I needed a replacement battery for a discontinued LG Android cell phone; its difficult to find. Bingo, no problem. BPB had a new factory sealed one at a very reasonable price. The sales associate was kind enough to install it promptly, no fuss nor extra charge. It was, for me, an excellent experience. I noticed that other customers were equally treated with courteous attention and professionalism. Something thats seemingly rare nowadays. Bravo, BPB.

Miles, an employee, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the door and instantly knew what to do when I told him the key FOB for my vehicle wasn’t working.He changed the battery on my car’s FOB and walked outside to test it to make sure it worked... but nothing happened. He quickly realized the connection was coming loose and it to be soldered. I was slightly annoyed at the situation (not him) because I don’t have a soldering iron and don’t really know what I’m doing. But before my negative vibes could come up for air, Miles cheerfully told me that they have a soldering kit and could get it done right away - FOR FREE!Five minutes later my key FOB was working just as new. Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone.

I had to wait 15 minutes while two employees talked incessantly on the phone or with two customers. I ordered online to save time and these employees absolutely wasted my time with their endless talking. Why order online, when I stood in line 15 minutes to pick up my order? This was very poor customer service and probably the last time I will patronize this location.

My cellphone battery had gotten wet and was acting funny. Id written down the item number, they looked on the computer, found the correct battery, and installed it...DONEThe price was fair, $44.04 net, and my phone should be good for 2 to 3 years. I lhad upgraded to a new phone new phone, but itdidnt have some features that I liked.I will always check them first.Nice Guys!

They held the door open, carried the sump-pump battery to my car (without me asking) and even made sure I knew how to hook it up (again, without me asking, and no, I didnt know how to hook it up!). They fixed my phone quickly and I only had to pay for what I wanted fixed. Another repair shop said they had to match Samsung standards to provide a 12 month warranty. I got 12 months here without spending another $250 to replace a slightly discolored screen.

Very good customer service. They have just about anything you need. I mainly buy UPS batteries from them for my companys computers / servers and they always have what I need at a lower price than buying from APC. They batteries from here seem to last a bit longer than the APC batteries and have a great capacity. When the power does fail, the batteries outperform the softwares expectation every time. The internet is flooded with fake batteries from China filled with sand that offer half (or less) capacity. Dont take your chances, buy from these guys.

Awesome job, guys! We took my sons iPhone to them after having battery problems from the moment we bought it. In less than an hour, it was up and running like new! They tested the entire phone to make sure there were no other problems. It all cost less than $80! Definitely will use them again! I highly recommend!

I purchased two batteries on line for my Pride GoGo Elite Traveller Plus scooter. These were installed with no charge. My scooter had a lift attachment on it that had to be removed in order to access the battery case. This was not easy by any means. Chris took his time to figure out how to accomplish this. When I made a comment about how difficult this was his only comment was that he was getting to learn something new. After completing this task he said that his dad would be proud of him.I had order the batteries on line in order to get 10% off. As it turned out I had the wrong batteries and the ones I needed were slightly higher. The store did not charge me extra.We have been in this store numerous times and they have always been very helpful. Today was exceptional and Chris and the store went way above. Thank you!!

I placed an order online to pick up in store. The store I chose called me immediately to let me know they didnt have the battery in stock but another local store did. They declined my order so my card wouldnt be charged and notified the other store I was placing an order because their stock was limited.

These guys are terrific! They are polite, helpful and service-minded. I needed a new car battery but know nothing about cars. They took care of me, sold me what I needed, installed the battery, and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. At an auto repair shop, there would have been a $90 an hour labor fee and Im sure it would have taken much longer.

They’re really big into advertising about how they can program your key fob and help you “Avoid the high cost at the dealership.” But, it’s not really true. I ended up buying a genuine Nissan fob at State Line Nissan for less. And, the dealer charges the same exact price for programming. This is a good place to find a specialty application battery, but that’s about it. Stick to what you know Batteries Plus.

This place is great! I was searching for a charger for my TI-84 calculator. I ordered it online and picked it up within an hour. The price for this item was comparable to amazons amazon basic brand and I was able to pick up a Duracell branded cable, instead, almost immediately. The guys working in the store were very fast and friendly. 10/10 would go again.

I had an appointment, the sales clerk suggested a screen protector (I took my iPhone in because the screen cracked)...the time taken was accurate and all sales people pleasant! My ONLY complaint was that I was give the empty screen protector package and was told it had some sort of guarantee...however, there is no guarantee in the pack! He said I could log on to get refund.

