Very friendly and accommodating staff. Battery replacement in a watch was performed promptly and at a reasonable price. Store layout and design is open and bright-has a cheerful vibe. We were referred to Toner by another jeweler that couldn’t do the replacement, and their comment is that Toner is very fair. I suspect jewelers seldom say that about other jewelers.

Toner Jewelers is fantastic. I was helped by Breannah there at Toner, ask for her! I had expressed my interest in an Oris watch that they did not have in store. They were able to order the watch for me through Oris, as they are an Authorized Dealer for the Oris brand. Even though it was on back-order and limited to 2,000 pieces world-wide, they had the watch at the store within a week and a half! Breannah let me know immediately that it had arrived and set it aside for me to take a look at personally. It is an absolutely beautiful watch (see picture).Breannah was so patient with me as I mulled it over. She explained the financing options, sized the band for me, and explained how the warranties work through Oris.This was my first experience with an Authorized Dealer for a Swiss watch brand, and it could not have been any better. I never once felt intimidated by anyone there, and they were all quite knowledgeable with the Oris line-up. I would 100% recommend stopping by!
