up and brought it home and sure enough, they could have in fact patched it and were just trying to upsell me. Be warned!!!

This place. . . First of all, Greg was very detailed over the phone making sure I knew what to expect budget-wise. He made me an appointment, and told me there would be coffee for me and a toy box for my kiddo (pictured). (It’s also worth noting — for those of us who come in with a long list of work to have done — that the chairs are really comfortable.)Then we get here and Andy is a superhero. He helped me save everywhere I could, helped me figure out which issues were most pressing, and helped me make plans for issues that could be resolved later. He also consistently updated me as the car was being worked on.And this crew are just stellar. VERY thorough, without me feeling like my lack of car knowledge was being taken advantage of.I can’t see us ever going anywhere else to take care of our car. Not even another Firestone, considering the last one we visited gave us inaccurate information that would have cost us hundreds. Just feels safe to stick with this group!

Be careful what they quote you. I suggest getting it in writing before they upcharge you 15% for the service after theyve already completed it, and then hold your car hostage. Also - be ready for them to have your car for longer than theyre telling you. What I was told would take a day took over 24 hrs to complete. After speaking with the individual over the phone about the discrepancy he didnt seem to care or believe me.

I get my tires and alignments taken care of at Firestone, because Ive always found them reliable when it comes to service after the sale, and it is great to know exactly who to turn to when I need help. I always get the road hazard, and I cant imagine how much it has saved me over the years. They are friendly and helpful, and would get 5 stars if they added guest wifi.

Phone quote was acceptable and I made an appointment to get the vehicle in as they were not prepared to take my car. Tires, mount and balance were reasonable, Alignment what I expected but the repair work was more than I had been quoted at two other places. Still, I let them do the work. Advisor was clueless as to how to handle a customer, bordered on rude. Work was done and I asked for a receipt and my courtesy inspection. They said they would e-mail it to me. They asked for my e-mail three times. I still have not received my receipt.

Jim, the sales manager at your Store Number: 028584, is outstanding. I spent almost $700 in new tire purchases and installation work with his store. His team not only performed EXCELLENT work, but he also alerted me to a rebate offer to help me achieve some additional savings. Thats HUGE. I sent in the rebate information, and look forward to the assistance it will provide in defraying some of the cost. More importantly, Jim provided amazing customer service. People (like Jim) in the service industry are rare. Youre lucky to have him as a member of The Firestone Team.

I went in for a diagnostics check and the salesman, Greg, was simply wonderful! He and the tech, Nick, were both very helpful and patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Im a 24 yr old girl and I dont know much about mechanics, so I usually rely on my dad for anything involving repairs. But I recently moved to KS and he is out of state, so Greg and Nick both offered to talk to my dad over the phone to explain what was going on with my car and to figure out what steps to take next!Honestly it was the best service ever!

Best place to trust to get new tires and alignments. The tires I wanted were out of stock and they were able to get them to the shop the next day. When I called, they were upfront with me about every cost so there were no surprises. This Firestone was fast and efficient and I received great customer care.

I love the customer service, theyre friendly and explain things clearly. I go to them to get my winter and summer tires swapped, and for anything wheel related. I also recommend the lifetime alignment package, I get them frequently and its easily paid itself off. So far theyve done a good job with the tire swaps, but they have broken a couple studs, could just be bad OEM studs though because theyre torqued to spec. Overall its been a great experience for me.

Thank you so much to the Firestone Team on 115th and Metcalf!! I was in KC (2 1/2 hours from home) for a soccer tournament when my car broke down. Went to get 4 new tires for my Lincoln LS, paid $300 for all four. The service was the best part, extremely nice. One caveat though, they tried to sell me 20 lug nuts for $4 a piece. I said I would order them from somewhere else and the price magically went down.

I always have a good time at Firestone. I have my fleet vehicle serviced here and only here. The staff never tries to up sell or add things on to the corporate account. They give accurate time estimations, and have coffee.Don’t expect to download large files on the WiFi.

