We purchased a refurbished Landice L7 treadmill from Charlie at the OP store. He helped us a great deal in choosing a unit that fit our needs without a lot of extra features that we would not need. Excellent service. His delivery crew went above and beyond to get the Landice into an upper bedroom - our house was built in the 60s with some pretty narrow hallways. They took the unit apart and reassembled it in place. Outstanding. Id recommend All About Fitness without question

Our experience from the time we walked into the store was positive. When Mike found out what were looking for he showed us our options and let us try each of them out. There was no high pressure and we returned a few days later when we made our decision. Our Precor elliptical 835 was ordered and delivered a week later. Eric and Brandon did an excellent job of assembling it and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend All About Fitness!!

If you’re anywhere close to KC and need fitness equipment go see Mike at All About Fitness. I needed equipment for a home gym and he got me set up with great stuff at better prices than I was quoted at other stores. If I ever need anything else fitness related I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I have never been to the store location but i have emailed Charles Hanson regarding a home gym he had posted online. He was very responsive to all my emails..he replied quickly and professionally. IF the store is run with the same professionalism, it should be a great place to buy equipment.UPDATE: Well, i took my rating of FIVE STARS and downgraded it to TWO STARS after talking with Mike on the phone. He acted like i was taking up his precious time and he couldnt be bothered with my questions about a $2,499.00 piece of equipment. After the call i decided to make the 90 minute drive to the store and check out the equipment in person since Mike couldnt be bothered to answer a few questions on the phone.Well, i walked in the door, the place looks pretty beat up, it doesnt present itself very well...but, i figured i wasnt there to judge the floors and such, i was there to check out the equipment. The guy at the counter couldnt be bothered to even acknowledge that i was there, even though i was literally the ONLY person in the store (he was just messing with his phone)...so i walked around, checked out the equipment and just as i was walking out after about 17 minutes, Charles came in and asked if he could help me....To be honest...between the call and the lack of acknowledgement when i walked in...it was simply too little, too late. I bought a unit of the internet for about $900.00 less. Sorry All About Fitness...you should talk to your customers like they matter and acknowledge them when they walk in rather than just sitting there screwing with your phone.

After getting two stents placed near my heart, I had eight weeks of cardiac rehab. I wanted to continue exercising at home. I saw the Inspire CS2.5 Cardio Strider on the internet and went to Push Pedal Pull. The people there were friendly and helpful, and I got a good deal on the exercise machine. It was delivered and installed, and now I have exactly what I want and what I need thanks to Push Pedal Pull.

I was hesitant to buy my equipment from All About Fitness based on the reviews I had read about Mike. However, when I walked in, I was given a friendly and timely greeting. As I was working with my sales guy Charlie, I was informed that Mike was no longer with AAF and that the store was under new management.I dont know what kinds of changes theyve made recently, but the sales process was simple and fast. I would highly recommend AAF to anyone looking for fitness equipment!

Not sure who Mike is but i spoke with him on the phone a couple times regarding a couple pieces of equipment, he wasnt listening to me on either call, i constantly had to ask the questions over and over again because he was preoccupied joking with someone else and on the last call he hung up on me while i was still talking because he was too busy with someone else to even realize i was still talking. No problem, i bought my equipment for less somewhere else. I would have given it zero stars if it was an option.

We went to multiple places to buy a treadmill within our budget and also one thats reliable. Charles was friendly and knowledgeable and the store had what we needed at a competitive price.

Mike has been very friendly and helpful. The store has an excellent variety of equipment and he works hard to match customers with the right equipment for their fitness goals. Prices are fair as well.

I purchased a recumbent bike and eliptical from Mike. He spent a good deal of time showing me options and what would work best for my needs. Mike did not try to upsell me just to make a buck, but worked with my budget and needs. Will purchase from All About Fitness again.

Mike Mays the owner of All About Fitness is not a good person, he will lie to you and will cheat you. I purchased one of his refurb treadmills broke down the next day then after informing me when I purchased the product I have a 60 DAY STORE WARRANTY on refurbished equiptment that it basically wasnt his problem. the appeal of his store looks like trash. Then I spoke to a friend of mine who purchased a new product from him during the install they banged up the wall but were gone before they could notice it.

My boyfriend and I went in there looking for a new treadmill. We heard his commercials on 810 Radio. We spoke to the owner Mike, he is worse than a used car salesman. He is your best friend but if he doesnt get your money, or his way he changes into a very unpleasant person almost like a ugly grey haired fat cry baby (How he thinks he knows anything about fitness is erroneous). They sell Precor and that is what we came in with full intention of buying. We had to drive a distance however we did make the Precor purchase!!! We were even treated very well something All About Fitness owner Mike knows little about. Avoid this place at all cost.
