Great service! The guy working was not only super nice and entertaining, he was able to find the one Joy doll (Inside Out) in the entire store, saving the day for me and my 5 year old. Had tried multiple big box stores and even the Disney store with no luck. I wish I could remember his name, they need to keep him around long term! Whomever opened on 8/16/18, you were awesome and thank you!!

A nice little store, with a nice selection of toys, helping to fill a gap that the lack of Toys R Us desperately needed to fill.Of course some of their toys are over priced, but there is enough selection of stuff that isnt overpriced to warrant a visit. We were able to pick up a nice little Peppa Pig set for our daughter, that just made her day oh, so it was worth it.

I always find unexpected treasures when I come in here. The best part is, there always seems to be a sale (at least on what I end up getting). Love shopping here; there are so many different things to look at.

Most amazing place to ever go. You can bring the entire family any age and they have something for everyone including your pets. See Scott he is the big boss there in he is most helpful. Love them and will be back often.

I recently visited this store over Black Friday weekend, the staff was extremely helpful. I was searching for a gift and was shown many items. I would definitely recommend this store for your hard to find gifts

Waste of time! Went to buy a calendar. One chatty clerk & line of 12 people. Then clerk left without comment. Waited 3 minutes. Half of people put items back and left. I walked into back of store, found clerk gave him money and left. They dont care!

😲 Barnes and Noble had a Kylo Ren lightsaber. Really cool mall too. Endless amount of great stores.

Great little toy store inside oakpark mall ! The selction is great all year round but is phenomenal during christmas time !

This store looks like a big ol turd.Nothing is organized, It smells like cigarettes and there is trash everywher, it looks like they dont sweep to mop in that store. The manager Scott is rude. I stopped coming to that store. The service is just awful. I dont know what happened, one week all the usual workers were there, Jill, Gary, Kenneth.. the next week everyone was gone and replaced by all new people. I miss the customer service

Since ToyRUs went belly up, its good to see a large toy store. My son really enjoyed it.

On more than one occasion, staff has lied about sale items saying that something is not on sale even though it is clearly marked. In one instance, the clerk snatched an item from my daughters hand and told her it was NOT on sale (the label said otherwise,) and took it to the back room. Just tonight, my son bought an item that was marked with a huge 50% off sticker, but the clerk refused to honor it, charging him $20 for an item he should have paid only $12 for. Do NOT shop here! If you do, let the buyer beware...

Buyers be warned!I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident my daughter experienced at the Go! Games & Calendars in Oakpark Mall. My 18 year old daughter came home very upset, crying and shaken from a visit to the larger store in Oak Park Mall. An employee (Scott) yelled at her for what was clearly a defective product. She had purchased some Thinking Putty by Crazy Aaron’s, the product was clearly defective. She uses these all the time for her college/nursing classes to help focus. She owns over 9 from multiple retailers and was looking for one closer to the area she was in. I sent her to the Oak Park store since I have shopped there multiple times for Christmas and birthday gifts.As shaken as she was, I went to go speak with Scott. He was not apologetic, raised his voice at me before I could even finish telling my side. Aggravated by the way my daughter was treated I raise my voice at him since he kept talking over me. Then accused me of yelling at him. Clearly he was doing the exact same thing he probably did to my daughter. He apologized if I felt that way, his reason for yelling at my daughter and I is he’s a “theater major” he is “used to projecting his voice to an audience and doesn’t realize when he’s yelling at someone.” Really!?! So animated hand gestures and eye rolling is part of uncontrollable acting also?The return policy states: that only unopened merchandise will be refunded or exchanged.He said we should have opened it in the store and made sure it was the one she wanted. So guys, all customers need to put there possible purchases together before paying and stepping one foot outside the store. You are up a creek if you don’t.This was a defective product & she was gone from the store less than 20 mins. He asked me “What do you expect me to tell corporate, I have to send a reason for every item I return.” I said “You responsed to corporate that your customer purchased a defective product and you did an even exchange for customer satisfaction!” He replied “this putty is $16 so kids purchase it go out of the store for 20 or 30 minutes to play with it then return the putty’ it is expensive!”Would kids/teens really go through all that trouble? No, they would just steal it and not worry about exchanging and bringing in a receipt. So basically, he just compared any kid who walks in as either they are going to steal or purchase something falsely & try to return it. In the end he did a even exchange for a different putty, the one she wanted wasn’t in stock and told her not to ever come back...he will never/refund her anything again.She was never looking for a REFUND all she wanted was an EVEN EXCHANGE on a defective product.We will never return to this store again. This Scott will definitely yell at someone else’s daughter/ son or adult with his “theatre voice” !Do not waste you time at this store!!!

I bought several calenders not from this store. So i have a yard sale to get rid of them and my wife boss fires her from her job. For one because they think its there calenders which they are not. So management should get there facts straight. Dont judge.So apparently you cant have a yard sale from buying calendars from a whole different store like say Walmart or internet. So sad people from this store jump to conclusions.
