Called Noble House and spoke to Doug, he was willing to verify the GIA number on a ring for me on short notice. They are in an easily accessible storefront just north of Discount Tire on 119th and Metcalf. His team is very friendly and helpful. Within a few minutes they found a band that matched my ring nicely. I needed resizing and they made next day pickup happen to help me out. Great folks, good values. From every perspective they’re better than the stores at the mall. I’ll return for sure.

Amazing experience at Noble House! I somehow bent my engagement ring band and they took to the time to help me with insurance and even offered a new similar setting at a low cost. I have had rings resized and diamonds reset. Their turnaround time is quick and service is perfection. I will continue to use them as my jeweler.

My husband bought my wedding ring there. We thankfully had insurance on it. Since I got back I December 2018 I have had to take it in 5+ times for missing diamonds. I got it cleaned and replaced 2 missing diamonds on the sides of my ring in January 2020. Literally 2 weeks later 2 more diamonds fell out. I was suspicious so I have taken my ring somewhere else. They looked at it and said it was bent, prongs all loose, and my middle diamond had a HUGE chip under the prong, about a quarter of the diamond is gone, and was soldered multiple times. ItiIt unfixable and completely ruined I am having to get a new ring now. When we bought it from them we never took it anywhere else to get it cleaned or replace diamonds ever. So it HAD to be them. I will NEVER set foot in there again nor EVER tell anyone to step foot in there. So sad they do this. And crazy thing is when we bought our ring I remember them saying to us multiple times about Kay replaced diamonds in rings and this and that.

I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. The level of customer service they provide is unheard of anymore. My Fiancee got my engagement ring here, and he told me one of the biggest reasons he picked them over any other jeweler in the area was because he felt that the salesperson wasnt just trying to sell him a ring, but win him as a customer for life. I have to say my experience has been exactly the same. They go so far above and beyond what is expected in caring for their clients. Since getting my ring I have had the PLEASURE of coming in to have it sized (I was in and out in all of 15 min, and got my ring back the next day!) cleaned, and just today repaired. I had knocked my ring against the lip of my counter and bent the band. I brought it in, and in all of 10-15 min they had repaired the bend, inspected it for any damage I may not have been able to see, and cleaned it. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. This business has earned my trust not only with my STUNNING engagement ring, but for any other jewelry purchase I will ever make.

I have shopped @ noble house for years. A few years ago there was a specific diamond & platinum cross I had wanted to order as a last minute gift for my daughter. Long distance shopping from Scottsdale, AZ. The staff was stellar in terms of ensuring it was the correct piece & perfectly wrapped as my son picked it up. Great Experience... I shopped many places in overland park and Kansas city area and I decided to go with Noble House. Not just because they had the best prices but Zoe, Doug and Aaron treated me great. I will recommend anyone and especially my family to ONLY shop at Noble House Jewelry in Overland Park, KS!!!!
