Not sure why I dont frequent this location more often. Rest assured, I will now. Store manager Tiffany is top notch. She is so friendly and helpful! I ordered a carseat from another store online, store pick up. Got an email am hour later that item was unavailable and transaction cancelled.I called this store and explained to store manager Tiffany, told her I just wanted to make sure they actually had it at this location and explained what happened with the other. She went above and beyond to ensure that they did, even informed me of a current promotion they were running...which saved me a little money!When I went to pick it up, she greeted me by name and said she personally watched for the order to come through and made sure it was correct. Talk about customer service!My son wanted to browse around a bit after. During this time I witnessed her giving exceptional customer service to others AND saw how well she treated her staff. While browsing, her staff greeted me several times and asked if they could help me find anything.This store may be a little further of a drive for me, but it will be my go to from now on. A+!

Going out of business? Everything must go? From the street the signs read everything 40% off! I pulled in so hoping there was something left worth getting! As I walked up to the door I realized in very small print the sign also said up to 40% off. Once I got inside there was not one thing on sale for less then 10% off. NOT ONE THING! Screw you ToysRUs, good luck with that. I now dont care if any of it is 90% off, you wont be getting a dime of my money.

I know theyre going out of business, so I wasnt expecting much, but it was abysmal inside this location. The employees were very nonchalant about answering questions or helping with items. There were some good discounts and our cashier was excellent, but fyi gift cards have no value anymore.

Every toy or learning product i find here works great and has no issues. They have a wide selection of all ages for children to play and learn with. Large book selection, electronics and games. Very satisfied with toys r us and the prices are great as well.

Most likely the last review Ill ever leave for a Toy R Us. May they rest in peace. Deals are great right now. The product selection is really low, but there are obvious reasons for that. Staff are pretty rude and not well trained. Comes from hiring a lot at the last minute I assume.

Fairly old and rundown looking from the outside but nice and very large once you get inside. I always find the newest toys at this location. :)

We purchased everything for our grandchildrens and nieces and nephews birthdays and Christmas gifts at 50% off. So sad it will be closing soon. The store was still organized and clean, something that usually doesnt happen when a store is closing.

First of all to you all dumbass people screw you all you care about is a sale and have no consideration for the employees losing their jobs shame on you. Go to hell. this place is a wonderful place and I’m gonna miss it.

Great store the prices are ok not the best. They are kind of expensive for the item but they do have a lot of toys r us exclusive items. I would recommend if you are looking for exclusive items.

Employees are not very helpful or knowledgable l, but seeing how the company is closing it makes sense. Pricing is still a little high even with it currently being 60%off

Gonna miss toys r us. For many reasons...i grew up with it. My kids have grown up with it and i deliver to them alot. Lol! Sad to see yall close your doors. :(

It is handicap accessible and has plenty of room to move around in. Everything was neatly put away and I would shop their again if they had more sales.

I dont like the location and the store is old and dirty and the employees not exactly the most friendly. But they obviously have a lot of toys and unless youre traveling over state lines or north of the river you dont have much choice.

Too bad it is going out of business. Yet another great American company destroyed by the whims of Wall Street:(

Love toys r us. They have free kids events that are fun for parents and kids

Good stor, rather big and well seperated, Lots of Electronics to poke through besides the toys. They always have a good selection of toys you dont find in other places, they have a whole isle devoted to stuffed animals. Its divided up nicely by sections for girls, boys and younger kids and babys. The section for cards is rather small, mostly just being Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon. Checkout is always easy and fairly quick. Parking lot is easy to navigate and rarly very full.

Way over priced... that being said I cant believe no other generations will ever understand what it means to be a toys r us kid...

Every associate that I came in contact with was very polite and offered help.....

Ack! Website warns you that you cannot shop online, but doesnt mention the fact that they stopped taking gift cards April 22nd! Not only did we lose the $25 gc we spent $50 that we would not have had we know our gc was no good.

Avoid this store if possible. Rude, incompetent associates. Ive learned my lesson and will order in advance on Amazon next time. In store pick up process is a joke. Might as well walk around the store a pick out items myself. No time saved.

Came in to purchase a few items and picked up a happy places playset on an endcap in the girls area. Items on endcap were showing buy one get one half off, on variety of shopkins, and happy places figurine sets. Sign clearly stated it was for the shopkins and happy places playset. After we paid we noticed we were charged the wrong price. Asked the cashier to correct it and was told that they would not honor it, as they said it was only for shopkins only, but the sign stated otherwise. Left the store to take other purchases to our vehicle, double checked receipt and made sure price was incorrect, then went back to attempt to speak with a manager and show them the sign showing that the happy places playset was included on the sign. In the short time we were out to car, someone removed the sign that was in place after we had made mention of it the first time. Great job on being a dishonest company Toys R Us and ripping off paying customers. Hope nobody else got ripped off by them. Obviously if they took the signage down they knew they were in the wrong and should have honored what sign stated. Guess thats part of the reason this company is going bankrupt due to dishonest practices.

They have a good discount section and a good layout. They have infant items as well which is convenient

I went shopping for Pie Face as a white elephant gift. Sadly the store did not have the item or a majority of popular board games. The staff tried to be helpful, but the store seemed to be understaffed.

Fun to walk around and look. Good selection of toys and stuff.

I always feel way to old to be in a Toys-R-Us. However, they have great deals, sometimes.

Shame this place is shutting down. Even then, you still cant get stuff here cheaper than Walmart.

It seems like this store only restocks once a year. Youre better off going to Walmart or Target as Toys R Us is far more expensive and often has less stock.

Favorite you store of all time! And the only place you can find animal planet toys besides online!