Mike the service manager told me to take my car to the Ford dealership for a check engine light. He is very rude to work with*replay to update you have all my information I called the Firestone head quarters and left all my information and details no one has called me back. all the feedback is unsupported call email but no help. I was not cheated I was just treated badly. but I have found out if I had a problem there is no one going to help me!!! I left this message weeks ago and called the head office weeks ago and no help!! Mike the service manager told me to take my car to the Ford dealership for a check engine light. He is very rude to work with

Im a Police Officer and was helping a stranded motorist who needed coolant. I stopped in at this location and asked if they had any for sale. They advised they did not but when I explained the situation, they kindly donated enough for the driver and their family to get on their way. They were extremely generous and helpful in this situation!

Anytime I have needed to get a hold of someone 10-20 mins before close, no one seems to want to pick up the phone at this location. It is a bummer because Greg is awesome here! I even left a great review through Firestone because of the service I received from Greg. Unfortunately, I had a tire that was leaking air (I buy all of my tires from firestone and have since Ive started driving and always get the road side hazard package). The first time, they said there was a tiny nail in the tire, they resealed it. I had to come back a month later because it was still losing air like crazy, Greg showed me where there was a hole in the seal between the tire and the rim. Gave me a quote on new tires because I will need them soon but there is still a bit of tread left and I am not looking to shell out $200+ for two new tires at the moment. Anyways, the first time they filled all of my tires with too much air (I was topping out at 40 psi when they are supposed to be at 34-hot). Now when I drive, it feels like I am driving on butter. Ive felt this feeling before when Ive had a blow out and I shouldnt be feeling it if they have properly fixed the tire.

Took my 6 month old tire in with a slow leak. They claimed the nail was too close the side wall to repair so it needed to be replaced. On top of that they suggested I buy 2 new tires so the sides were even because they would have to be replaced soon anyway. After taking it to my usual place, Mr. Tire, I was shown that the nail was an inch and a half from the side wall and was very fixable. Immediately fixed for $15 and told I shouldnt need new tires for at least another 6 months. My tires also have a replacement tire indicator which was completely intact. Thanks for wasting my time and trying to take advantage of me Firestone.

Great customer service, however, the service itself was extremely disappointing. I was having problems with a different firestone branch and so I took it to this one hoping that it was just a branch issue and not a Firestone issue. When I brought it in they said there was nothing they could do because they didnt do engine work. Which would have been helpful to know when I was making the appointment so I didnt waste a day off taking it in when they knew they couldnt work on it. They kept sending me back to the other branch which wasnt helpful.On my last visit, I wanted them to check out a problem I was having that felt like my wheel was loose and they told me everything was fine. When I took it into the dealership, the ball bearing was dangerously worn and needing replacement and the dealer said they, couldnt have missed seeing that it needed to be fixed. Yet, I was sent on my way from Firestone.Incredibly frustrating and disappointing from what I previously thought to be a well-respected company.

More details - the last time I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care, 7050 W 115th St, Overland Park, KS 66211 was for an oil change I walked in at 8:10 am. Mike the service manager was a the counter. I asked to have my oil changed today and he said he did not have any appointments for today that I needed to make an appointment for next week. I walked out to my car and called my co work and asked him to make an appointment at Firestone Complete Auto Care, 7050 W 115th St, Overland Park, KS 66211 for an oil change he received an appointment for 2:00 pm. I took my car in at 12:00 noon and drooped it off. The car was done buy 2:30 pm. I left a negative complainant with the email link that was sent to me asking how my service was. I took a lot of time to spell out what had happened. I shortly received a call from Mike the service manager ask what my problem was? I told him I had someone else call and setup an appointment and he was just make service difficult for me. he said sorry you feel that way and hung up. I feel this is due do to my last negative complainant over his service. Rather than be nice and try to fix the problem now when I call I am told to take my car to the dealership for service. Firestone needs to have a third party call on service complainants or there people will just cover it up!!

Bad, bad, bad!!!! 6000 miles ago had a new set of Bf All Terrain KOs installed at this place. While my vehicle didnt had alignment issues they recomended doing it since was installing new tires. Somehow the left the aligment nuts not tight and now both my new 250 dolar a piece rear tires are ruined since they wore unevenly down to the second layer.Im on the west coast now so not feseable to come back.
