Went in to have my battery replaced. I asked how long it would take. I was told 1 hour. (I had to wait as I did not have another ride.) I asked to check my alignment on my wheels. I knew this would extend my wait time. It took 1 hour and 40 mins to replace my battery. They then checked my alignment and indicated that I needed to have my wheels aligned. I told them that I couldn’t wait all day. They indicated it would be 10 mins. 30 mins later I was told they couldn’t do my rear tires due to a break in my rods. So I ended up with a partial alignment. I am not confident in this store’s ability to work on foreign cars. I will be getting a second opinion. I spent 2 hours and 40 mins of my day wasted. Think twice if you have a foreign car. They lack confidence in their ability to do the work and to do it timely.

Incompetence and poor costumer service!My beaks fell like they were locking up so I took my vehicle in to this place. They told my that the front calipers were damaged and needed immediate repairs, they also assured my that the rear calipers were in prefect condition. The shop quoted me $1700 for two new front calipers and It took them a week to complete the repairs.A day after picking up the vehicle, the breaks were acting up again. I took my vehicle in, and they told me that it was now the rear calipers that needed to be replaced. I then decided to go to a family owned shop, where they found that the rear left break was locking up, and that the rear calipers were in perfect condition.I called the costumer service line to report the shop, and they ended up blaming me for getting ripped off. (Yes you read that right!)Save your money and go to a local family owned shop.YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF HERE!
I am sad to write this review as I had many excellent experiences in this location. I made an online appointment for a tire rotation scheduled for last Saturday. I requested to wait for the service. When I arrived I was told that it was going to take over 2 hours as they were extremely busy. I agreed to re-schedule for today at 10:00 am and reminded them that I needed to wait for the service. At my arrival the manager told me that I could not wait in their lobby as their lobby was closed by Johnson County since last April. When I mentioned that I had made online reservation to wait in the lobby and reaffirmed my request when I agreed to re-schedule, the manager said it was an error of the employee and the website. You lost me as a customer!!! A courtesy call or a sign on the door could have avoided this inconvenience. You have no right to make me waist my time!!! I just made a phone reservation on the Tire Plus on 119th St to wait for the service. They confirmed me that their lobby is open for customers waiting. This store is located in the same city, county and state... perhaps you need to get your rules more clear to your managers
Went to another location to have breaks worked on. Sounded like my car was going to fall apart after i left there. Breaks were WAY worse than when I brought it in. These guys fixed the problem another shop caused and put my car back in working order. 100% recommend over their affiliate shops.
THREE STRIKES AND TIRES PLUS IS OUT!!!I have been getting my vehicles serviced at this location for 3 years. I initially purchased tires for both my vehicles and was given the up sale pitch to purchase the lifetime alignment and balance service. This is the only reason I continued to take my vehicles here. If I had known that this location was so incompetent I would have run in the opposite direction.STRIKE ONEThe first time I went back to have my tires rotated and balanced I discovered a hub cap had gone missing a couple of days later. I was told Tires Plus isnt liable.STRIKE TWO.This one aggravates me the most because it involves the safety of my family. I had a tire rotation and balance done the day before leaving on a family vacation. 