I called the Overland Park store on 135th street looking for a rare watch battery and talked to Dan. We were in the car so the conversation was on speaker. Dan was extremely helpful and after we hung up, my wife mentioned that Dan was the most polite and helpful representative of any business that she’s talked with in many years and it was encouraging that someone still values your business. Needless to say, we bought the battery, had Dan install it and purchased the battery for life plan. Cheers to you Dan and we will be back for additional batteries and/or bulbs in the near future.

Lots of the support accessories, like batteries and cords, for electronic devices. The clerks vary in their level of expertise. The other day, it took almost half an hour for two clerks to change his watch battery, but we have brought in more complicated issues and had them solved immediately.

I purchased a battery for my truck online. The folks at batteries plus called to inform me that the battery i ordered was not in stock, so I paid $15 more for a better battery and the young man handled all the details of the transaction perfectly. It was quick and painless!

Extremely happy with service I received at this location yesterday. Purchased a car battery on line and picked it up in store. Picked this store because it was cheaper than Auto Zone, OReilly, etc. My old battery had a ton of corrosion, which made it very tough to get out, but the guy doing the install was cheerful and very willing to do it with no complaints, despite the fact that it was blazing hot. Based on this experience, Ill keep this store in mind in the future for other stuff.

The guy behind the counter really sounded like a nerd for batteries. Makes me wonder what class he had to take in college to know everything about batteries.

It is a very back company to work for they actually do not fix too many peoples phones they actually will rip you off they will put generic parts Cheap parts in your phone they will break I know of plenty times that we have had multiple phones come back broke not working correctly and the managers have figure out ways to walk away from them I for one have been in there What the same phone 4 times and repeatedly have had bought experiences They decided they were not gonna replace my phone and try to give me my original broken screen and battery that was destroyed back I think they need to be shut down and discontinued from working on anybodys phone or anything else I also had a problem with my car key fob and it would not connect to my car even though they promised me it would when I was outside for 3 and a 1/2 hours waiting for it to program and it never did I ended up having to have my car towed to the dealership and pay the dealership more money to fix it

We brought an LG G3 in for a new battery after the phone wouldnt power on. The staff found the exact battery we needed, and put it in the phone to make sure thats what we needed. It wasnt, and it wouldnt power on still. They helped direct us how to fix it and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. Im very happy with our experience here and would recomend them to anyone.

Ordered a motorcycle battery online. Paid for it and waited for the confirmation email from the store. Received an email stating that my battery was ready for pick up. A couple hours later I went by the store to pick up my battery that was supposed to be ready for pickup only to find out that it was just getting put on the charger. So it was NOT ready for pickup. They told me it would be another couple of hours before it was fully charged and ready to go.Went back the next day and picked up my my battery. Take it home and go to install it, only to find out the battery posts are not threaded. So I cant screw the positive and negative leads onto the battery terminals. And there is no other hardware in the box. I read the online reviews of the battery and figure out that there is supposed to be hardware included in the box (rectangular nuts, new screws, spacers, etc, to allow them to be installed in various applications). Of course, NONE of the hardware was in my box. So I cant install the battery. Back to the store again. This is now the third time. They have no explanation. I grab another battery off the shelf and show them the plastic bag full of hardware. The manager looks at me like a deer caught in headlights. She has no clue what to say. So I simply grab the plastic bag from the other battery and tell her I need this and that it should have been included. Ive now been to the store THREE TIMES and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to install a battery that should have been a 15 minute swap. I got a very insincere sorry and at least its a really nice day to ride from the manager and that was it. Frankly, it was more insulting than consoling. Will probably never do business with them again, unless it is something profoundly simple that they cant possibly mess up. Horrible experience.

I crack my screen and took it in to be fix they said it will be ready in one hour went back one hour later the that they put on the new screen and it was staticky and they had to send it in to be repaired my phone worked fine accept for the crack screen its been 7 days without a phone. so if you have a crack screen dont bring it here I finally pick-up my phone and took it to cricket get an adapter for my sim card and the guy at cricket said that my phone had got wet I said I didnt get my phone wet .Now I realize why they had to send my phone out to get fixed. went back to the batteries plus store to tell him what the cricket store employee said that my phone got wet and the manager said that he didnt get my phone wet and thats all he was going to do for me and to get out of his store please dont take your phone to this particular store they will mess your phone up and then tell they have to send it in to be repaired(the reason why because the cant fix water damage at the store .All I wanted was my screen fix and I got a phone with a dark screen and fading screen because of their incompetency . I even offered to the owner to split the cost of a use phone but he refuse. So if you take your phone here for a simple repair and they say something happen and they have to send it in to repair call the police there robbing you