2 hours into the trip, going 75mph west bound on I70, I noticed a sound coming from the front drivers side. The sound persisted and got louder and louder. As the sound grew louder I knew immediately what the wobbling sound was. I pulled over to discover the lugs were FINGER TIGHT!!! loose enough for me to remove them with my bare hands.STRIKE THREEI recently took my truck in for an oil change. I dropped it off at 4:00pm and returned at 7:00pm to pick it up only to find it was still on the lift, and two employees standing underneath it scratching their heads with a disconcerting look on their faces. I waited for 30 minutes until someone finally came out to talk to me. They said, who ever installed the last oil filter put it on too tight. I reminded him that they installed the last one. Because they were unable to remove the oil filter they put me back on the road without replacing it. The next morning I left my house for work to find a small puddle of oil in my drive way. It made me wonder, what condition did they leave the existing oil filter in?? I replace the oil filter myself that night so my truck would stop leaking oil!! when I removed the oil filter (with no problem) I found a mangled filter that had been punctured and crushed. Why would they put me back on the road with a leaking oil filter?! Its Unbelievable!! REFER TO IMAGES ATTACHEDI dont blame the employees for this. These types of mistakes come from the top down. Based on my experience, they appear to have no quality assurance protocol to make sure the job gets done correctly. I urge anyone looking to get their cars serviced at this location to look elsewhere!!!
Tons of business has been done at Burnett Automotive down the street the past 15 years. The last straw was when I brought in a spare tire on a rim (with a slow leak) to Burnett and they refused to work on it due to it being 13 years old. I told them it was my spare, never on the ground, that I bought from them new. Literally thousands spent at Burnett... refused to look at it. Took it to Tires Plus, no argument. Fixed the seal on the rim, and didnt charge me a penny. Gladly would have paid... I have found my new tire shop! Thanks guys for taking care of a customer!! I am very happy!!!
When arrived for scheduled online 8AM appointment for oil change and tires rotation, was told to leave car for the day. Appointment was for in-and-out service. When asked for ride home if I leave the car for the day, was denied. What is the point in online scheduling and following three confirmation e-mails from Tires Plus? Could they call me before and re-schedule? Will never use this place again - unprofessional.
No level of professionalism here. Employee stated we only do oil changes on Sunday. After arguing with counter person the highest ranking tire technician stated our machine doesnt static balance, have they gotten a new machine with less technology than they previously had? I am not sure, what I can tell you is it appears they are dodging work and making up lies to customers that they dont feel like they can screw over.If I was looking to have any work done I would look any place other than tires plus.After reading the reviews it seems I am not the only one to experience less than professional behavior at this location.
Brought in a new rim and a busted rim with a good tire on it. All I needed was for them to put the old tire on the new rim. they told me that couldnt do it because they wouldnt be able to know if the old tire was in good condition. that tells me everything I need to know about this place. They are a tire shop that is incapable of determining the condition of a tire. Ethically they should quit if they choose to sell tires but lack the competence or knowledge to determine the condition of tire.
Wish I could have got it towed elsewhere. Nice guys, fast service. However, they took me to the cleaners on a new battery installation: $190.
They will mess your car up and overcharge you to do it.

Girlfriend brought her car in because a tire was leaking air to the point where we were putting air in it once a week. Thought it would be a simple fix. Called us an hour later saying the “tire was slashed,” that she needed 4 new tires that came out to about $670, also they could replace the battery for another $150. Brought her car to Sam’s Club to double check, turns out the pin where you put the air in was loose, the woman at Sam’s fixed it in 5 mins, and double checked to make sure there were no slashes or nails. She said the tires looked great. This was clearly a cash grab attempt by Tires plus, and a sad one at that. Will not be going back.

For whatever reason I continued to bring my vehicle to this location (159th/ Metcalf) and recieve poor customer service by either a tech or manager (theyll site corporate is to blame). Youre always told many different things that dont add up but because of time... I choose to deal with it.Prices are a little inflated. But again because of time and location (place of convenience... I choose to deal with it).Because of my continued poor experiences (EVERY visit it has been something with this place)... I will no longer visit this location.

What a blessing! Every experience here has been great, but they out did themselves this time! New tires in Aug, found a roofing nail less than 2 months later and they took care of me...no questions asked! I just moved closer to the Olathe shop, but I will probably drive out of my way for these guys!
Did the job but I feel theyre trying to unfairly upsell their customers. After buying a set of tires, I was told that Id need to overpay by $110 to replace six lugnuts that were warped when they pulled em off. Absolutely absurd, I look online today and see you can buy these anywhere for $1-2 each. Dishonest business will not be coming back.
These guys are fantastic. Honest appraisals, great coupons and discounts, and good staff, this will be my go to for car repair. Even when a mistake is made, which will happen anywhere, they fix it quickly and take ownership. Great experience every time.
I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Dropped my car off and was pleasantly surprised when they called and my car was done several hours early. The work was good, the price was reasonable and they treat you like you might actually know something about cars. Which I appreciate since I used to own my own shop.
Dropped $1,100 plus on 4 new tires, alignment, etc. Get home to find out they didn’t put center cap back on one of the wheels. They left it on my destroyed tire and left it in the trunk. I go back to get my perfectly good spare, and they can’t find it. He “doesn’t know what to do.” I have to instruct him to call the guy who worked on it(he’s gone now) and ask him. Magically they find the tire. Lastly, they don’t know how to reset the tire pressure gauge light on dashboard, because my 2016 auto is too new. Finish the job right the first time!
Had 9:00am appt. confirmed in eMail. Arrived and they said 2 hr. Wait to even get car in. One guy working. This is 3rd time this kinda bait and switch has happened. Close to house, but I’m moving to new auto shop.Dysfunction at this location continues!!

The guy told us a lame excuse of how each and every tire on our SUV had to be within 3/32 of an inch or our SUV would cause our transmission to explode into pieces. When we told him we drove it from Denver he told us we probably would not make it another mile.Will NOT go back to any Tires Plus.Will not recommend them simply because the company allows a manager to treat customers in this manner.
Seth and all the guys in the garage are awesome . Great customer service - great at updating me . I had struts, tires, alignment etc.but..... Mr District Manager - who was in the office on Monday 4-18-16 .is HORRIBLE . He was literally yelling in a conference call about all the stores, telling some of them they were over on payroll, talking about the glass half full half empty and not considering the ice . If I were an employee on the other end of that conference call I would have wanted to punch him . As a customer I heard the whole 15 minute call about numbers and pushing brake jobs and alignments because that is where the money is made . It was terrible . He took a few phone calls within my range of hearing and he was a jerk in all of them . Worst corporate hire ever ! I would quit as an employee than work for him and file a lawsuit for stress in the workplace . Seriously he was awful and someone should look in to this . I would NOT come back if he were going to be there when I need my car serviced again .
Had a great customer service experience after having all four tires replaced on our van. The mechanics did excellent work and George was very professional, courteous, and thouroughly explained things. Definitely would go back.

My water pump went out. Before I knew that, one of the techs in back told me the leak was anti freeze coming out of my timing belt casing?
They will be happy to take your kids money for new tires. But when my daughter went back to get her tires rotated, 3 times they did not honor her appointment time and said they were too busy to squeeze in a rotation. Manager was not responsive to requests for a call back. Pathetic.
Staff at this location is great. They have a can-do approach and care about taking care of their customers. Highly reccommend.

Dropped off my car at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation and was told about 2 hours. I call 4 hours later at 1pm asking for the status, they said give us 1 more hour. I show up at 2pm and they hadnt touched my car yet. Not only disappointing, but very rude.
Don’t use this place. Girlfriend took in for tire rotation. A week later I was going to do front brakes. Lug nuts would not come off and one was stripped. Took it back in and they said they didn’t rotate tires because they couldn’t get lugnuts off and they didn’t touch the front tires. Funny thing is they did a brake check and said we had warped rotors and wanted $450 to do it(which how can you do a brake check without taking off tires). Also didn’t even tell my girlfriend they didn’t rotate the tires just wrote it on the ticket and never said anything so she thought the tires have been rotated the whole time. DONT USE THIS PLACE

If I could give zero stars I would. They are always perturbed if you wait for service, someone always calls in sick the day I have an appointment so it’s going to be a 90 minute wait after appointment time. And there is never an apology! And this has happened 2 out of 3 times I’ve gone there for service. I will not return there again.
